I cannot recommend this body shop enough. Not only did they do wonderful work on my car, but they treated me with great kindness while the damage to my car was estimated and then repaired. They were honest and upfront about every step of the process. I got estimates from several body shops and can say that Image Auto has very reasonable prices and they explain in detail what will be done to be sure that you have a clear understanding of the damage and how it is going to be repaired. I would be comfortable recommending them to anyone.

So I paid David Klein of image Autobody over $7000 to do finish bodywork blocking and sanding and spraying of only one of the variations of the blue that you see before you.Lessons to be learned… Never pre-pay in full and expect quality workTake time to do research on someone you choose to do business with.I’m embarrassed to drive the vehicle this way but at this point I have no other choice we’ll call it a “work in progress”

After a small incident dented the hood of my Chevy Cruze a good friend referred me to Dave at Image Auto Body and Paint. I took my car in for an estimate and Dave gave me an honest and reasonable price to repair my hood. A date was set and I took my car to Dave. The job looks great. The paint was blended perfectly and Dave even completed the job a day earlier than projected. Thanks for a job well done. Will definitely be referring friends to Image if auto body work is needed.

Dave is a very friendly and personable man who definitely knows his way around painting a car. His expertise and great craftsmanship are undeniable. Avoid this shop dude is a such a scam. He will over charge you and take advantage. I left my car there letting him no I’m leaving it and him telling me yes it’s fine and the same day has my car towed. The tow cost me 590$ to take out the next day. He was quoting me 6k to fix up my car and when I took it to another shop it was just a 800$ fix. He will make you think you are in a bigger hole then you think. Avoid and take your business elsewhere.

Dave is the most upfront and honest person you will ever come across. I purchased a body kit online and wanted Dave to install it because of all the good reviews he had. He worked up the estimate and it was a good and fair price. After i dropped the car off i had the car back. It was perfect! He is very detailed and will pick out stuff that the normal person wouldnt of noticed. The body kit i bought wasnt the best quality and he had to become creative to make sure it was still safe to drive down the road with. A big thank you goes out to Dave and his workers!

Dave is super friendly, honest, and up front. The quality of his work is excellent! I had a fiberglass hood and spoiler fitted and painted and he made sure everything was perfect, and that I was happy with it before it left his shop. There was one small issue with the paint but Dave didnt hesitate to honor his lifetime warranty and in the end, everything came out beautifully! I will definitely come back for any more body work that I need in the future.

I have known Dave at Image for about a year through networking and finally got the opportunity to use his services when I had a collision. The work went smoothly, and Dave helped me out by finding some new parts that were equal in cost to used. Over all, Dave was great in service, flexibility and competency, and he came in under-budget. I found something with the repair afterwords that wasnt quite right and he had it back in his shop at my convenience and taken care of within just a couple hours. Great service and detailed work. His is straight forward guy and tells u what is good and bad what u want to do and so I told him what I wanted. and we talked about it and he told me the best way to do the job. so I let him do it the best way and I really liked how it turn out and was more happy the way he wanted to go.had to bring the car in to get a better quote on the job. thanks dave for the good work will be working with u from now on.

Dave is a master at his craft. I came in for a small repair and after seeing some of his work...decided on having Dave do my show car. If you want quality, then Image is the place to go. Ive never known a local shop that produces this kind of quality to also be so fair priced and flexible. Dave goes out of his way to help and keep his customers happy. A really good guy.

Throughout the repairs, I visited frequently, almost daily to check the progress and I got to know Dave as he had my vehicle and I can honestly call him a friend and someone I would highly recommend and do business with again. Dave was WONDERFUL ! I had three estimates done on my vehicle prior to coming to his shop. I was beginning to be really doubtful about pursuing any fixing of my car. Originally, I brought my car to Dave not wanting to do the work needed but when he told me what I needed and said he could make it work with the budget I had, I just trusted him. (Not easy for me to do as a single mom of a special needs baby). I LOVE HIM. I love the job completed on my vehicle. The car project and fixing a leak couldnt have included any more work than they had to do. He even did the extra work not planned on when giving me the estimate. He made it work AND still kept it in the budget!!! I am completely satisfied :):):) I Definitely do recommend him to my family and friends and anyone searching for the right guy to their car. I know I will be back for my future car mechanics.

Smooth talker, but did not complete job. Called several times to fix issue but kept putting me off, telling me to call back in a week, two weeks and so on. Worse customer service. Will not recommend! Don’t waste your time and/or money.

Image is everything, Dave does top notch work, he has painted my race car/truck for years, and even though it’s a race car it’s still show quality. We’ve won best appearing several times with daves work. I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work.

I first met Dave through my mother-in-law. I needed a body shop after a collision and she referred me to Image Auto Body and Paint Center because she did a lot of business with him with her government job. My first encounter with him was great. He fixed our 2005 F150 up after my collision and even upgraded the bumpers from the original base grey color to color-matched bumpers. Since then, I have sent a couple of other vehicles to Image with similar results. Now, I have my car at his shop for repair and again, he is helping me. My car along with the previous vehicles will come out looking better than it did. I cant wait to get it back and might even start entering it in amiture car shows again! Thanks for the help, Dave!

