My complaint comes from sitting in the drive-through for over 30 minutes while they do Covid testing in the car in front of me one car 30 minutes I’m blocked in so I can’t reverse and I can’t fit around their car. It’s ridiculous to do Covid testing in a drive-through.

Just an okay experience.Pros- Theyre friendly enough, they do their jobs, they have a drive through window.Cons- They move slowly so if you need a one time immediate pain killer go somewhere else, if you have regular prescriptions and give them a week notice they will get it done. If you want to talk to them you need to go in because they will take a good half hour to answer the phone.

Sorry long review, Just dropped in to find a quick thank you gift. The manager was very annoyed I even walked in the store. I poletly smiled and asked where I could find one, and he said pointing back there. Ok thats fine but back there doesnt help because he kept changing where he was pointing. Mind you I was the only person in the store so it wasnt like he couldnt take a second to show me. I dont mind walking around myself to look, but I only had a few minutes which was my bad, but I thought it would be fast and convenient thats why I stopped in at a slower paced store than somewhere like Walmart or somewhere I would need more time. Anyway he finally said where the candy eisle is. Easy enough! Not even 15 seconds had I been looking at the gifts and he comes right behind me in my way putting candy away and didnt say excuse me or Im sorry or are you finding what your looking for. I have never been anywhere that could absolutely care less about customer service. I had to keep moving from what I was trying to look at to make room for the manager to try and put candy away. I dont like to leave bad reviews, but Im still baffled about how little care was involved. I still bought something because I didnt have time to stop somewhere else, and when I went to purchase he said are you finally ready? I should have just gave the money to the person I was buying the gift for instead of the gift. I cant even imagine if I went in for something medical related as far as medication or vaccinations.

I made an appointment online for a flu shot. Got there on time (early). They couldn’t find my appointment and even doubted that I had one. I showed them my confirmation and verified that the emailed confirmation had the Syracuse store and the time and date. Then I had to fill out all the questions AGAIN. That was already done online!!! Very frustrating.!! And it took FOREVER... had walk-Ins after me that got their vaccine before I did!! Why the heck does one make an appointment beforehand if this is what happens?! My husband went to Walgreens and had no problem... I’ll go there next time 😡

Went for a flu shot. Me and my wife both had appointments. We got there and the workers were lazy and were just on their phones and said “we’ll be with you in a moment”. The guy finally came over after about 5 minutes and told us they don’t do flu shots there and that they ran out of shots, even though we both had scheduled appointments. He told us to go to Target CVS and they’d do it. We went to the Target CVS and the lady said that the Syracuse location has been sending everyone there solely because they are lazy don’t want to do flu shots. She said that they have everything to do flu shots at Syracuse but just because they don’t want to, they make them go to Target. No one even goes to this CVS anyway, so there’s no reason they should send people elsewhere for flu shots. Must be a great job if you can just play on your phone the entire time haha

Give the pharmacy a call and see how long your on hold waiting for someone to answer. Seriously try it. Ive done it multiple times at different times on different days and the fastest I was able to get someone to answer, was 24 minutes. Ridiculous.

This pharmacy is a complete joke, it takes DAYS to refill just one prescription. I haven’t met one pharmacist that’s treats people with respect or acts like they even want to help people. I have gotten text messages saying my pills are ready and then go to pick them up and they aren’t ready yet and have to go back several times. Do yourself a favor and never go to this pharmacy.

I was told my presriptions would be ready the next day. I patiently waited until the evening, of the next day, to pick them up. I drove to the pharmacy and waited in line at the drive thru for nearly 45 minutes, just to be told that I would have to wait another day. Mind you, they had everything I needed - it just wasnt ready. I told her that was the answer I had received the day before and that wasnt acceptable. She closed the window, in my face. I was mindblown. Will never use this location again.

I switched from Walgreens to this CVS and the difference in the customer service is AMAZING. The pharmacist, Cindy, is phenomenal! I absolutely love this pharmacy!

Spent 20 mns in line drive-thru moved slowly the pharmacy closed right at 8 leaving me and another 2 cars without our medication. When we went inside the pharmacist was walking out and said he didnt work there . The manager couldnt care less.

Being on hold for over an 1 hr just to make sure my furbabies phenobarbital is ready. This is already a hassle to deal with because of the rules on controlled substance. Last thing I want to do is have to wait for over an hr on such an important medication

Weve been spammed incessantly with text messages saying our prescription was ready then go into the store to have them tell us that it is too early to fill. The wrong dose for a prescription. Given a 30 day supply when a 90 day supply was ordered. Used the app to request a refill then have the wrong prescription filled. The list goes on. Then they act like its our fault. Moved my prescriptions to Smiths in West Point.

I was going to change over to their pharmacy, had the prescription sent over from the doctor. Went in that afternoon and had copy of list of medications (from doctor) and had them look up when they were due she wrote down all the dates, I told her I wanted to get them all filled in the same day and I would be in on the latest date possible to fill. Called 2/3 days before coming in to make sure they had all of them ready (10 all together) told them I would be in that Saturday for all of them but when I arrived on Saturday only 4 were ready told a different date they would be able to pick-up and wouldnt even look for the ones said some had to be ordered on Friday and wouldnt be there until Monday.I told them that I didnt want the medication from them and I would be going back to my old pharmacy not CVS. Worst experience with them. They acted like they didnt want to help in the first place.

Super disappointed in the service here. I come to get some antibiotics filled for my daughter and 2 hours later it’s still not filled after they told me it would be done in 30 minutes. I get told “it’s not quite done, give me another 10 minutes.” How about um no! I will be taking my business elsewhere! I suggest others do the same if you are needing something in a timely matter!

Its 9:30 PM on Christmas Eve. I procrastinated and needed some last minute gifts tonight, and CVS is one of the only stores open right now. The guy who checked me out, Cameron, was one of the most polite, helpful store associates that Ive ever met. It cant be easy being stuck at work late on Christmas Eve, but he didnt let it show. Thanks for a great experience!

Never coming here again after my last experience, my husband had an allergic reaction, he needed his prednisone prescription filled and she took 2 hours to fill it (after telling me it would take 20) she kept saying that she had so many boxes to look threw and was getting annoyed that I kept checking back.. meanwhile my husbands lip is swelling uncontrollably which I let her know so she knew the urgency of the prescription. She didnt seem to care. I got it filled at syracuse Walgreens in 10 min
