I came in at 4:45 p.m. on a Friday and was greeted by Juan. I got amazing service and a very fair estimate and he even brought out a buffer so I left very happy. I cannot recommend them high enough. Juan popped the panel back into place and ordered the parts and Ill have it fixed within 48 hours.

Went in only for an estimate and was greeted by very friendly staff. Chris Smith was my estimator and he was just as friendly.He was honest and explained everything to me. He even went the extra mile to see if there was a clip they had to secure a piece of trim on my car that was loose.I would definitely come here again and would recommend it to others as well. Jose has done an excellent job working with my insurance claims adjuster to get all of my issues resolved. 2 days after dropping off my car, they had already completed repairs involving a long scratch along one side of the car, and the next repair is in process after they noticed a large dent that was compromising the integrity of my vehicle. Theyve been thorough about documenting progress by sharing photos with me with before and afters, and Jose has been great about keeping my apprised of what the next steps are and finding a resolution that will work for me instead of what will work for my insurance company. The value has always been very good, with total repairs costing under $2,500 for two large claims involving lots of repainting, buffing, and replacement of a rear bumper and lights. I would come back here over any other auto body repair shop!

Great and friendly staff! They go the extra mile to make sure your vehicle comes out looking good as new. They dealt with my insurance so it was quick and painless on my end as well! Definitely will be going back for more work when needed.

My car was hit in the rear and I took it to Titus Will they took the car in worked with the adjuster and had an answer back in one day, crazy fast. I really appreciate the quickness since I only have 30 days rental from insurance. Jose was very responsive and always available when I called.

Came in to ask a quick favor and get my front license plate holder put on, they were so kind and quick, in and out in 15 minutes! The manager (Nick?) helped me out even though he was on his lunch break!

I picked up my 2019 F 150 today from titus will collision, after a small warranty paint correction.. let me say that Chris and his team are exceptional! I had the greatest experience at Titus Will collision of Tacoma after enduring a broken window from a car Prowell. I initially called my local Honda dealership to get a quote on a new passenger side window. After receiving this quote. I then called my friend Chris Smith at Titus Will and he gave me a quote that was 1/3 the cost the Honda dealership quoted me! Team Chris (Wilson and Smith ) really took care of me! They got the window ordered right away and I was able to get my car in the shop less than 48 hours later. This was my first time to the collision center and my experience was fabulous! Everyone in the office was so helpful and friendly when I got there. They said it would take about an hour which was spot on! They even detailed my car in and out at no additional cost. I highly recommend you give these guys a call for any of your auto body needs!

Chris and the folks here were extremely helpful in putting my truck back in shape after someone broke into it. Chris kept in touch regularly, telling me what was going on, and even going out of his way to find a part my truck needed. The office handled the insurance claim for me. Very professional and helpful, and I hope I never have to use their services again. ;)

Had my car towed there due to catalytic converter theft. NO, had to have it RE-TOWED around the corner to their collision center, where it sat from after hours on Tuesday until after 9am on Friday, without even being checked. They had to put it up on a lift, which only One person washable to do. WHY? They didnt have a lift to steal it! Had it RE-TOWED to Caliber Collision!

Hello everyone. I been used this body shop on June 2020. Chris was the person helping me with insurance claim. Everything was OK. But could be better.1st, body works and paint job was done OK.2nd, missing clips, bolts, which is mean your car may fall apart when you driving.3rd, how the F...K my car got extra over 70 miles then I was dropped and plus they are putting on the quote how many miles was when they received car. What they was thinking. Thats why they get only one star from me. Other than that its good body shop and Chris Smith was good and friendly.

I went to Titusville to get an estimate on my 2016 spark the front left driver side was smashed by another car they gave me an estimate that totally wrapped around my entire vehicle, prices for labor and paint on my rear bumper they were hoping I wasnt going to read all this they are ripoff they added work to the to the estimate.

I had the best experience at Titus Will Collision Center. I was directed here by my insurance company through a claim, so I didnt know what to expect, but I got nothing but amazing customer service the whole time. It was like white glove treatment. They made picking up and dropping off my rental car easy, the inspection took no effort on my part at all, and the end result left my car looking FAB. I came back to a detailed, hand washed, nice smelling, clean running machine. I cant say enough nice things about this group of folks. Thank you!!

This is the best place to have your car repaired. My insurance company made them put after market parts on, and once installed, Titus Will was not happy with how it looked. They had my insurance company pay for original replacement parts and provided a free rental for the additional time required to re-do it. Their staff is incredibly friendly. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them.

Had a small repair that needed a body shop instead of my regular mechanic. Took a flyer here figuring a dealer would be more knowledgable and efficient. Couldnt be more happy with my decision. Got a quick estimate of potential charges. A few days later when notified that the necessary part was in, I was able to schedule for the following day. As promised, a half hour later the part was replaced. Did I have time to wait for a wash?Did what they said for a reasonable amount. What more could I ask for?

Everyone I worked with here was great - I know there were others, but I remember Levent, Sierra, and Mark. I had to navigate a lot of the towing/total/salvage process by myself, but they were helpful and extremely patient with me. They were compassionate and understanding about my situation and did what they could to make it less stressful. Wish I could say the same about other parties involved, but I really do appreciate everyone at Titus-Will for professional, people-oriented service.

Weve purchased our last 2 cars from Titus-Will and I doubt well go anywhere else anytime soon. Part of the reason is because of the work the Collision Center did for us this week. We were rear ended and had the insurance work done here - of course, Titus-Will is a preferred repair center for many reputable insurance companies!They arranged our rental car for us. They kept us up to date on repairs and when they found unexpected damage they explained it thoroughly and gave us an accurate estimate of how long it would take. Costs were broken down and explained in detail clearly and logically.Highly recommended!

Takes longer than they promise. they dont check their parts before they paint it. When parts gets shipped they dont check the parts till the car comes so the car sits in the shop for a another week

So Last December 15 2017 i got accident from hitting curved in the parking lot cos of black ice and broke front strut/ front hub/ stabilizer and probably the BRAKES, and my Insurance send my car to Titus Will. January 22 2018 After almost 2 Months i got my car back and said everything is good. Last night January 24 2018 heading up to my work in the middle of the road and its DOWNHILL I LOST MY BRAKES. Luckily no one’s in front of me and im heading at the intersection and traffic light is RED good thing my car has Handbrake. And most important was im not driving with my kids when it happens. When i get to work like less than a mile distance from when malfunctions happen i check my car and i found out there was the NEW FRONT BRAKE HOSE at the back that they purchase and they didnt install to my car. Including the new Suspension stabilizer. I almost got died or killed somebody for their HUGH mistake, i’m working as a mechanic/maintenance so i know whats going on to my car. I hope i help to think somebody who reads this even my English is not so good.(It happens at South Tacoma Way heading to S 26th Street acrossing Pacific ave.) Around 7:25-7:35

I had a door replaced and painted. it took over a month, there was drips in the new paint, the orignal lining and weather stripping was stuck back on all torn up, now it leaks water and there was a ton of overspray left on the glass. it looks like they didnt even mask it off. real corner cutters.all of my immediate concerns were met with argumentative behavior and know-it-all-isms. know what im sayin?this was an expensive job. in the future Ill do the prep work myself and have it sprayed at maaco and save a couple thousand dollars.
