I live in Southern California, and my daughter is a college student up in Seattle. A few weeks ago, she was in an accident that caused a lot of damage to her car. We had to find some way to get it fixed, but being two states away, we didnt really know who to call or where to go. So I looked around Google and Yelp and International Auto Body had a lot of glowing reviews. So I emailed Dan and I showed him pictures of what kind of repairs we needed fixed, and let me tell you, it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life.When my daughter got her car back today, it looked AMAZING. Seriously, it looks better now than it did before the accident. He went above and beyond for her. And he did it for such an amazing price, just because he wanted to help out a young college student. I seriously cant thank Dan and his wife enough, they really went out of their way to give us an A+ customer experience.I cant see a situation where I will ever need car repairs again up in Tacoma, but if youre reading this and youre local to the area, I highly highly HIGHLY recommend hiring Dan and International Auto Body for your services. In fact, I feel bad that I can only give them five stars. Went in for a estimate due to a recommendation from a friend. Dan was easy going and gave me a deal to repair my car.Great experience!

We brought our sons toyota in to get big dent fixed. Owner Dan was very freindly and helpful giving us an estimate. I had a good feeling about the guy and the shop so I left the car there immediately. Three days later I got a called from Dan saying that car is ready to pick up. My son and I came to pick it up and we were surprised how nice it looks for the price he charged us. The work was definitely way above my expectation. Thanks Dan.

Perfection. It doesnt get better than this. My friend of 35 years has retired from Titus Will new car sales. I trusted his rereferral of the To family busines. My car was finished this afternoon, two work days early, expecting it to complete on Monday. The look on their faces waiting to see my joy made it obvious they enjoy satisfied customers. Dan does fine and detailed meticulous work. I have over 35 years experience working as a QA inspector for aerospace, I am very picky. You can trust this review to be pure unbiased and valid. Both the owner and his wife are wonderful people. They love their craft and their customers I felt like family. It is rare in this day and age to find a great old school family shop and to enjoy the experience. Mrs. To is quick and efficient with the paperwork and coordination with the Insurance representatives. I just sat back and let them take the stress away. The access is a little difficult one lane driveway easy to miss heading south on pac ave. Just stay on the west side of the street and watch for both a dark blue grey victorian house with white trim on the upper level and a chain link entry on the lower level. 5 star reference from me too.
