Mitch is the best. Excellent customer service. Excellent location. Wonderful selection with massive inventory. This is the best store in Georgia by far. Wow what a different than inside 285 unbelievable the attitude down there . Thats why these people rock no mask games at this store because they have massive common sense! They also carry the high end liquor that is very hard to find . Cant thank you enough for the wonderful customer service.

My brother and I were followed around the store by one of the employees a few weeks back. He acted like he was working but he was watching us as we were trying to figure out what to buy. We could have made a scene about it but we just bought our liquor and left.. Probably wont come back here again

This place has an awesome selection.l of adult beverages. The staff is very friendly and if they don’t have what you want they are willing to order it for you. They will be transparent and let you know what sold for them and what didn’t based on demographics. Some things I’ve wanted due to a recipe or a specialty drink were not available and the staff told me they had it before but it didn’t perform well. That honesty made me rethink my purchase.I will always patronize this place as I can appreciate their willingness to order whatever you want and the customer service.You all should stop by and see them and if you do, tell’em Drew sent ya!Y’all be easy!Drew✌🏾How do you like your Jack Daniels? My go to package store on the way to the lake each weekend. Fair prices, wide selection, friendly staff. Best place for ice as well, perfect for cocktails.

A little more expensive than the usual package store. However the store is very well laid out and the customer service was good at closing.

Its my local favorite. They tend to always have what I like, and if they dont, they order it. Friendly employees and very helpful when wanting to try something new.

I usually shop at this particular store but my last experience in this location was terrible, they literally watched my the whole time in the store and made me feel sooooo uncomfortable. I spent $80 and before pay the guy behind the counter asked me was I sure when I asked for the Hennessy... felt horrible about it.

I was shocked to shop at TopShelf Liquors today and see that none of the employees were wearing masks and very few of the customers were. The lexan panels are still up at the cash register. But otherwise apparently they decided that the pandemic is over. I asked the cashier and she said that no one was required to wear masks in the store. I wished her luck staying healthy in such an unhealthy and unsafe environment. I will go ahead and assume they are not sanitizing the store either. I brought my own small bottle of alcohol for sanitizing the cart and yes I wore my mask.It is a complete lie nobody was sanitizing anything. No one was wearing a mask what are you talking about. Stop lying. Are you making a political statement? My husband and and I have been customers of this liquor store location for 8 years.

I dont drink very often. Were entertaining this weekend and need some different types of alcohol in case some of our guests do. Most of our friends are fitness and health minded, so I needed to find some different flavors that were lower carb/lower sugar that werent rum and vodka. I had a question about Brandy and Cognac. I was not only pointed in the right direction, but introduced to someone that explained how to drink it traditionally, what glasses to use, how to mix it if our guests MUST have a mixed drink, and how to present it with multiple presentations for different types of occasions. Some people may know what pairs with what, but I dont drink enough to be an afficionado. So, this meant a lot to us. We were guided to something that fit our guests needs (zero carb - not because carbs are bad, but just because some of our guests might have different diets that dont allow for carbs at this particular time of year) that could be sipped in the proper glasses or mixed with different popular mixers and their ratios. Then, instead of guiding us to the most expensive option. .. We were guided to the second cheapest they had on hand and told why he suggested it for our specific situation and an explanation as to why we should start with this particular brand with the expectation that IF we approve upon tasting, what to expect from higher end Brandy/Cognac and its cousins. Ive been to liquor stores all over the Southeastern Region of the US and Ive never had someone listen or be this helpful outside of tastings.

This store has no sign requiring masks for people to enter. Three of the five employees I saw had no mask. Many customers did not have masks. This is intolerable, and I will not be returning. It is inexcusable.How about the owners act like they care about something besides money and start requiring masks? Are you afraid people will not come buy alcohol if they must wear a mask? Thats ridiculous.Hard to follow rule? All YOU need to do is post a sign saying masks are required. Publix down the street does it and you know what? Almost everyone wears a mask in that store. I go weekly and see this myself. Stop contributing to people getting sick.
