MEDUSA is GREAT! She also knows her stuff! She isn’t just piercing people incorrectly! Like Self Expressions! She answered all my million questions and gave me honest opinions on what would work for me with my ear type when deciding which piercing to get. She was very Covid aware/cautious and I could feel her laugh and smile through her mask! I will definitely be back! With great customer service like this it was time and money well spent!

Got my second hole piercings here almost a week ago. I asked them a few times whether or not their jewelry is plated or actual 14k gold (I cant wear plated, only the real stuff). They swore it was 14k solid, and I wish I trusted my instincts when i kept thinking it was plated. Anyways, the girl who did my ears was nice.. BUT she clearly was either new or didnt know what she was doing. The first ear (left) was okay kind of, but the back was way to tight and close to my ear. The right one... was even tighter than the left one. When I mentioned it to her, she kept brushing me off. My ears were sore and swollen by nightfall. Thinking it was just me and crazy self I kept pushing myself through. Almost a week later both earrings were infected. We couldnt take the earrings off, and when I called the store they were zero help. When I spoke to the manager and kept explaining why and how it happened, she just kept brushing me off and saying my doctor needs to take care of it. Thats fine, he will. Yet, what leaves a bad experience even worse - is when the so called manager is brushing you off, not bothering to find out the piercers name to see if maybe they need better training or what not. I got the earrings out, and took them to an actual jeweler. They said the earrings were plated gold NOT actual gold. When I said we got them at Pagoda, he just shook his head and word for word said we see this almost on the daily, people think for the cheap price they see they will get quality jewelry/gold, impossible. Save yourself the time and money, and go to a reputable piercing shop or jewelry store that sells quality pieces. I will be calling corporate about the manager issue. The customer service is absolutely disgusting.

I was seeking a location to get my nose pierced for several months. As part of the process I would hang around locations that I was debating on using and see how the staff and most importantly the piercer interacted with clients. In the end I chose this location because of Medussa. She actively listens to her clients needs, she assists them with selecting the best product and location for their piercing, and she is quick at what she does.I am already planning another piercing at this location.

I really enjoyed the two women that work here. The boss lady I cant remember her name but she made it go smoothly and they both did such a great job piercing my daughters ears! I will be going back 1000%

We had my twin granddaughters ears pierced and the staff was amazing! They even did a cute song and dance with the girls to help them calm down. Exceptional service!

I went last week to get my nose pierced by Misha she was super nice and she informative on how to clean it. my nose ring stopped feeling sore abt 2 days after the piercing and i just really love it thank you so much Misha

Not sure whats going on. My husband Just took my daughter to urgent care. We got her ears pierced back in January and theyve been bothering her ever since.Two different ladies did them, each side, and one pushed too hard so for weeks it was way too tight but too sensitive to loosen. Finally got it off and cleaning it to help. But nothing but issues. I get its a piercing place in the mall, but this stuff is permanent and can cause some serious issues. Take your jobs seriously or get another job.Her piercing is also crooked on this side and doesnt go front to back on her ear.I got my cartilage done and same problem with it lining up. Makes for fun taking it in and out.

Might as well tell be honest and say its Wish quality product, no kind of quality at all but thats what people get when they try and buy cheap things I just thought I should warn people before hand

Got my daughters ears pierced and they did a fantastic job! Nice and even! Also, they were very informative on how to take care of the ear for the next 4-6 weeks.

My few experiences here have been pretty mediocre. If you want a wonderful shopping experience, I’d recommend the Piercing Pagoda in the Outlet Collection. The staff is beyond helpful and nice at that location.

Their gold chains are fake. Broke on me not even 24 hours after buying it and the 14 gold necklace and pendant broke . Lost the pendant and then took it to a jewelry repair store as they told me it’s fake . After I got it fixed . Broke on me again