Dave did an awesome job on my car. I had some door dings and then scratches on the hood. My car insurance would only cover the door dings but he buffed all the scratches out on the hood anyways. Looks like I just bought it all over again and I couldnt be more happy! This is the guy Id recommend.

Dave and an awesome person and helped me the through the whole process. He made my S2000 look perfect again. 2nd time there and the 2nd time I was blown away with his work!

Dave has done work for me in the past on my couple and he did a really good job and he did it in a timely manner and when I got it back it was what I wanted and more.I know when he said pay in full I know why as to when I was in there and there was a guy that didnt pay and wanted his truck I dont know what person would do work and have someone own them money and say take it but I know that when he did my car he went over what he was going to do and did what he said he was going to do and the out come was a show car when it left his place I do tell friends and family about this shop and will take more cars there when I need body work and paint done thanks for the great job

I had a big nasty dent on my s10 color match and customer service was great.

I came to dave with a exotic paint idea and he was able to exceed my expectations and it was better than I was imagining . Dave was able to get my job done in a very timely manner and is a very straight forward guy, he will not beat around the bush. Highly recommended

By far the worst place I have ever gone to. After 4 months of having my vehicle, my paint is bubbling and turning yellow!!! And, I paid for a new bumper and fender. Come to find out the bumper was never replaced. Some crap was put to hold the crack but it has since cracked again and the bumper is falling off and not lined with the fenders. He refused to call the insurance company for a suplemental to get new parts and did a really crappy job with the parts my vehicle has. I do not recommend this place or will I ever go there ever again!!!The worst part is he told me how military guys have screwed him over, blah blah blah, and he goes and screws us over being a military family. Dave, thank you for your crap of a service!!!

Took care of our broken versa quickly and at the best price. We need to have our delivery vehicles back up and running quick, Dave understood this and got us back our delivery vehicle at a price that made the corporate people happy and in a timely fashion so we could get back to work.

If I could give Dave a zero I would. March of this year I had a small accident with my vehicle. I went against my better judgement and my insurance advice of letting some one out of my network do the job on my car because he was a referral by one my husbands friends and Dave talks a very good game. It is know November am I am still waiting for him to contact me as to when he can schedule me in to adjust the panel that he put on my car and fix the side panel light in the back to make sure it doesnt fall out again as it has since he has done the work. It took him 3months to even finish the work he initially did. When I got my keys I did not have time to inspect my car fully because I had to go to work however as soon as I got in my vehicle it was white residue everywhere. I took upon myself to wipe it out . I have never had to take my car to get a body repairment however I do believe when a shop is finish with the repairs they do a full detail of the vehicle .. I got my car back very dirty in the interior and exterior.The guy that referred me called and ask how did I like my car and I explained to him my frustration. He than spoke with Dave and I was told everything would be taken care of. However I had to wait another month and a half to get back in the second time to have Dave rebuff out where he did the work. He asked me was it raining the day I picked up my car the first time, I believe to find an excuse as to when the exterior was not buffed out like it should have been. I asked for an invoice multiple times for the work and he continued to use an excuse of his wife handling it however she was never there. I had to contact the insurance company just to have them email me the invoice showing me the price of the work and everything he charged for. I noticed the time and labor was the biggest charge however I do not believe his work was worth over $4,600 with me paying a deductible of $500. I will say he did a good job on installing my spoiler in which I paid an extra $100 for but the work he charged the insurance for was not worth the amount. The second time I was there he told me products to buy to shine my own car and said he could do it for me however he suggested I just did it. I asked him when he would be able to align my panel and secure my light he told me he would be going on vacation and he would be able to get me in mid-September. I had my husband call and ask about a paint service and when he would be able to come in Dave said he could take him right away! I was very frustrated and contacted my insurance company unfortunately they could not do anything about it. I was told to do a small claims and contact the Better Business Bureau but I believe he knows most people do not have the time to do so and thats why he takes this situation lightly. I am very unhappy and unsatisfied with the work and the entire run around he has given me. The time he said he was going on vacation I drive pass his shop almost daily and he was there. He is the only person working there I believe he should not book as many clients if that he does at once because he can not handle the work load. I also feel he is very unprofessional in speaking with me he would tell me stories of other customers and use profanity and I felt if I was someone else maybe he would have been a bit more professional. Please Please if you have read this message in its entirely I thank you I normally do not write reviews unless they are good one however please dont get trap by this man slick talk and how he can do the job when in all actually he does an mediocre job for the amount he charge. I am now taking my car to another repair shop and will see how much it will cost me out of pocket fix his job.

Dave did some work but didnt finish the job and then tried to hold my vehicle under a mechanics lien which was illegal because the work wasnt done. Very unprofessional. I looked his shop up on the Pierce County Court website just to see if it was there and it is. Not surprised at all

Paint was falling off the hood of my Subaru, took it into Dave, 2 days later I have a bright shiny new hood. Excellent job, Great price, I am very pleased, Thanks Dave!!!!

By far the worse place I have ever been to. It took the shop 3 weeks to get my car fix. After taking my car home, I had to come twice to grab a light fixture they forgot. Which took about two weeks. And it has been over a month since they ordered an antenna I am still waiting on. I took my car to get a new radiator and had it back before the light assembly was feceived. Every time I call I get excuses. I didnt receive a complete itemized receipt either. It has been a nightmare.
