Legendary poor customer service! And they do not stock cable boxes In the store so they can charge money to send it to you!! 4 boxes, two trips to the store and several hours to swap out a 4k box lol!
Assured us we could install ourselves.Very frustrating. Wiring in my house was all screwed up. Alfredo the installer came out. Installed everything Explained everything. Very efficient. Very knowledgeable. Very personable.
The customers are friendly, the service is good, but when it comes to the invoice, it is pure theft and even with evidence, it is what they say and nobody gets them out of there, Im leaving xfinity forever for thieves and liars.
There was nothing truly diabolical about my experience here, however I really did not feel like the staff here cared at all about customers. The vibe was generally like what are you doing here- why would you ask that question?There was very little warmth from the employees and it felt like a judgmental environment. Makes me want to change my internet provider. I would recommend staff are trained on how to be kind to their patrons.
Should have more options than just this store for returning equipment.October 5th went to return a modem for internet essentials that we couldnt use. Instead of helping me close my sons account they said he would need to call them to cancel the account. This is ridiculous and just another way they get to charge people even though we never set it up and have turned in the modem.
They are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Everytime I have gone in they are great!

Went in to pick up the modem and router for my new place. It was pretty quick, I was informed of the other deals but was not pressured into buying more stuff.

Outstanding service. They had one person outside directing and taking orders. It did not take too long. I was summons inside and waited to be seen. The Sales Associate handled me with speed and he was very professional. He also assisted me in getting rid of an old remote box that was turned in several years ago, but Comcast refused to give me credit and to eliminate this box from my inventory. He did it for me. He gave me 3 months credit. I paid $7.50 per month for over 4 years. Im glad he took it off of my account. Nothing bit praise for this office and how it went so smoothly.

Bad customer service. They dont help with anything. They just send you to customer service number. They dont admit when they messed up. Just blame it on the customers.

The store and the girl that helped was fine. It was the $62.69 I had to pay to get my internet back on. And most of that money was paying for internet I never got to use. It wasnt even suppose to be on. I had it turned off in Sept 2020. But they kept it on in a place that already had internet service, so I got charged for 8 months of nothing, but to get it back I had to pay it off!!! Bad bad Xfinity/Comcast! Out for the almighty dollar as usual!!
After 2 hours of trying to get a real person on the phone to help after an unauthorized device logged onto my Xfinity wifi I will never use another service from this company again when my contract is up. The automated system is garbage, and it was a complete waste of time.

The absolute worst customer service experience of my life. They got my equipment order wrong, my service order wrong, and raised the quoted price. After all that, they could only say...theres nothing I can do, is there anything else I can help you with?Ridiculous...

The representative was friendly, efficient, and more importantly knowledgeable. She helped me work through a tough conversion involving three people in three different parts of the country. She identified our problem and worked with each for a successful conclusion. I was thrilled.
So far the place is great. People is nice and staff is helpful. They keep it clean and make sure everyone feel safe. If theres a problem they address it.
I needed to pick up a modem and Eric was outside in the rain coordinating and assisting customers. I was impressed with how he dealt with a customer with an attitude and to find he was fluent in Spanish for a customer ahead of me. As a pregnant mother trying to insure optimal connection for my kids online schooling experience I was pleased with the fluid teamwork. I forgot to choose a cable box while there but Im sure my experience next time will be equally smooth.

Xfinity hates the homeless. I recently left an apartment where I had a contract. They shut me off and charged me a cancellation fee without my knowledge or approval - which over-drafted my bank account. I began living in my van and had planned to continue paying for my contract to access wifi. Xfinity will not allow me to continue service without a physical address. They have a monopoly so I am SOL. They took my money and I get nothing.

Had an amazing experience and Chris D. was the reason. I brought in my elderly parents to switch their landline phone, TV, internet, and security to XFINITY products. Chris was knowledgeable, patient and understanding of the difficulties of dealing with elderly customers. He made sure they felt comfortable with the decisions they were making and that they fully understood the process. We will definitely be back and will be sure to request Chris services. It would be worth the extra wait to get him. I went with my parents to be sure that they didnt get taken advantage of, and it ended up that I didnt even need to be there. Comcast has no reason or incentive to do anything better. They know that you are stuck with their service, also their draconian rules at their stores make people want to lose their will to live. Customer rep was rude and would not listen, instead kept talking over me like I was an idiot.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Spent 30+ minutes on phone with Comcast/Xfinity agent...saying he was there to support me and help me with my issue...after being put on hold at least 3 times so he could speak with management, after the last hold he hung up and did not call back, as he said he would if we go disconnected. Terrible way to treat a customer since early 1990s.

