Visited this cute little place today! Lots of great and interesting things to look at! The owner, Betty is a delight! Very informative! She was so easy to talk to and a great listener! If you have some time to look around or even a quick in and out, go check out her little shop!

The proprietor has done a great job with this place. When I stopped in YEARS AGO, I couldnt get out of there fast enough. These days it is clean, well organized, and has a great range of merchandise, from actual antiques (over 100 years old) to mid-century modern and Japanese/Chinese/Korean, etc.

Some of the nicest antiques around the area. Betty Neal has knowledge and style to make 5000 square feet warm, comfortable and inviting. Prices are very reasonable!

A neat place. These old player piano paper rolls would make awesome fantasy magic scrolls for cosplay or table props.

A great place. Out of all the antique stores I went to, about 6 from Puyallup thru Tacoma, I enjoyed this place the best and found the 2 hard to find items I was looking for and even picked up an very nice antique end table and an additional conversation piece I thought was wonderful. Definitely the first place I would put on your list. I found the owner to a very nice person and wonderful to work with. I find Hidden Treasures much more centered on nice and interesting furniture pieces which is what I interested in rather than a lot nick neck or hobby items.

Best Vintage/Antique store in Tacoma. But, this is an old, unfinished website. Go to Facebook (South Proctor Hidden Treasures) and you will be able to see what is in stock today. And, it is kept up to date. But, the important thing—go to 12th and Proctor in Tacoma and shop at this outstanding, one of a kind store.

This is a place where you scratch your head & wonder how they stay in business. It is rarely busy in here. They suffer from the scattershot approach toward pricing, with almost everything considerably overpriced in hopes theyll sell something & make a score as opposed to reasonable prices on much of the dross, and tiers on the more desirable stuff. If you like something, compare against items on ebay - even with shipping, ebay can be much cheaper.Furniture, which is this type of stores best option since its hard to ship, is overpriced. I almost choked when I saw the sale prices on certain pieces. One wonders if they are conflicted about actually keeping everything.I was interested in several pieces, prefer to buy local, and needed to find a coffee table, but the prices were so high and the pieces so not worth it, that I left and spent $300 on a new, cheap coffee table.

The rudest man I have ever delt with and insults peoples intelligence. Also refused to get the owner on the phone with a customer who wanted to buy something. Will file a report with the BBB and the Attorney General. You should be very careful who you watching the shop when the owner is not around.
