This place has so many hidden treasures you could get lost in there forever! Need a gift for a kid or a friend who plays games? The staff can point you right to it even if you dont know what it is you are looking for! Anywhere you turn your head is something cool and unique, I never walk out empty handed and neither will you! 😁

This is such a neat store! I found so many authentic Disney items for adults than at the Disney store. It was neat and organized and the staff were friendly.

By far one of my favorite stores in any shopping mall. I love the geeky/nerdy/niche merchandise that they provide, and they have a great selection of options for gifts for others. Whenever I go to the mall, I try to stop here. Its akin to what Hot Topic is becoming with the pop culture gear, only this place doesnt have all the band tees

Store is full of all the latest hits. Though, theyre the latest hits that you can find virtually anywhere else and online with a simple Google search. You dont go in this store because youre looking for something, you go into it to window shop and buy some overpriced Game of Thrones themed mug.

Awesome selection of everything in the nerd spectrum. They had a powerline world tour had, how obscure but awesome is that! Go here for all your need needs and they actually have a great selection on their website as well.

Staff was super helpful and accommodating! Store has a lot of variety and fun things not really found elsewhere and their online store is also great. Highly recommended place to visit for novelty items

The staff was unwelcoming at this store. I realize the items are priced for charity, but theyre still a little too steep with that consideration. This store was poorly laid out and cramped at the checkout, where the three staff members standing around had trouble running two registers. The customer behind me was cranky as she was forced to barge her plus sized physique through to the checkout on my other side... A situation which could have been avoided with better organization. I hope the other BoxLunch stores are better because the idea is great.

I AM IN LOVE W THIS STORE. They have such a wide variety of things to buy. So much merch from so many different shows and movies. There is something for everyone in here. I felt like I was in heaven when I walked in.. Everyone should take a visit.

Every town that contains nerds should have this store. Every step is like a trip back in time to see Reptar, the Power Rangers, and so much more. Just bring a thick wallet, nostalgia come with a rather pricey tag. (Worth every penny)

BoxLunch is not a place for a childless millenial. I was drawn to everything in the store going hey wait i want that. The store has everything from bambi,pooh,toy story,lilo stitch,harry potter,star wars and a lot of funko pops.The employees were super helpful. I was able to get a backpack for an amazing price and got a coupon for an online purchase or in store. The prices are very reasonable considering what they should be.

My favorite geek store. Has a lot of good selections of things from Harry Potter to GoT. I love Pops and they have a good variety of those. Thats the main draw for me but my wife likes their different t-shirts.

This store is a really cool place and I enjoyed the content available to browse through. The reason this doesn’t get five stars is because the Syracuse location in Destiny Mall really spooked me with the constant hovering from employees. I understand telling everyone the deals the store has when we first walk in, but then every turn I made there was another employee telling me the same thing or asking if I see anything I like. It was getting out of control like they were desperate to sell to us. There were at least five employees swarming around the store basically harassing the customers about their deals. What did it for me was when I was having a conversation with my boyfriend and one employee shamelessly interrupted the conversation just to tell me the merchandise on the wall was also part of the sale...which I already knew due to three other employees telling me the same thing. I left immediately. They need to give their customers more breathing room.

Just an awesome store overall. Great, friendly service with a fantastic selection. Love visiting and buying from here. Love that the proceeds help others

I wish I had the money to buy everything within the store! Im a huge fan of pop culture, so if you are too, its the perfect place for you! Wish things were a little bit cheaper ($30 for a teeshirt hurts my wallet a bit too much...but it is for charity too...)

Honestly the brighter and less depressing version on Hot Topic. When you apply here the staff is very sketchy. I was told to can’t work here because of dyed hair yet a new employee who is there now has dyed hair. They also never told Hot Topic that they didn’t hire me so I never got a call back from them either. The management is very sketchy and I don’t recommend ever working here. The store itself is great but I don’t trust them.

Very cool store filled with geek chic items and hard to find Japanese import toys and Tees. Love to browse around here.

Its like think geek but with some actual quality control with the things that they sell. Also buying things at the store supports a good cause so its feel good all around.

Extremely poor customer service and terrible online ordering policies. I would recommend purchasing from the maker of the product over Box Lunch. I ordered something made by LoungeFly and have to wait 3 weeks for something that is in stock in the store, when I ordered another product directly from Loungefly I am receiving it within a few days.
