Lindsey knows her stuff and did a fantastic job of ordering the base trim for our custom home which is trimmed out in fir. She recommended Hemlock over the Fir which saved me a ton of money. I needed 2 different colors matched and brought in 2 samples. I also asked for some long length boards too. The order came in on time, was delivered today, and couldnt be more perfect! Color was matched to perfection and we received most of it in the long lengths I had asked for. Im blown away....I really didnt expect such a beautiful finish. From start to finish I am extremely impressed with the knowledgeable staff and high quality product at Action Door!

*****CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY **** I want to denounce the lack of ethics of Linsey and the Action Door Millwork and Building Supply company, I contacted Linsey directly because I needed 2 french doors, I sent her photos of how I wanted them I mentioned that I wanted them exactly the same as those in the Photo. 12/14/20 Lindsey and another employee went to my clients house to verify measurements and details of how the doors were wanted. 1. They arrived half an hour late 2. They arrived without masks. That same day it was reaffirmed to Linsey that the French doors were wanted exactly the same as the existing ones. She said the french doors will look exactly the same and that they would be delivered 6 to 8 weeks for the covid, and she delivered them 12 weeks later. 2/8/21 On the eighth week she sent me a message that how they were going to open the doors and that what were the measurements of the doors when she was supposed 8 weeks before she had gone to verify all that and had it written down. My client responded until 2/12/21 to questions that should have been asked on 12/14/20 and not when the doors were supposed to be delivered. Lindsey delivered the french doors until 3/8/21. The one whodelivered them arrived half an hour later. The French doors HAD A TOTALLY DIFFERENT COLOR to the existing doors. When I contacted Linsey, she no longer wanted to answer, she just sent me messages with the receptionist telling me they can not do anything about it. The GLASS OF THE FRENCH DOORS WERE STAINED and she sent me a message with the receptionist tellingme I need to contact myself the factory, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT They sent me the phone number, removing their responsibility. Since we have already been paid more than$5,000.00 TO ACTION DOOR MILLWORK for the french doors, they no longer care. Lindsey just to get the money is good but to do her job she is totally incompetent. They did not want to take responsibility of theyre mistakes. CAREFUL! See the pictures attached.

I was asking for a certain deadbolt/screws and the lady who answered was been rude and questioning me if I knew what I was doing. She said I will call you back and she never did.

Just stopped in there show room to see if they could help me find a missing piece to my fire door. The guy was rude and made it perfectly obvious that he did not want help in any way. I will never use these people or refer them, ever.

Good responsible company. They care about the environment and the causes that are just and proper.
