Finding a place to park to have service done is a challenge. Seems a bit chaotic. Once I was able to find parking check in was done in a timely manner. Services were done on time and completed earlier than the time I was given. This is always a plus!

Ben Myers was by far the most knowledgeable salesman I’ve ever had. Not at all pushy, and easy to talk with about my needs, which he meet on all platforms, in an upbeat, prof manner. The man sure does know his way around the lot, proving he knows his inventory without question. Even with times being hard, and model stock being limited, he was able to get me my dream car, at my dream payment! I highly recommend going to Ben if you are in the market for a fun filled buying experience.

Parts and service are not actually open when they say, call before showing up to make sure they are open and you aren’t wasting your time. Just bought a new truck from here and was looking to do more business, but if they aren’t going to be open to sell me accessories then I guess I’ll have to find another dealership.

The sales guy was good but the business not so much. Its small but they kept telling me lets look on the computer. I can do that myself. Worst of all 90% of there cars and trucks have no price on them in person or online. Thats just such a shady practice to make people talk to a sales guy just to find out the price. Just shady.

My husband and I were looking to buy a full size SUV, Zach was absolutely amazing. Usually, during the car buying experience, I’m always cautious of what the sales guy might be trying to pull, but I didn’t get that vibe AT ALL with Zach. Very personable and I genuinely felt like he wanted to help us get into our dream car. At the end of the day, we drove home in our brand new 2015 GMC Yukon Denali and we are IN LOVE. Whew, what a day... After getting a haircut nearby, and heading home, the turbo blew in my car, but we were able to limp in to Titus-Will Chevrolet. So a father and his kids randomly walk into this dealership praying for some type of miracle, and in walks in Ben. From the very first interaction, Ben was very personable and could tell that I wasnt walking into this situation under the greatest of circumstances. As a single father, with spotty credit post-divorce, I was literally at their mercy. I honestly didnt know what to expect or what I was going to end up with, but Ben and the team took care of me, I mean, at one point the staff was playing with my kids while Ben was spending his own money making sure my kids had snacks while Dad was filling out all the paperwork. I felt extremely blessed to be in their company, after the deal was done. I would honestly refer anyone to Ben and this Titus-Will location, watching them hustle to get me the best deal and in a vehicle my kids and I will love to be in was just amazing. I was greeted when I pulled in to park, dropped my Chevy High Country off for an oil change and the wiper blades replaced, and they checked the tire pressure, cleaned windshield and floor mats. The shop was clean and the free coffee was hot.

Also, Andrew, one of the sales managers deserves an award for ensuring we were taken care of on the business side of the deal - phenomenal customer service. After completing my oil change recently I noticed a odor coming through my vents as if something was burning. After looking over my engine oil has been spilled over my engine and was just wiped off the plastic cover. Not sure what happened but it could have been cleaned better after purchasing a service I would expect better quality not satisfied at all and now Im having find a way to clean my engine.

Bret was awesome, always kept me updated with my parts status. Great customer care from him especially for last minute changes on my part. My father was weak due to chemo and couldn’t be left alone. I had shown up to Titus will couples of days and was always a long wait which I could not do base on my fathers condition. So Bret took things into high gear and fit me in his schedule and made things happen. It was a 35 minute wait but it was great. The care for his customers was phenomenal and I appreciated his help. In the past I’ve had issues of the quick lube service not topping fluids. This time I mentioned it to my service writer and when I returned he gave me confidence again in their service. I just relocated from another state and was looking for a place to take my Equinox. This service center was very helpful in getting me a quick appointment, which was important, considering that my car was showing multiple engine codes. I worked with Mike, who explained exactly what was going on in language that I understood. It was New Years Eve and I was his last assignment of the day. He could have easily left my car until the next work day and left early along with the rest of his co-workers, but he did not. He was the last one there and my car is running great. I have found a new home when my car needs a little extra love. Thanks Mike. I would highly recommend this location.

First visit to the service department of this dealership. My 2021 GMC, Sierra HD was due for an oil change. Stopped by the dealership for a mid-day, walk-in and they still completed the service in only 30 minutes. The Service Manager was knowledgeable and quickly answered all my questions. Overall, the courtesy and expedited service received at this dealership was a pleasant surprise and vastly different from my experiences with other dealerships in the area.

