Left a Hospital in Rockford at 6:30am. Arrived at the Pharmacy Drive Up in Sycamore at 7:30am. I was told by the pharmacist that the prescription wasnt ready yet, that I would have to wait 25 minutes. I said Youve already had an hour and its not ready yet? He responded that hes been really swamped. I said Really? Theres not a car in site in the drive through area and only 3 cars parked in the store parking lot. So not only was my Wifes prescription not ready, but I had to deal with him lying about it as well.

Horrible pharmacy! Terrible communication. Was told by tech that it would be ready by 2pm. Showed up a little after 2 not ready. I waited another 40 minutes inside, to be told it was out of stock. I then was told it would be in tomorrow morning. I went back at 12pm the following day. and still no script. I then was told they have been calling our vets office all morning. That was a lie. My vet keeps recordings of all internal phone calls. They dropped the ball completely. ONE PHONE CALL IS ALL THAT WAS NEEDED TO SAY YOU DIDN’T HAVE THE MEDICATION AND COULDN’T GET IT!! INSTEAD LETS KEEP MAKING THE DOG SUFFER!

This place has gone downhill is a spectacular way. Staff moves like they are on opioids and keep making simple mistakes. I dont feel safe having these idiots handle medication.

I drove up to get a prescription for my granddaughter who had just been released from the emergency room. Rude pharmacy tech said it would be ready in20-25 minutes. Went back in 25 minutes and another rude tech said I would have to wait another 20-25 minutes bc pharmacist probably went on break. I asked to talk to supervisor and was told same thing and they were sorry. I said I had a sick child in back seat coughing her head off and that they should have communicated this the first time around. They didn’t seem to care although they were miraculously able to get the meds ready. Would never ever go back there for more of their incompetence. Will try to contact corporate as this is an extremely badly run store

Theyve had a lot of stuff. Im a Squishmallow Collector so I was pretty happy to see a lot of the Squishmallows Ive wanted and liked. kind employees and a nice atmosphere.

Worst pharmacy Iv ever dealt with. Only thing consistent about this place is how ignorant and incompetent the people working here are. It’s nothing but mistakes and fouled up prescriptions constantly. If you have to get a script here expect to make 2-3 trips before these idiots get it right.

Rude customer service! Told me how many hours a day the store is open and that Im not their only customer. Ordered photo book, received confirmation that my order was ready for pick up. Drove 20 minutes to pick up my order to find out it was not! Spent over 50 minutes on hold to be passed around to everyone other than the manager. Called corporate to complain and got a Ill pass this along to my boss so they can look into whats going on at that location. So much for supporting local businesses. From now on, Ill order online for a better experience! Thanks for nothing!

Bad morning services. Need better employees. Or just all new staff. Everytime i come here big boy keeps giving me problems and im done with it. Id rather go to meijer then walgreens anyday. Over priced. I can go to walmart get anything there for 2-3 dollars less.

I found patient, professional staff who didnt mind answering questions at this location (in stark contrast to the crazy situation in downtown Dekalb). At this Sycamore location, I was greeted by a friendly manager who was an excellent listener and helped me get the information I needed from the pharmacist, who seemed knowledgeable and polite. I felt comfortable sticking around for a passport photo as well, which was reasonably priced. I will be going to the Sycamore Walgreens from now on. Dekalb Walgreens on 1st not recommended!

I’ve got nothing but love for this Walgreens location. The staff is always kind to me and they always seem to be well stocked every time I visit there. The best quality though has to be the fact that they’re located right off of Peace Road. It’s super simple to stop by on your way to 88.

I was asked to verify my name on a drivers license when using my credit card. The clerk quickly grabbed the license and scanned the back side to capture all my information. Screw them I will never shop there again. My identity was stolen last night. It has been reported to the state and local authority. The information was not asked for or volunteered.

Pharmacy is never on time with getting a prescription ready. Unless you were picking up the following day. When they ask you. How long before you come back to pick up if you say one hour figure it to be two hours. Not sure why they even ask. Be sure to ask them when they can have it ready. Because when you want it ready doesn’t really mean anything to them

Cosmetics gals are always great! Helpful and cheerful. The pharmacy can be super slow at weird times. Most of the time my script is ready on time, but have had to wait 30+ mins before when I was told it was ready by the automated line.

This Walgreens location has an awesome team. Every employee I recognize is consistently friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is great too. The drive-thru pharmacy is convenient! Especially when you are sick!

Pulled up to drive through window to get my script filled and double checked if my information and insurance was updated.....I was told yes all was current and updated and would be available for pick up in 20 to 30 minutes they would text me to let know a technician named Nichole confirmed this!...( I would not have left my script otherwise because my other pharmacist closes early and I would not have made it in time after doing my errands I need to do ) I was texted that my script was ready in a very timely manner to a much disappointed line but that was to be expected during flu season but what wasn’t expected is when I wanted to get my script that they told me that my card Was not up to date after I had already been told otherwise. So not only did Nicole‘s mistake cost me time and money because I had to pay out-of-pocket for my prescription she also cost me frustration and all the people’s frustration in line behind me so I really hope Walgreens honor is the fact that they will reimburse me when I show I Have updated insurance. This kind of mistake could cost another person their life (due to income) or livelihood due to hospitalization. May all be well! May all the pharmacies be thorough !

I have always received good service from the pharmacy to photos and have found the staff to be extremely helpful. The 4 star rating is because they can be busy and the wait time can be long at peak hours. Now I plan ahead and go at off hours.

For some reason they sometimes fail to fill my prescription correctly on their first try. About 50% of the time, I end up having to return later or the next day because of their issues. No wonder I have high blood pressure, I have to deal with idiots!

This jag bag of a pharmacist makes me wait 45 mins on a Sunday night at 915, when the place is a ghost town I hand him my scrip and he throws it in a bin and says 45min I wait. I have to ask about it, O he couldnt find it. Ok I can understand 15mins. But to show such disregard for a customer. The little lady helping asked him 3 times about my scrip I heard her. And I wait, and wait Im just disgusted with your customer service, O there out of stock on that till tue. I Guess in looking at it he could see its a special tooth paste, That might be something they dont stock ok. BUT SHOW SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I COULD TELL YOU HAD A LITTLE ATTITUDE WHEN YOU HAD TOO HELP ME.
