I have NEVER EVER seen such a DISASTER. I don’t know how you call yourself florists. I’m going to review everywhere and let people know how awful your work is so that nobody would be embarrassed like me in front of others when they receive the deliver. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM FOR DELIVERY. I’m just speechless, look at the photos and judge yourself. I also added the photo of the flower I originally ordered online. You guys don’t even deserve one star

I live in Calif and needed an arrangement for someone very close to me. I can not say enough about the service and arrangement that was created. I thought of using one of the big guys on the internet, but decided to try someone local. Funeral homes are so expensive and I have had bad luck with most. Stellar Blooms was amazing to work with from the time they answered the phone. I would highly recommend using this artistic florist. She went above and beyond all expectations. Talk about customer Service! Holy cow I am blown away. I’m a first time customer and am very happy with our order. I called in and spoke to Holly on the phone. While peeking at their website Holly explained to me that she didn’t have some of the flowers for the bouquet I was inquiring about and confidently recommended substitutions. She prepared the bouquet in minutes and even sent me a picture of it before delivery to ensure I was satisfied. It was more beautiful than the original! I will be returning as a customer.

Holly really listened to everything my daughter wanted for her wedding flowers. Whe met all the special requests (succulents and lavender in April).? Flowers were beautiful and very affordable. Probably would have been twice as much other places. Highly recommend you talk to Holly she has great ideas!!

This past week our family went through a death in the family and during the difficult time, Holly and her team were able to alleviate a lot of our stress. They created two absolutely stunning floral arrangements including a casket spray and standing floral heart. Both were done to perfection and looked absolutely gorgeous. My experience ordering flowers from this flower shop has been exceptional. They do a beautiful job and hand deliver with a smile. On the day a very close friend was brought home on hospice I called to order a special arrangement for his home. Not only was it one of the most beautiful arrangements Ive ever seen, but it was graciously delivered within a few hours. Well i order through 1800 flowers and i guess they were the local florist in charge of my order, first of i got to say the order got there, but when the person who i sent them to showed me a picture of the flowers they looked as if it was rushed it was supposed to be a cat/kitty made from flowers and came out looking a total different animal more like a bunny. I would love an explanation for this hope you guys reply.

My daughters were very upset when they saw the photo of the arrangement I received from Kabloom Flowers for Mothers Day. I was a bit surprised myself when I saw a photo of what was ordered. They ordered the large Reflections of Love arrangement. They spent over a $100 on this gift. I wish there was a way to post a photo on this review. It looked half of size of what was pictured and overall did not resemble the stunning arrangement that was ordered. Needless to say we will no longer be using Kabloom Flowers in Sylvania, Ohio.You say you take the satisfaction of your flower recipients very seriously. What about the customer sending them? I had no idea what the girls were sending me. They were very upset after I sent them a photo of the arrangement you had delivered. It didnt meet THEIR expectations. You should be taking this complaint up with the customer that purchased the flowers, not the one on the receiving end. After the fact, I did not want a replacement. It should have been completed properly to begin with. My daughter chose to dispute the charge on her credit card. I suppose you thought since they lived out of town that they would not see the arrangement. You should not cheat your customers. If they order a specific arrangement in a certain size. You should fill the order as requested.

A $75 dollar bouquet delivered to a Sylvania Ohio funeral home was an embarrassment. I have seen prettier bouquets at Krogers .I called Kabloom and was told that because we ordered the flowers through an on-line service that they were not responsible.Kabloom filled the order and they put the KaBloom name on the bouquet.I am extremely disappointed with the whole transaction and will think more than twice before I say it with flowers again.No Stars.One week since writing the above...I was contacted by the owner of KaBloom. He has apologized and sent me a refund for the flowers. I am favorably impressed with this company and feel the owner has done all he could to make it right.
