Service department was great to work with when I had an issue with my welder.

Cant really speak enough to what a great experience Ive had with Haun. Chris at the Syracuse branch was very patient and treated a learning on the fly head brewer graciously. Theyve also helped me out when I needed product in a pinch. Its experiences like that which will make me go out of my way to give them as much business as I can. Thanks, Chris!

I used Delo for a long time. Bought my bottles and consumables there. Years later the counter guy gave me some xxx about coming in 15 min before closing (w/ one bottle). He said I just shut the back door. I said no problem and left. It was Friday and I something I wanted to do that weekend. I drove to Haun the same afternoon and said Delo really xxx. Steve laughed and went somewhere, came back and said Haun would take my Delo bottle(s), give me credit and sell me Haun bottle(s). (owned, not rental or leased). I said sold and went home with a Haun bottle full of gas. Swapped the other Delo bottles later. That was the mid or late 80s? I never went to Delo again.p.s. about 10y ago I bought my big MIG at Haun (new welder, old building).

I am a private fabricator/welder/restorer with a small operation. I dont spend nearly enough to be catered to like other big commercial accounts, but I feel as though I always get the same service as the big guys here. Sure they may not fill your paintball tank, but they will swap out just about any kind of bottle for any kind of weld process you can think of. If I have a particular need they are always willing to help with questions, even the stupid ones. If the person Im speaking with does not know they will always take the effort to find the answer. Service is above and beyond their crosstown competitor that employs know-nothing kids with their noses buried in their cellphones... Haun will have my business until one of us closes our doors.
