Very friendly and easy buying process. Went over safety features of the car in the test drive and was very through. No pressure for the extras dealers try and add on to the overall price, we did end up going with a little bit of an extra warranty but the dealer was able to work it out alecatre and we got a good deal. Overall happy with the experience, will update after first return for oil change and car wash if it is as easy as they make it out to be.

Buying a car at the Tacoma Subaru was by far the quickest and easiest car buying experience Ive had. Pat was amazing. He was honest and kept me in the loop on what was happening with my car bring delivered. He spent a good 30 min sitting in the car with me going over all the many settings/options that are in the car. He even made sure the seat belt and steering wheel were set to my liking. Kelly in finance explained everything to me and was super fun to work with. My husbad was out of town so this was my first time buying a car all alone and Kelly and Pat guided me through everything start to finish. I absolutely LOVE the car! Everyone here is great.The manager was down to earth, he came out and spoke to me with Mike Toporek my sales guy.We talked for quite a while, Mike’s a really nice guy he wanted to make sure everything was all right for me I could tell he actually cared about the vehicle I was getting and to made sure I was happy,He got down on his knees and polished a spot I noticed on the car I tried to tell him I could do it but he said that wasn’t my job, very nice kid.The manager even told me since I was thinking about the Volvo to to go ahead and drive it again and see what I think to make sure I’m making the right decision and that night I called him back and told them I’ll be in the morning to purchase a vehicle from them. I went into Tacoma Subaru with the intention of trading in two cars for a new car. Considering that I hate buying cars, Tacoma Subaru made it a very tolerable experience. Great customer service, I appreciate the guidance without pushiness.As for the car itself, we purchased a 2021 Forester premium. So far it’s awesome. The ride is smooth, it feels really stable and holds the road nicely. The eyesight technology is a little intimidating but I’m getting used to it. I previously owned a 2018 Forester which unfortunately was totaled in a wreck, I have to say I probably would be in a lot worse shape today had it not been for how well the car handled and protected me in a major accident. I owned it for 2 1/2 years and had no complaints. That’s frankly why I bought another Forester.Next time we need a car we will be back to Tacoma Subaru, and we would highly recommend them.

The new express building is wonderful and if you are there for an oil change and rotating tires, that sort of service, you do not need an appointment. You can watch TV, get snacks from the vending machine, coffee, tea, etc.The service people are very nice. At the end they even wash your car for free, wiping off the water so it doesnt make raindrop marks on your car.I highly recommend going there!

I just picked up a 2021 Crosstrek Sport for Tacoma Subaru this Tuesday. Joy from internet sales was prompt in responding to my online inquiry and setting up a time for me to come in. Once there, I was helped by Marlon. He showed me the Crosstreks that they had available and explained the different packages to me. He also took me for a test drive and explained all the different features of the vehicle. After picking the vehicle I wanted, the pricing was very straight forward. He was very patient and answered all the questions I had about financing very professionally. Also, Tacoma Subaru was very flexible in matching a trade-in offer that I had received from another dealership. When it came time to sign my paperwork, Micaela was very thorough and patient as we went through each piece of paperwork. This is not easy in these times of chip shortages and supply chain bottlenecks. Mike followed thru with a relaxed sale and thorough transition to ownership along with an assist from Eric Pelayo. And after trying out the car for a few weeks, Taryn Letzring provided a complete review of the cars myriad of features and a chance to work out questions. So the services provided by Tacoma Subaru make it well worth the little extra drive, Instead of stopping in for a cup of coffee and a piece of pie, like you would with family and friends, you might stop here for a car wash or have a car question answered. Even though they were very busy, I was pleased with the wait time not being awful. Matt was great - explained everything. This was my first visit to this dealership and although its further for me to drive, I will go back. The service was outstanding. My only negative is I wish the prices were slightly lower.

Excellent experience purchasing a 2021 Subaru Ascent. Cali was very helpful throughout the whole process, answering all of my questions promptly (via phone call and email) and making sure that I got the exact car I was looking for.

I suggested my wife go in to look at/buy a like new used less than 15k Subaru Forster as listed on KBB.com, after an appointment was made to see the specific car she drove from Yelm WA into Tacoma 60+ min just to find out the car was off the lot getting serviced and the sales team had no idea when it would be back to look at Bait and Remove I suspect. She offered to look at other Subaru Foresters on the lot and every time one was found the sales man was unable to provide pricing, information on the car or even open it to look inside as he had to slowly walk across the lot to try and retrieve the keys if he was able to find them. After several attempts to look for something else both my wife and daughter (who came as a drive so my wife could drive home her purchase) became so frustrated with the extreme unprofessionalism of the dealership they said enough and went home. Lost sale, bad recommendations when asked in the future and a wasted 1/2 day. I have had other good experiences with Bruce Titus Dealerships in the past so felt it was a safe bet to recommend she go to Tacoma Subaru . Bad recommendation on my part and yes I did hear about it. She described it as the worst car buying experience of her life and a total waste of time.