Everything went well up until the point I decided to buy the car.I didnt like the color of the interior and working with my salesman asked if they could get one with the color I liked. The dealership asked me to sign paperwork before they would get the car. It took 4 hrs. and we still didnt finish because I had prior commitments. I went back and spent an additional 1 1/2 hrs. only to leave again without finishing the paperwork do to a prior commitment. On day three the salesman called me again and asked if I was still interested in the car. I said I was already in it this far so Yes I still wanted the car. This was at 10 am. We set up an appointment for 4 pm that day. I called him before I left and he informed me that he still didnt have the car but should by 7pm. At 8 pm he finally notified me that he had the car. We set up another appointment for 2pm on the 4th day. When I arrived it still had sticker glue and grease pen marks and the glass was smeared. It looked light they had just removed the delivery packaging. As soon as I turned the ignition on the low tire light came on.The next day I discovered a knife cut in the leather seats and contacted the salesman. He assured me that the service department would contact me shortly. That was Three days ago. The deal was simple, my credit excellent, and no trade. I dont know how they sell cars. My mother in-law loves the car but will not be buy the car from there.Update:After the third day of waiting for the service department to call, I called my salesman. He had the service manager call me. I set up the appointment for the seat repair for the following Monday at 9 am, during that call I asked if I should make arrangements for alternative transportation? He said it would only take an hour so I should wait. I showed up on time at the service counter. The service writer then called a third party vendor who is an hour away. I sat in the waiting area for 6 hrs. I asked a couple of times for a progress report only for them to tell me Its almost finished. How is it that you dont have the appointment set up with that third party before I arrive?I love the car but wont be going back to that dealership......

Had apt showed up early, noticed truck sitting in the same spot 2hrs later untouched, asked service and they said they’d check, had to get Service Manager to find out what was wrong. I talked with Manager and he just said Sorry is all I can tell you. If I hadn’t said anything I could have been wait 4-5hrs possibly longer because they don’t have a check and balance system to see what’s happening. To be be told Sorry is all I can tell you, WOW, Not acceptable……..

I was visiting family and normally get my Corvette oil changes in Renton at Good Chevrolet. Good charges $65 and just 30 miles away I was charged $149. That should come with a detail or windows/carpets at least.I learned a lot from this visit and most likely will not return. Thats too bad, Ive had my car 21 years and only service it at the dealership yet your gouging sent of a red alert like Ive not had as an adult in a long time.

Dropped off 2019 Silverado 3500 for warranty work on a bad coolant tank and fuel filters. Had to rent a car that was supposed to be free of charge but wasnt. Picked up truck before closing next day and brakes were pulling hard to left. Found they had spilled diesel fuel and coolant all over engine bay, right brake rotor and right wheel. The greasy hand prints on my hood, grille, fender was not appreciated either as I keep a meticulously clean truck. Ended up cleaning myself. Took pictures and sent them to service manager.

The other members of the team were great, however, our salesman was not. I had a very mixed experienced at Parkland Chevy. The salesman, Gary, was wonderful and went to town to find me a vehicle that was accessible and fit me (a rather large person in more ways than one). When it was clear the car I took home wasnt going to work, Gary and Mark went out of their way to get me into a different car that was perfect - with a much, much better APR through a credit union of all places.But unfortunately, that is not where this story ends. When I was signing all of my paperwork (and after I asked them to NOT add the scent), the car I adored was taken to the back of the shop and given a fragrance that continues to make me sick to my stomach. My family wont ride in the car because of the smell, and it is still overpowering nearly a month later after purchasing it, keeping the windows rolled down, spraying the seats, and vacuuming the entire vehicle. I even have to wash my clothes when I get home because the scent basically glues itself to any fabric worn in the car. My family and I have asked the dealership a number of times to fix the issue, and at the very least tell us how the fragrance was added to the car so we could remove it. But they kept giving us the runaround with different excuses each time. Super disappointing, especially since I just spent $17,000 there.If youre an ordinary person, Parkland Chevy is probably okay to shop at. If you have MCS or have loved ones with MCS / sensitive to fragrances, give them a hard pass. This dealership is not committed to accessibility and making their vehicles safe for people with certain disabilities to drive or ride in. I am happy with the car I got, but I am extremely upset that I am going to have to spend $600+++ (or more) to remove the fragrance that wasnt even necessary in the first place. Woof. :(

I have been looking for a used Mazda CX-5 for about a month now. I live in Yakima so I wasn’t thrilled that the car of my dreams I found last night in Tacoma but, it is what it is. I took my tax return, my Auntie & my dad. We dropped my 3 year old & our Yorkie off with my Mom & headed out. I called TRISTAN to let him know we were on our way at about 10:00 this morning & I was driving my new car home by 5:00 this evening. Granted, it took me an hour to get to my mom’s & 1.5 hours from mom’s to the dealership that didn’t give him much time. He had the vehicle pulled up front ready to go when I got there. Friendly but slow. I prefer friendly over speed if I have to choose, so I always return. I just always add at least another hour to the estimated time theysay the work will take, and then Im not upset.Theres a lovely restaurant across the street and their waiting room is nice and big. I bought a truck from here and had a horrible experience. Took 3 times longer then expected and was not detailed at all plus broken parts and when I said something to the sales man he walked away to his desk. After posting some honest reviews I was contacted by the manager. They took the truck back in again and detailed it this time plus fixed the seat belts and license plate mount. Honestly I expected more from a dealership but in the end at least they did what should have been done when I first picked up the truck. Would have been nice to know that my time and headaches was worth more then that but at least they did that much.

