We rented yet again from an Extra Space Storage facility today and experienced great attention, enthusiasm and responsiveness from Earl, the Store Manager. The facility and its cleanliness is excellent as is the location. Earl was also helpful on instructions for deliveries to the unit from outside order/delivery companies. This is an easy recommendation for those looking for storage.

One of the best storage areas around. A wide variety of storage unit sizes to suit whatever you need. Within minutes of filling out the online application, Earl contacted me directly on the steps to gain access. He walked through the gate access, door access and unit access and was always available on site checking on people. The move out was flawless. Simply go online, select a date and they give you the next steps. Move out confirmation quickly with zero hassle.

Hi folks-This is a well run, clean and convenient MONTH TO MONTH storage facility. Earl, the manager, is helpful and personable. We currently have a 10x7 space in Suwanee. Our rent was $132/month for the first 2 months. It has now increased to $158/month. Contract states that this is not a term contract and rate increases can happen at anytime. Just be sure you know this going in; with all the COVID moves, storage spaces are hard to find, and they raise rates pursuant to demand, which is high right now.

Earl does an excellent job at the Peachtree Pkwy location. He is very professional, and very knowledgeable. He also has a very good personality. He has demonstrated that he enjoys working with people.

Best storage place that I have ever used. The rate was amazing and the facility was very secure, clean and accessible. They have an elevator and carts to use so no climbing up stairs or hauling heavy boxes. If I had rented at another facility, for the quality ans service, I would have paid more than double what I did. I would highly recommend renting here.

My overall experience has been excellent. This lady who assisted with my reservation when I called was super helpful. Also, when I arrived, Earl provided amazing customer service! He is very professional and thorough. The facility is clean with a good amount of furniture dollies inside to help with moving in or out.

The facility was great and the on-site managers were friendly and competent. We had intended to keep the storage unit forever. We have downsized and need the extras space. However, the 50% increase in monthly chargers was simply too much for us to accept. Although it was a burden, we moved to a different less desirable location. We felt that the company was simply taken advantage of us -- thinking that we would accept the 50% increase instead of going through the hassle of moving out. They were wrong.

BEWARE OF PRICE INCREASE TO TWICE YOUR ORIGINAL! A year ago I rented space for $74/mo., yesterday I received a Thanks for your payment of $148 text. I thought it was an error so called to straighten it out. I was told it was NOT an error - that the rates increased. I asked if my rate had increased to twice my original rate, and was told yes, that was the increase. Im in disbelief that Id be charged an increase of $74 on a charge of $74 - what kind of business practice is this??? Is it even legal? U N B E L I E V A B L E !

I wish there was a way to rate the storage facility itself because overall it is fine, and the manager Earl is pleasant to work with. My 1-star is for the company in general. They have now doubled their storage rates, which is what I would consider a price gouging tactic. They use Covid as an excuse and are taking advantage of the current demand for storage space (with people selling, moving, foreclosing, etc.). I understand that rates have to be reviewed and adjusted time to time, but to DOUBLE their rates... 100% increase is absolutely ridiculous and should be considered illegal. I wish more people would complain and review this company so they rethink their practices. Unfortunately Earl, the facility manager is unable to do anything since it appears that it is a corporate mandate, so I dont blame him at all. However, the next time you are looking for a storage company, take this into consideration and reconsider if Extra Space Storage is for you.

We rented a unit for a short time at the Suwanee, GA location. The facility and the unit was very clean. The Manager on site was very engaging and helpful. The rental process was seamless, and the customer service exceeded our expectations.

I have been renting with extra space storage in Suwanee GA for about a year! The unit is awesome, the building is always clean, neat, and at the perfect temperature. The manager Earl has been, and is nothing but amazing! He has personally helped me move stuff in and out of my unit. With out me asking for help.He is always available to answer any and all questions, and helps out in any way he can. I normally dont recommend places or people, however if your looking for a storage unit. Rent here with Earl. Not only will you have amazing customer service,and experience. Your personal property will be safe, and secure at this storage facility!

Just got notice of price increase. This in itself is not wrong BUT the increase is 20%. That is userous. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not respond with a Covid excuse. Everyone is suffering from Covid but a 20% increase is unconscionable.

Very Satisfied. Needed a storage unit just before July 4. I reserved online and reserved unit at the Wrong Address. Managers at each property extremely helpful and just transferred the reservation to where I had intended. In addition, I had multiple questions bc we needed to access on July 4 holiday. No Problem. All questions answered quickly and completely. Unit was ready and clean upon our arrival. Actually Very Easy. Earl, manager at this location, was just great!

Very clean and well maintained facility. Staff was very helpful and polite. The loading area is short on parking with no area to turn around when there are more than 2 or three vehicles. Overall a good experience.

The process from finding right unit until I start using the unit is extraordinary. I had to store a vending machine and manager helped me over the phone to choose the right unit and saved me a lot of money. I definitely recommend this storage facility! The manager, Earl, is SO nice and professional, and keeps the place clean and secure. A lot of storage units usually smell like old cigarettes and have pest control issues, but not this facility. I was always so impressed by how fresh it was - the whole place is pretty much brand new and equipped with really nice features. I had a unit on the second floor and it was really easy moving in and out - I would just use the provided wheels carts to take my stuff to the elevator, which is right by the exit.Thank you, Earl, for running this great facility.
