A very organized & clean resale shop.

My order from Sylvania clothes mentor was perfect! Every item folded perfectly and wrapped in tissue paper along with a very nice handwritten card. In fact, I ordered from their store on 1/21/21 and received ALL items from them on 1/22/21! Only 10 items and around 75 bucks but they treated my order with true customer service! And all items were exactly as described pictured and in the right size. This is a HUGE difference compared to Westerville store where I also left a review.I will be shopping here more often. Never been to actual store only shopped online. Easiest transaction ever. Thank you! And thank you for the kind note. In this day and age a handwritten note goes far to make your customer feel appreciated. Thank you!!

They have a lot of clothes here. I have mostly sold to them. I didnt get much money. They do take maternity clothes though.

Cashers look stressed and dont have much time to go over my items. I keep getting less and less money for my items I am selling.

The clerks working today 9/15 between 4-5pm were just the most pleasant ladies Ive ever dealt with. They were kind to each other too! How refreshing! I love shopping here! Thanks ladies for making another CM trip special for me!

Very unprofessional. I was told I need to make an appt. But they they accept my walk in today. Unfortunately they have multiple appointments this morning so they were unsure when they would get to mine. I told them that was fine I could wait so I would head home and wait for a text. I dropped of 2 bags of clothes and I recieved a text in 10 minutes that my clothes were done. I was not even home before they finished supposedly going through almost 100 items of clothing. They then tell me my style is not what they are looking for. Thank you for wasting my time and money. I will never return. Very horrible service and unprofessional.

Went in with a federally approved face shield, even though both state and federal law protects me from doing so, due to a medical exemption. Was told I “must” wear a scarf or fabric covering even though I have a medical exemption or I could feel free to leave the store and contact corporate or management. What a JOKE!!!! I had on a face shield because I can only handle it in small increments due to a medical condition. This violates STATE and FEDERAL mandates AND laws. This is UNACCEPTABLE.Update (12/21/2020): After both emailing and leaving multiple voice messages — ZERO response. Not okay.

Such a nice staff! Super helpful and kind. The clothes are also so well organized here, by style and color. Even has a great clearance section, as if the prices werent good enough. Will definitely come back! Highly recommend this place.

Good quality clothes for a fair price. Only down side was a lack of coral or greens. I would like to see some plain camisoles or sleeves shirts for professional wear.

I took in some shirts I bought last year and never wore. They said they were two old. All I saw in 3x sizes were worn and dated. So was surprised to have them refused? Also had 4 reversal jackets of which were never worn and could have been wonn to work. I believe they dont want lager women the store.

Rude staff is an understatement. I should have walked away with my very stylish Chico jackets when I saw the ugly stuff displayed in the window. How about a clothing consignment store for professional women, staffed by friendly women. I will definitely not be returning and will warn my friends to stay clear!

Not worth the time, staff isn’t very friendly and you can find unworn clothes at Tj Maxx or Marshall’s for the same price. Even the jewelry is pricey and can be bought new for similar prices. I did much better at other places for the same prices and was able to purchase new clothes/shoes/jewelry.

I dropped i dropped off 2 totes of items and they give me an estimated time of 2 1/2 hours. I go back 3 hours later and they still aren’t done and try to tell me that there is still 3 people ahead of me? I told them I’m from out of town and can’t keep waiting they say we will do yours next. Fine. So i wait. I go back in after they text me and say it’s done. It in fact isn’t done. They had went through one tote only and not the other. While walking around the store waiting for them to finish the other tote i notice horrendous clothing that is so outdated. Like i could go to goodwill and get the same thing for $3! And purses peeling and yet they still have $25 on them. After they finish they tell me that aren’t buying anything. I had a new Michael Kors coat in there. They say my stuff is dated? Yet have they looked around their own store? I will never take my items there again. I will be either selling on Facebook or Poshmark. Again this place is a joke. Don’t waste your time going there to buy it sell!!

Don’t bother. If they don’t like how you look when you come into sell, they won’t bother with your goods. I came after running errands in a ball cap and the store clerk was rude as soon as I came in the door.I had several luxury purses with minor scratches that were declined. They never called to let me know the evaluation was complete and had no specifics outside of condition.

So they are a great place to buy gently used designer purses at bargain prices. Until recently, I thought they were also a great place to sell purses. I was able to sell all my midrange purses (Coach, Dooney and Bourke, etc.). However, when I tried to sell my Louis Vuitton purse that is very gently used, the authenticator implied that my purse was fake even though I showed her the purchase in my Louis Vuitton account online and offered to bring in my receipt. It seemed like she wasnt very familiar with Louis Vuitton and instead of saying so, she just said it had red flags. I dont even understand what those red flags were because I submitted photos ONLINE to Rebag and was given a quote for the purse the next day. So how could an authenticator not authenticate this purse IN PERSON. If you have high end designer merchandise, you may have want to sell it elsewhere.