The store and the people inside the store was good, but the service connection is other horrible storyIf someone was completely honest with me and made me aware before enter in a 1 year contract and told me, run away as fast as you can, I probably won’t be in this situation. I’ve been waiting for several days to have a tech to come to my house to install my service, I’ve been talking and chatting with several agents and 2 supervisors, their answers always are “we are sorry” “we understand” “the tech is coming to your house today regardless” the day comes up and no tech, no service, no ownership from this company”. Several days without internet not being able to work and not receiving money because of that. “Oh you can use a hotspot” there’s non near my location, the closest one is more than 3 blocks from my house and is located in a bus stop, should I place my home office in a bus stop???… now they said and assure and promise that in 3 more days the tech will show up no matter what,,, what if not? Is this shady company fishing on people to not offer the service and then have us cancel to be forced to pay for cancelation fees and then they will continue as a predator of customers?? To whom can I escalate the situation? Will Comcast/Xfinity pay me for the losing earnings because of their lack of service?? THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If you are reading this BETTER RUN AWAY!!!

Its never easy w Comcast/Xfinity. We all need these services and, sometimes I feel when you deal person to person, at an Xfinity location, they know it. The equipment needed for WiFi, Streaming & internet is included w the house we rent. I explained this to the Comcast employee via chat. They said I needed to come to their 6th ave location to pick up an activation key. Thats it & wed be set. No, of course not. Before arriving I had already set up my acct, ordered & paid for the internet & had my order number. I arrived, explained this & gave them my phone number which was not in their system. Ok, fine, easy fix. The next thing Im asked is if I need extra cable cord... 3 times. I need no cable cord, no professional installation & no install kit. The ladder, I found, is currently en route via UPS to our new address. What? I explained again about simply needing an activation key. The agent wrote an 888 number on a sticky & said I need only call it & Ill be set up in no time. No. The number was valid but, it only took us in circles. We went into my Xfinity acct email. Poked around for 30 seconds & set it up in less than a minute. Now, when this install kit arrives, it needs to be returned. Ill be returning it back to the same store & getting a receipt and no cable cord. A nightmare this was. Ive never written a totally bad review. Now I have

People were helpful, covid practices were in place, and wait times were very minimal. Appreciated that they allowed me to ask a couple more questions that were pertaining to something completely different than what I was there for.
The comcast representative took care of my situation and answered all of my questions. Thankful for the great service they provide.
I made an appointment to drop off my old device and pick up new upgraded ones. I got front row parking and the service was quick and easy.

I had xfinity internet set up in my home yesterday and the technician went above and beyond. He let me know about xfinity security and suggested I go down to the store to check it out. I stopped by the store early this afternoon and waited patiently for 20 minutes. I finally needed to go and let the check in person know I had been waiting for 20 min (several folks working and some were just chatting and not sure what was going on). When I let the check in person know I was leaving and I had been waiting 20 min he just said, “ok.” So five stars for the tech that set up my internet and 1 star for the I store experience. They just lost a prospective security customer.

Quick reliable customer service. I called and setup a internet package after picked up my hardware and left in less than 3min.After months of service I can say their tech help is responsive but my router restarting on its own is not fixed by restarting my router. I finally got help from Google saying my wifi signal needed to be separated from 5g and 2.4g. Alot of people have this problem in heavily populated areas.

It takes forever to actually talk to an agent when you have issues, even then it’s a call center that’s not even in this state. The wifi is always crashing. your bill increases every year and along with automatically updating your contract. I’m glad i now pay $100 for 39.0 MBPs. Boingo is better then these guys.

I did not get my billing issues resolved, I got double bill for february which I paid $60.03 and got another bill for $70.39...I tried calling three times and then make a trip to the store and still my billing issues was not resolved...

I went there to return the router due to Xfinity lying to me and overcharging me. They refused to let me in the store and made me stand outside because I cant wear a mask for medical reasons. As I was waiting outside I was telling customers to be careful of getting lied to and ripped off. Then they called the Police on me thinking that would scare me to leave. I stayed outside until LE arrived. I explained I had my money stolen from me, lied too, and segregated to the outside. I was not arrested or fined and was able to leave. But this is gow a customer is treated when they want their money back that was stolen. Ohhh yeah. The manager said he went through the call log and there was an Error on the only call to reimburse my money. Hmmmm?

Apparently this location will require the FULL SSN of the primary account holder to do basically anything, despite the fact I was told by online chat that I need no further authorization (Im an authorized user on our Xfinity account, not the primary) AND that the device roles page on the Xfinity site itself states that an authorized user can add/remove devices. The woman who helped me instantly had a snappy, rude voice and kept saying her software wouldnt let her in without my fathers full SSN. AT&T only required the last four at most. Hate the beauracracy (My sYsTeM wOnT lEt Me) -- but hate the attitude even more. Will not revisit this location.
Bad customer service, the representative who helped me was not friendly at all I did not go out of his way to do anything for me not even try to sell me a different phone than the one that I was looking for and although I need to upgrade I left the store without a new phone

Exceeded My Expectations....By A LONG Shot! I never thought Id say that about Comcast/Xfinity, but its true. I had to exchange some equipment and based upon previous experiences was dreading the visit. I arrived at the Tacoma location and was greeted immediately by an agent. William took care of the exchange in under FIVE minutes! I arrived at 10:30 and was back in my car by 10:35.

In person service was vital in resolving a problem I could not resolve digitally or over the phone.
Line outside... 3 people at the front desk serving 1 customer at a time...dropping off equipment, be ready to wait up to 30 minutes for a 1 minute service.
