I sent parts in too build an upper that were professionally packed using the same method sensitive equipment is packed. ADCO lost or stole about 200 dollars worth of parts including a rosco gas block and noveseke kx5. To add insult to injury when I got the upper back in the mail there was a large gap between the upper reciever and handguard. They dont know how to properly tighten an slr handguard it seems. Extremely dissapointed. Im out hundreds of dollars I have to send it somewhere else now and have it checked over. I have to buy a new muzzle device. I wouldnt trust these people.

Sent in an AK barrel, explaining what needed done in extreme detail, and even including a print of the work requested. The OAL was 1/8 too long, and created a gap that would cause issue trying to install the front sight gas block combo. I had to explain how to measure OAL (common sense for any competent machinist), and pay to send it back to be corrected. When I received it back from being corrected, it was now the correct length, but half of my threads were now missing, instead of possibly sleeving and rethreading to fix their mistake. Im glad it was fo my personal gun and not a customer. Still out almost $400 due to their poor workmanship.

I had a question about a Daniel Defense barrel so I emailed them. Steve got back to me same day. I ordered the barrel and it showed up a few days later. Exactly what I wanted all the way through. Good customer service. Staight answers. Ill be ordering in the future. I also here there gunsmith work it outstanding.

This is the go to for ANY AR-15 barrel work. I have been using them for at least 10 years now. I have lost count how many barrels and uppers they have worked on for me. The work is always perfect! Steve is the most knowledgeable person and he answers emails within 24hours. Noone can beat their turn around time also. Hands down the best around.

Sent in a few uppers for pin and weld jobs. They were back in transit to me the same day they were delivered to Adco. A+ service

Came recommended to me by BCM for some minor surgery that my upper needed. Remove my old brake that was required by Konnecticut and install a nice new flash hider. Turn around time was fast. 1 week from the time I mailed it out to the time I got it back including the weekend. Great install.

I recently had them pin and weld muzzle devices on two barrels everything looked great and the turnaround was fast.

Super fast turn around on my pin and weld. I had them also pin my gas block. I sent my barrel in on Friday and got it back the following Friday. The job was sufficient. No issues at all and I recommend it.

Great place! I checked all around within 50 miles of Toledo looking for the firearm that I wanted. Nobody had it or knew when they could get it. I talked to Adco and they said they could get it within two days. Two days later, I had what I wanted and at a better price than I saw anywhere else. Take the time and stop in. Well worth it.

They didnt have what I wanted in stock, but two days later it was there and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes gun in hand.Perhaps my only criticism is that they *dont* try to sell you stuff. This is a gun store for people who know what they want and at a reasonable price.

Not too happy with the work done on my A2 gas block. Sent it in to have shaved down and it came back with mill marks on one side and a ledge of steel on the other side that was not even milled off. They obviously did not take their time with it and hauled ass it looks ugly

Adco Firearms is a convenient place in the Sylvania area for ffl services, gunsmith services, and sales of merchandise. They have better pricing than the big box stores. Their Steve and his staff are very knowledgeable about firearms and there associated Federal and State laws. They have helped me learn a few things about firearms, and the laws associated with ownership. I wish the website gave better pricing information on in-stock firearms. Selection in store is good, but limited.

WARNING!! Recently sent off an HK SL8 bull barrel off for fluting. Upon receipt of barrel, the fluting pattern before and after that gas block are different and off center. When I asked Steve to step up and fix the issue Adco created all I received was a sorry and heres a refund for the work($140 minus shipping). Very disappointed in the quality of work and the customer service. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, cause Adco lacks the integrity to do right by their customers!!! -Kris W

For well over 15 years ADCO has been my go to source for all things AR-15 and pistol. Steve and Dave are great sources of information and always willing to help.

I walked into this business thinking I was going to walk out with some good purchases. I wasnt greeted when I walked in, being the only one in the store. I made comments about different guns and products in the store and I was not acknowledged. I placed ammo on the counter and he checked me out without even asking if that was it or if he could help me with anything else. I was very disappointed with their customer service. Upon existing something caught my eye and the worker had to check the product for the answer and was very short about it like he was rushing me out of the store. I will not be returning.

Had them shave the front sight and install a bcm mcmr, excellent work, had my upper back in a week and that included a holiday. Highly recommend

Called and asked how much ffl transfer cost - $25. Showed up today - its $30. No phone call when firearm arrived. Had to call them at the end of the day and ask if they had it (FedEx tracking #, I know it hit their door early in the day) to which they said O, yeah, its here. Look elsewhere for better service if thats important to you