Very disappointed in our experience. After running our credit (excellent, by the way), my husband, toddler and I started the 2 hour drive to Tacoma to purchase a specific vehicle. When we asked if they would hold it for us, we were told “it’s a slow day” and it would surely be there by the time we got there. We had almost made it to the dealership when we were called to say it had just been sold. Now we have an unnecessary inquiry into our credit and lost wages for the day I had to take off to purchase the vehicle. Do NOT shop with them if you don’t live within 15 minutes.

This review is to inform anyone that uses the Part Department. I called to make an order to replace a Wheel on my Subaru WRX. The Parts Department asked for my Vehicle Information and gave me time to get my VIN Number to them so they can double check the Part I needed. That was very much appreciated.I get emailed my order form and was told to fill it out and send back to the Parts Department so the Part can be ordered. I due my diligence and do the order form and return to the Service Department.I get emailed the next day saying because of a Policy, they are unable to process my order because first time orders have to be shipped to the Specified Billing Address.I had to email and cancel my order and am very disappointed with Subaru. Honestly if I move or am working in a different area than my billing address and I Pay MY OWN SHIPPING ON MY ORDER, and per policy that cant be done, than what sense is their where I can choose where to send a part I ordered and paid for and chose to have it shipped. Honestly this is why Subaru is a joke of a Company.I would have been fine with being notified of this before hand, not after I ordered, paid for my order, paid for my shipping and then having an email saying they cant move forward per policy. It is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard and the World deserves to know how insane and the inexperience it is getting parts ordered from Subaru. Sadly this is the reason why I will never own a Subaru ever again.

Very disappointed. I specifically asked them not to run my credit and without authorization they did anyway. Ensuring it would not show up as a hard inquiry on my credit file. It now has shown up on my credit file as a hard inquiry. This almost feels illegal.*update. After creating this post and then being contacted. The GM tells me its not a big deal and that Im making a bigger deal of this. their way of fixing things was to put me in contact with a credit agency so that I can dispute their inquire to my credit report. Insane that when someone else makes a mistake they try to turn it into my fault.*update to the update.... after disputing the credit pull that they apologized to me several times for doing. I got a response in the mail today from their credit company they use, they denied my dispute because Tacoma Subaru supplied documents saying that I authorized them to pull my credit. The form they supplied was a form the sales person had me sign and he told me it was a form they needed to process my pre approval check.This dealership is full of liars... I would recommend that no one goes here.

Team was very friendly, and end results very happy with the product. It was not always clear what we were waiting for at times, and there were really long wait times. We also did not always feel the environment was COVID safe. Multiple employees were either not wearing a mask properly, pulling it down below their nose and mouth when sitting indoors in the open area, or taking them off entirely when in an office but with an open door to the main showroom where everyone else was waiting indoors. Had to remind and ask them multiple times to put their mask on and to wear over their nose. They were receptive and always pulled it up but we had to keep reminding constantly.

I called them for a 2020 Subaru BRZ and Steve Goodrich had found that there were only 2 left in the West Coast! One auto, one manual! I couldnt see the car before I purchased it however, he worked with me on everything and was very patient. He got it delivered from Oregon in 2 days, so they are very speedy. Free rinses for life! I have never felt so sick after leaving a car dealership. They tried to pressure us into buying a car and than treated us like we wasted their time when we wanted to go home to think about it.Afterwards the corporate headquarters gave us a call and said they wanted to make things right for us, then ghosted us when the dealership manager was supposed to call us and we haven’t heard anything back in three weeks. We have called and the never returned our calls.We were not trying to be the horrible customer or hoping if we complained enough we would get an amazing deal, we just wanted to be respected like any other customer. At the end of the day they showed us that they didn’t want our business.

Purchased Oem bolts online and was left in the dark for 7 days. After calling and contacting service they said they would be shipped that day. A week later nothing had happened, and I called again. The lady that answered my call left me on hold for 8 minutes then hung up, and ended up having to talk to a 3rd person to figure out where these bolts were. I am very disappointed in my service and will not be purchasing anything else from here.

If you are thinking of buying pre-owned vehicle here, they will add unnecessary charges like windshield protection, etc and say that it is required to purchase. Be prepared to add $500--$2000 unnecessary charges to your cost.

Beware of sharing any contact information!We tried to work out a lease on a new Subaru but found out our trade wasnt worth as much as we hoped. No harm, no foul, totally understood.Now starts the phone calls and text messages wanting to know how they can help us. Having a conversation with someone is NOT permission to use my phone number for marketing, especially marketing that doesnt even bother to notice the history.
