The best service I have ever received was just the other day. An associate named, Jayshaun answered all my questions, helped me with sizing, putting together outfits for my children and overall just showed he cared about his customers. Think he’s over qualified for his associate position...

My son and I came 2 hours to shop here yesterday morning (1/31/21 at approximately 11am). I have NEVER written a bad review about a place in my life. The two “men” that were working did not greet us, help us (we even needed a shoe size, but they didn’t bother) and were completely rude and STILL didn’t speak when we made our purchase. They were swearing and talking about their previous night. It was disgusting, actually, and a complete embarrassment for my 13 -year- old son to witness. As a business owner, I think your interview process might need to be a little more extensive.

Nice staff, great prices. Unfortunately the shoes I bought were defective they both say 10.5 but you can tell one is bigger than the other. Almost makes me think they are fakes. Wont be buying Jordans from here anymore.

I got charged 20 dollars more for a pair of Jordan shorts because of color the black pair I bought was 50 and the white pair was thirty. Contacted the corporate office with no reply
