This place is absolutely wonderful and the staff are just an absolute 10/10. Wonderful costumer service!! Helped me pick out a purse and wallet, because you have to have a matching set, because OCD. The selection was wonderful. Everything was well organized and displayed. The staff members were very informative and the deals here are awesome. Will definitely be shopping here again. 😄❤️

Wow! This place is amazing they were about to close, stayed and took care of my GF and I. All the products are excellent. Went back a second day to get the matching wallet.. they were sold out, so a rep went in the back and unwrapped the last one... All the staff at Micheal Kors are amazing highly Recommend!

I ordered $90 boots for my daughter for Christmas. She tried them on in her home and realized that they were uncomfortable. The warehouse denied the return because she wore them inside to determine their comfort. We’re out of the money. They returned the shoes to us. I do 90% of my shopping on line and never experienced such poor customer service. We will never buy a MK product again!

Such a huge enormous store with virtually no shelving and all empty space. Seems like they keep all the inventory in the back except for the display models. I dont understand the purpose for this although women love this store. Highly recommend if youre looking for a present for a wife or girlfriend.

Great products/customer service/sales! Also they have a great variety of purses, wallets, watches, jewelry, perfumes, etc. If you like to get quality bags, etc. This is the place to go and very affordable to a lot of peoples income!

Store is clean and nicely packed. I feel like the staff member judge you. Unless youre some plaster faced uptight Asian or American, you would not receive any kind of attention. You see the customers that just walk in and pick up an item and spend money like theres no tomorrow get the most attention. But if you spend time browsing, you get dirty looks from the staff. The staff here look like they were manufactured by Michael Kors, so that could explain the judgement.

High quality purses and personal products for the lady of the house. Pricey unless you have a coypon

Associates in the store are overbearing and I agree with a previous review that they think they are better than the people shopping in the store. I actually found this funny personally as most of the people working are likely college students making minimum wage while working in this retail position in the mall. No need to be snotty or act like you’re better than anyone else!

Very nicely laid out store. Lots of high end fashion handbags and accessories. Helpful and friendly staff.

Walked in with my girlfriend and was completely ignored, an associate preceded to go up and help a customer that came in after us and pushed me aside. They make you feel unwanted if you dont look the part.

Nice clean store, hard to get someone to help you and they should carry vegan leather or other options.