Titus Will I’m Downtown Tacoma is my favorite dealership for car maintenance. They make it easy to leave your car early in the morning and drop your key in the key box for an oil change and it’s usually ready by mid morning or the noon hour. I work downtown so it’s perfect for me to pick up my car at the end of the day. There’s never any hassle. I rarely have issues with my car but this morning my car died due to a deficient battery. I called Titus Will Hyundai immediately connected me with the tow truck. The towing company they recommended (Bill’s Towing) on Sprague, was there within an hour and they took it directly to Titus Will. Jonathon called me within a couple hours with a diagnosis and they had the problem fixed before the end of the day. It was seamless. Highly recommend!

Replace the engine in my chevy 3500 express, in Salt Lake City and I’ve got a misfire cylinder 8 after 1000 miles in Tacoma, wa. Found this beautiful service repair in downtown and took it in for a check up. Ken walk me through the prices of diagnostic and they try to restore some of the pressure in the cylinder through a valve adjustment, but nothing can be done, because the new engine it is totally malfunctioning. Jamie gave me great advices on how to proceed it with the warranty process. This store is full of professional personal and it will be the only place I will take my car when I travel in the Great Northwest! Very honest and highly recommended.

I paid a lot of money to have a dealer repair my car, which is advertised to be better than the out in town shops. I drove off and the car was still broken. I don’t know what you did with my car, but the exact same error codes likely indicate it was nothing regarding the parts and labor I paid for, only cleared error codes that immediately came back for the same damaged sensors. I assume if the sensor was actually replaced, the error code would have not reappeared.

Oil change for 2017 BMW X1: Easy appointment scheduling, the people were helpful, they vacuumed my car, and it was inexpensive. Very happy, will continue to bring my car here.

I brought my truck in to get an oil change. They talked me into doing the 30k service while I was there. Part of the service was to check the differential fluid and levels. I had my truck in the shop this week on a lift and could totally tell that those where never checked. Now Im wondering if any of it got done and if I was charged for nothing.

Updated since first appointment:My 2021 Suburban has been into the dealership 3 times in the last month to diagnose an issue with the lane assist, following distance and intellibeam. Initially was told it was a module that needed to be replaced. Brought the vehicle back to Titus-Will to have the module replaced and was without the vehicle the entire day. When I went to pick up the vehicle nothing was fixed and I had wires now hanging down. I was told by the advisor that the wires were from a 3rd party accessory (I havent installed anything). I went the next day to speak with William who got the wires connected and scheduled for me to again bring the vehicle back for diagnosis the following Monday. Dropped off the vehicle and was called and told my Suburban was ready to be picked up. Was told that the switch for the lane assist is not sending signal and that the part was ordered. This will take another 4 to 7 days to receive the part. Once delivered Ill be called to schedule the install of the part. With the service department closed on Saturday and Sunday the only option for our family is on Monday to drop off the vehicle which is very inconvenient for a family with twin 3 year olds and bigger kids in school and no options for loaner cars. I hope that the switch fixes the issue but dont see how a switch for lane assist will also fix intellibeam and following distance. I would probably review Titus Will lower at this point but am willing to see what happens when I drop off the vehicle next time.-------First service appointment was great. No wait, no bs just good service. Thank you.

All was good knew what i wanted and all that. Robert took good care of me and made deal guick and easy. He was forthright and personable. Cant ask much more than that.The only bad was not shown any of the onstar features, service dept dinged wheel when put locks on( yes u can tell was from an impact.)And what happened to a wash and wax predelivery?Those are all minor nothings in the grand scheme. When time comes will be back.

This dealership did an outstanding job and would highly recommend them. I was having some accessories put on my brand new Blazer. They treated me professionally and addressed the work with a sense of urgency. I came in to purchase 3 accessories and have 1 of those installed. Not only did they take care of all the requests I had, but they exceeded expectations and helped me with the install of the additional 2 accessories as well. They went above and beyond, and I appreciate their help. I will be coming back for additional parts, accessories, and service needs.

Don’t go here!! 1 star simply because Mike the car salesman was a very nice & genuine person. The manager & finance guy Ben attempted to have me resign paperwork 4 business days after I purchased the vehicle. They wanted to raise my APR & amount financed & I refused & never signed anything new. This is a bushing law violation. They also would not let me return the vehicle & the manager had no respect or decency as a human being to admit they messed up, and he wouldn’t even let me speak without interrupting and being defensive. Do not go here. I’m currently speaking with my attorney to have this matter resolved.
