I was quite nervous about this change in my life. I needed a CPAP machine. Mickey did a great job explaining all the details and secrets to help as a distraction when you first start using it. She covered everything and made sure I understood and had no questions. Helped with every aspect. In my humble opinion above and beyond expectations.Folks in the office seemed very nice as well. Made everything easier. 2 months out and all going well.Thanks

First very much like to give everyone the benefit of doubt. That being said, I wouldnt give any employee therapist and billing any stars. So one for all the lip service you and your company has given to me. Stories, fabrications of what of should of could of and bills galore for service and supplies I never asked for, needed or ordered enough is enough.

Not there to meet your needs never on time when they Ship your supplies & always excuses why supplies not shipped on or they forgot or its a partial order then dont get rest of supplies till next order 6 months later

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and was referred to this company and I couldnt be happier, mickey was absolutely fantastic she showed me how everything worked and discussed all mask options and I was so comfortable with her we evan chi chatted after the appt .... she is very very nice and helpful, the girls in the office were very nice as well

Very Disappointed. I ordered supplies on April 1st. 5 weeks later still no supplies. I call upstate to find out, that they dropped the order because the mask I requested wasn’t available. Why wasn’t I notify that the mask was not available and helped me to resupplied? I am now left with a mask that is leaking. Only reason for the two stars is the person I talked with this morning was somewhat helpful. (I have to stay with the uncomfortable mask) Very frustrating I received an email about a new face masked that looks so much more comfortable, and it is unavailable. Again why did I get an email about something that is unavailable?

This place is great,the people working there were very nice especially Mickey. I was recently diagnosed with severe sleep apnea so I needed a special machine.as far as quick response it was lightning quick the sleep center sent the order in yesterday and upstate homecare was able to get me an appointment in less than 24 hrs when I arrived Mickey quickly familiarized me with the new equipment and new style mask and made sure that everything fitted good and I was comfortable she couldnt possibly be any nicer of a person and I look forward to dealing with her and the company in the future

Awful customer service interface makes it impossible to speak with a human being. All phone calls direct you to an automated system that does not offer an option to speak to a live representative (pressing 0 during the script gets you nowhere). If youre an existing customer trying to order resupplies, be prepared to expect a dystopian experience.

Mickey was very helpful with assisting me with my CPAP machine and now oxygen machine. She and all other staff has been extremely patient accommodating to all of my needs. The staff at Upstate HomeCare are heros, especially during this trying time with all of the challenges with COVID-19. I am very blessed to have them at my disposal.

Ive been with upstate for about 6 years,and Ive had my problems with Buffalo and Rome,But all I have to do to resolve any problems is call the Syracuse office, Joanne and Randi are the best,they are very professional and knowledgeable,but also very nice when dealing with me.The company should hire more people like them.

I had 2 bad experiences with the personnel from the Syracuse location. I had just recently received a CPAP machine and upon initial use the mask was causing sores under my nose.The first issue occurred when I called the technician who setup my equipment. She never called back after I left a message indicating the issue. My wife called the following day and spoke with her and told her the issue and if I could get a different nose piece. She said I could and my wife asked her what the cost would be. She said she was very busy and could not figure it out immediately and that she would call us back. She never did so I ended up ordering the new nose piece from Amazon. That nose piece caused issues also.Basically they were no help at all.I ended up returning the CPAP machine and the girl working the front desk at the Syracuse location was incredibly rude. She asked if I had called before coming and when I told her that I tried but no one would answer the phone she basically said that she did not believe that since someone is always there. We tried to call 4 times and the phone would just ring. No voice mail, nothing. She then asked if I talked with someone about getting a different nose piece and when I explained that I tried to call and they never returned my call, the girl said basically that I was lying and that they would never do that. Talk about customer service... lacking.My recommendation is to STAY FAR AWAY from this place as all they seem to care about is pushing equipment at you and providing no support after the fact and then insulting you when you bring it to their attention.

I had an incredible experience at Upstate home care.From the girl at the front desk to Mickey who went above and beyond to explain all about my problem and took so much time to explain the Cpac machine.We found the perfect fit with a mask. She explained all the paper work with me.Mickey also helped me download the app so I can keep track of my daily information from my cpac..Mickey is AWSOME!!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in March 2019. Decided to get my c-pap machine and supplies with Upstate Home Care. The staff are absolutely amazing! I had my appointment and machine in a week after they received my referrel. Everyone on staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Respiratory therapist Mickey was awesome! I would highly recommend Upstate Home Care.

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and was told I would be prescribed a CPAP machine. After hearing horror stories from coworkers I was more than apprehensive to go and get one of these machines. I arrived at Upstate Homecare and was given the complete rundown by Mickey. She was extremely informative and completely made me feel at ease now owning one of these refurbished machines. Yes refurbished. These refurbished machines are like new, and not to mention my machine was nearly $1000 cheaper than a brand new out of the box cpap machine. Im very happy with the service I have received and honestly cant recommend Upstate HomeCare enough to anyone in need of their very own Cpap machine. Thanks again Upstate HomeCare!

Failure to return calls in a timely manner. The first interaction I had with a human after making a complaint on March 1st was about 2:30 p.m. March 13th 2018. I highly do not recommend this place at all.

This is the worst company do not bother just go elsewhere. Customer service is the worse. they have immature, mean spirited and unprofessional persons working there with unusually high turnovers . That is why all the negative reviews are being posted because its the truth.

These folks have kept me chugging along even with the few minor problems I have had. They have been nothing but supportive and patience with me even knowing they trouble shooting the same problem twice. The whole time both Millie and Micky did so with a smile on their faces. So, for me, I would say there is a long term relationship in the making. Thanks for your help!

This company is a joke! Customer service is ridiculously rude and delivery service is unreliable ! The company is not there to meet the needs of their customers. On the day of delivery they chose for us which is Monday for o2 ( so my husband runs out he sits home all the weekend) the delivery guy didnt show till after 7 at night. I brought this to their attention and I was told your lucky he even came! He was busy and wasnt done till 9 pm how in Gods name is that the customers issue? We were out since sat of 02 Im looking for another provider. Too many mishaps and rude office persons to deal with when we have to depend on them for a most important function as being able to breathe! Stay clear people!

Had a small issue with shipping. Was not happy with the 1st go around, but the local branch manager rectified the situation. The true mark of a company is not how they start all the time, but how they finish.
