Worse customer service does not exist. I have left 14 messages, 8 chat messages, been hung up on 13 times, and the 4 times I asked for a manager I was transferred to a non existent extension. My first message was left in February of 2020 and 7 months and 39 contact attempts later they are still just wasting people’s time.If your manager is getting a voicemail full message then at some point during the 39 contacts I attempted, your manager or staff wrote my number down wrong. I have called the 800 number you provided as well as the 253 number from google in my attempts to give you my business. I have found another company who will handle my needs and no longer need your company.
The store is huge and the associates were so nice! I came in with a list of items to get for my class and Jessica was amazing at helping me find everything! She grabbed a basket and helped me grab every item on my list, making sure I got the best and least expensive item. I don’t think I ever met such a genuine person in customer service, she really wanted to help, thanks Jessica!
Excellent place for restaurant and home supplies. Very friendly and informative staff well stocked, and always helpful when youve got a question. My only gripe is that they arent open on weekends when restaurants sometimes have an emergency and need items.

Bob was great. He was prompt honest and fair. He gave me exactly what I wanted and didnt try to upsell me.In the day of install he showed up got straight to work. His team was fast. In and out in just under 2 hours. I recommend the garage door guy to anyone who needs a replacement or just matinance.
