Great place with beautiful huge supply of countertop solutions as well as cabinets! Awesome staff in and outside the store. They are used frequently with many of the projects I do working with BV renovation. The install techs are nothing short of professional and amazing. The results are always wonderful, and they stand by their work. A great place to check out! When I do my kitchen and bathroom Im calling LD.

Our home remodeler recommended LD to us for additional cabinetry and we dropped in without an appointment. We were greeted by Tran and she immediately helped us come up with the best plan for our space. The showroom is clean and several people helped us with samples for our counter and advice.This place is very popular and as an outstanding reputation for taking care of customers.Tran was a joy to work with even though her lunch was delivered and getting cold she made us her priority.

Im a fan of LD. They have a good selection and they are helpful with the design. The quality is good, plywood not particle board.All of the staff were wearing masks and the office is clean. I do recommend.

Good prices, had to switch my selection of quartz because it was bowing, NOT HAPPY...then...when needed to load the trailer with the cabinets, the yard guys took over 10 to 15 mins, just to help me and load!

Working for this place I am pretty familiar with their order of operation. Dont be afraid to ask questions and gather all the information that properly suits the job you need attended too. Be aware of your scheduled install, make sure if installers are going to your location selected, that you provide essential resources such as water, power, and somewhere acceptable to work at on property. Lastly, be mindful of the different combinations of stones which peep your interests its imperative to have decisiveness in making a color selection for your satisfaction. Take care and give them a visit 😁

Great cabinets and countertops for a low price. Expect to come in and wait to be helped versus calling on the phone. Very happy with the finished product!

You get what you pay for. That being said they are an excellent value for the money, just dont expect them to be as high of quality as...well imported Chinese cabinets. Ive used them many times, damaged and poorly constructed cabinets happens occasionally but theyve always taken care of me. It does take time but overall the value is great and again you get what you pay for.

If you want 2c 3/4 inch granite or quartz this is a great place to go. If you dont know exactly what you need bring your contractor.

If I could give zero I would. RUUUUUUDE AF!! Could barely understand, was not at all helpful and actually had the nerve to say “go call someone who knows more then you and call us back”. I run a 6 figure company and contract with a multimillion dollar investor. Won’t be getting a call back or any business from us. I wouldn’t recommend AT ALL! Whole phone call was just rude and not helpful.

LD kitchen and bath has always been more then fair with me, has good quality cabinetry, (dovetailed hinges, soft closing doors and drawers) the granite and quartz is “pre fab” and is quite affordable. Tran dip and uncle are very helpful. I recommend you bring your contractor in with you unless you know exactly what you want as this place isn’t for homeowners. Don’t come in expecting to be wooed and sold by some bow tie spinning salesman. Expect close to wholesale prices, and a bare bones showroom, longer waiting times, good quality products. Anybody negative about this place shouldn’t of been sent here by whoever sent them and it reflects on them rather then on the business. Tran and uncle are more then fair and I would recommend anyone to use LD who is on a budget and looking for quality granite/quartz and RTA cabinets.

Its a random Sat, no holiday, and theyre closed! Theyre not supposed to close until 2pm on Sat... Ill probably go back because Ive heard good things about them, but thats inconvenient...

Hired them to do a commercial building I was doing. They arrived on time and did a great job!

After spending $1,000 on 3 bathroom cabinets I arrived to find the most expensive of them damaged on the side. The owners response was on side, dont matter they offered me a sheet of plywood to cover up the damage as compensation. They said they could not rebuild the cabinets they had no more of that size. The staff seemed very put out that I would even request to have the damage repaired, they acted as though I were buying used cabinets. The office staff is extremely rude and hard to understand. The entire office smells of incense and cigarettes. Would not recommend anyone use this place. Sure glad I chose to do a small bathroom project before the large kitchen.

I had an appointment made to get granite. Closed my store for the Day and took out all old countertops and prepared for them to put new stuff in. They show up and say they cant do it anymore and refuse to do it at all. This has been planned for over a month and they knew we were located in the city and they still took the job and kind of screwed me over because I lost a day of sales and have np countertops and got to scrable to get something in until i can schedule with a new company. Deffinately dont go here worst experience ever.P.S. Alex the guy who helped me was awesome his bosses suck tho.

I was recommended by several friends who own rentals and use L& D a LOT. If you want to save money on real wood cabinets and beautiful granite and quartz this is your place. But remember that they cater to contractors, although they also service homeowners like myself. You will not be wined and dined like Home depot and Ikea (which I had both come out for estimates, But L&D will beat the other guys prices by 50%!!) - I saved $11,000 by using them compared to wood from Home Depot. They DID tell me I need to seal the granite before I purchased. It takes about 10 minutes....not a big deal. We did have some problems getting an install date but Im pretty easy to work with so I could re-schedule. My cabinets are amazing. I am still waiting on 2 glass front panel doors- as they had run out of them when they installed, but other than that Im really happy. If you have a problem just be prepared to run down there and talk to them in person... phone calls dont really take much priority!! show room is bare bones (not sketchy at all - Just set up for contractors who know what they want) but you see what you need and no frills. Tran is super fast and creative designing kitchens. Their installers (they sub contract that out) had a bit of an attitude but they did a good job. I would definitely use again and again. REMEMBER - If you want a company to hold your hand... tell you everything is going to be OK.... and a fancy showroom DO NOT use these guys. If you want great value, good products and a company who stands behind their work- LD is your choice. Remember .. what I got for $9,800 (Huge all wood kitchen cabinets and granite in kitchen- also new cabinet in bathroom and granite top - sinks, and install) I was quoted at $21,000 from Home Depot for wood and that did NOT include the bathroom cabinet or granite, and $18,000 from IKEA for MDF or some other Non- wood strange cabinets and granite only in solid colors and nothing for bathroom. I would say that for that much savings Im willing to make a couple of trips there and work out and small problems. Thanks L&D

So we schedule a month in advance to have them come out and install counter tops. We paid an additional $450 to have them remove and haul away old counter top. Appointment was for 10am but they didnt show up till 4pm. On top of that, they stated that they could not do the job and wanted to come back the next day even though me and the misses took off a day of work to get this work done. The installers were more concerned about going home than completing the job! Call Ms.Tran Dip (Boss) and she stated that she would refund the money and wasnt very concerned about the incident. Worse business ever. I will make it my lifes mission to warn people about them. (Not going to mention the fact that the people working the forklifts were high on marijuana but thats for them to handle.)Day 1: Folks, still waiting for a counter top. 23 Jan 2016.Day 2: I am so angry at Tran Dip. I dont have a kitchen to cook food in because everything was removed out. I wish I had a kitchen! I shouldve asked for their insurance and bond information; I do believe I entered into a contract and they failed to deliver on their promise. They took my money and I still have no counter tops! 24 Jan 2016Day 3: I forgot what a kitchen looks like. I havent eaten in days because I have no kitchen. I wanted to make a great dinner spread but I have no counter tops! What is going on with these people? 25 Jan 2016Day 4: Well, they sent different contractors to install counter tops. They did everything except the 3 backsplashes that we paid for. We will be calling L & D again to get this fixed, yet again! What is wrong with this? Why is this such a horrible experience? All we wanted were countertops. How hard is this? Next step, lawyers! 27 Jan 2016Day 5: Contractors stated they were going to come back to home and finish the job. They did not. Me and wife waited all day for no service. Why would people make arrangements and not honor them? We have been without a kitchen for a long time! Why cant we get the service that we paid for? The Russian guy (main contractor) stated that he was not aware of the backsplash installation? Why would I have backsplash annotated on the work order if I didnt want them to replace them? 28 Jan 2016Day 6: I forgot what a kitchen looks like. Thank you Ms. Tran Dip, you have made this experience truly horrible! 29 Jan 2016Day 7: So some contractors came over to finish the job. One of them was drunk. ANYWAY, they completed the job and did a fairly good job. The head contractor (russian guy who spoke very little English) stated that the company (L & D) did not tell him about the original contract and was very apologetic about the incident. L & D (Ms. Tran Dip) never apologized and was indifferent about the whole thing. (30 Jan 2016)Buyer Beware! These people offer low prices but their service was horrible. If you get crappy service like we did, please seek civil action because they are licensed and bonded and this crap should not have happened. How can you be a professional company if you dont cater to your customers? ***BUYER BEWARE!***
