This has been my go to Staples for quite some time now. They always have great school supplies, printing supplies and other office supplies. The staff are always very polite and they address any questions or concerns that you might have.
The customer service can use some improvement. I went to the printing/copier section and I was helped, it just wasn’t as good as it should have been. No greeting like hello or welcome to.... you need help isn’t a proper greeting. Both woman did have knowledge of their job, just lacked energy and friendliness.
I have never been treated as rudely in my life as I was today by the cashier in this store. I never have a good experience here anyway but out of convenience I shop here when I absolutely have to. Never again though!! I will NEVER give Staples my business again! The staff absolutely sucks!!
I always have a great experience when I shop at this location. The Manager OG always lets me know if there is a cheaper option. Everyone is always willing to help.
I worked with Alex at this location. He went way above and beyond when it comes to customer service. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you for all of your help Alex!
Been waiting over 10 min for curbside pickup for an order that was placed online. I followed the email instructions and nobody came. So I then called the store and was put on hold. I could have parked, walked in the store, and got my item off the shelf in faster time. Customer service is non existent
This location probably has the worst customer service ever existed. Paul the assistant manager loves to fall asleep in the back and leave the store unattended, the cleaning lady has to call him about 26x for him to come up front. Showed up groggy like my 2 year old niece just woke up from an afternoon nap, had his mask under his nose and mumbled through our conversation. That’s tolerable to me but what I couldn’t tolerate is the rude attitude and laziness. I told him I needed help with an office chair, he just nonchalantly turned into a furry ball rolling into his cash register. When he rang me up, told me I couldn’t get an email receipt (which I prefer during a pandemic) and drew random stuff on the receipt telling me you can just take a picture of the hard copy. I had no word but to leave a review for you guys to avoid this stores. No wonder Staples is going out of business.
The manager refused to price match Amazon for the exact same SKU code. Sales associate and the cashier both said they price match and their corporate website clearly states they price match. The cashier had already keyed in the price match and the manager came over and denied it. Don’t waste your time shopping here just go to Amazon.
Please avoid this store at all cost, rude customer service and the assistant manager Paul is as lazy as a sloth and has an attitude of the Kardashian’s uncle. Buy your stuff online, their office equipments break down after 2 months that’s why they try to sell you the protection plans.
I placed a same day pick up order. Received confirmation email that it was ready for pickup. Called ahead to request curbside pickup, and the order was lost. Nowhere to be found. The order number wasn’t in the system. Very disappointed in the customer service that offered no solution or any apologies for the inconvenience.
Staples at 3630 Peachtree Prkwy is the WORST. I waited over 1 hour to print 6 pages of my project for school. I asked the lady to print me something and she said I should go to the self-print and print it. She told me to go purchase a $5 staples print gift card and then print. (I only had cash and didn’t bring wallet) even the cashier was super rude. The machines didn’t even work and I notified her several times. I’ve been to this Staples multiple times to get things printed and she always printed it for me when I sent her a link. Since the self print didn’t work, she said she will do it herself and then changed her mind saying that she is not allowed to click on a LINK when she did it for me all the time. Then, she told me to go to the self-computer and print it. She said my $5 gift card would be enough to print my papers. I went there and they said I will need to pay $2 more. I didn’t bring my card and only cash so I had nothing to do. She said she will bring her manager but she didn’t and just worked. After waiting approx. 30 minutes more for the manager I got angry and called my mom to come in to staples and that’s when she just called the manager. They think the only way to solve their problem is to give me a refund of $5 and did not even give me an apology. I didn’t even take my refund
I think this store literally wins the most awful customer service ever.
Seems like associate and manager did not want to work. Manager was on phone texting. I had ordered 10 ream case online they could not find it. she ask me 4 times if I was sure I had ordered that. I could see that they had many cases in stock but Manager told me order was canceled because they dont have them. Then she told me you just have to wait while she started sorting some return items. At that point I walked out.
Customer service is non existent at the Johns Creek Staples location. Heads up if you go to shred paper & they tell you at the printing center that you CAN’T pay and let them shred, they are just being lazy, Nicky and Astrid both told me they don’t assist the customer. According to manager OJ Jaye their policy is IF you trust them they will weigh, you pay and they shred! I can see from previous reviews my experience today was par for the course. It’s sad that employers are paying employees for such poor service, they are the face of their business! As consumers we are free to go elsewhere, I most definitely will not be back!!
The store manager was friendly, helpful, and nice. My cashier was very helpful! Even the assistant manager was helpful. However the blonde salesman was rude and nasty to me on the phone, and at the store. He needs a coaching session.Other than that - my customer service experience was a good one and I’ll definitely recommend this location for their wide variety of items!
We have been trying to get a banner printed at Staples, and are having the worst experience. We ordered a red 6 by 2 banner. The first banner we received from them was orange. We had to argue and spend hours in discussions about if the orange color was what we ordered. After finally getting them to admit that the orange banner was not red, they finally printed another. This time, they printed a red banner on 6 by 3 paper, leaving huge amounts of white space, and they wanted us to hand cut the white space off. We got them to print it again, on the correct size paper. We just got home with the banner, and are now comparing the orange banner to the red banner. The red banner is incredibly pixelated and uneven, while the orange banner is printed crisp and clean.I am so frustrated at how difficult it has been to get Staples to give us what we ordered and at the quality they promise. Pictured below is the orange banner, where you can see a crisp, clear image as well as the red banner, where you can see the image is highly pixelated.
110% price match guarantee is GREAT if I need something fast at a cheap price.Needed to send two letters...I havent sent a letter in a decade so I went to their shipping dept for help. The rep quickly told me the price and processed the letters...my total was about a dollar. Pretty good customer service the few times Ive been here.
I dont know about the rest of the store but their print department is slightly below incompetent. At least the people are..

Package sent Sunday via UPS service. New employee didnt put the shipping label on the box so it comes back 4 days later, Thursday, USPS. Second try, the UPS system is down, promised to overnight it from nearby UPS on Friday morning. Still not sent Saturday, whereabouts unknown, still no promised phone call from manager tonight. Very angry, and I dont know where the package is.
They were really helpful getting me a really good HP printer with this Instant Ink cartridges that just came in the mail, free! Now I may go back and get the expensive premium HP paper that the girl said was great for the HP printer. Thanks!!
Manager at least I think she was a manager and if she isnt she should be (Lynn) went above and beyond to assist me with my printer purchase. Awesome customer service and patient I would definitely visit this location again.

I have been shopping at this store location for many years and until about 1 1/2 years ago was frankly unimpressed. Then about 1 1/2 years ago new store manager an new staff started to arrive and service began to improve. I think service at this store now is superb
The manager Victor is clueless and extremely rude. After waiting 20 minutes at the self service printer for Victor to fail to assist the customer in front of me, I assisted the customer myself twice! I then ask Victor for assistance with loading my purchased colored paper. Victor began shuffling opening doors on the printer and then “manager” Tyler yells “don’t put cardstock paper in the printer”...I stated to her “white cardstock paper is already in the printer because the customer in front of me receipt was cardstock paper as both her and I touched it and talked about it being nice paper...yet Victor tells me “well she is the manager sooo don’t load your paper”...he informed me that I had to wait in another LONG line of customers that had not moved since I was there as Tyler was still on the same customer when I arrived. They tried to force me to wait again and order online and that I would have to wait til tomorrow to pick up my copies because it was after 7pm. First I never asked to order anything. Secondly I informed Victor I have been printing here for years, no issues. Another customer walked to the self service printer and asked to make copies. Victor told her that she had to put in her credit card to use it. I informed Victor to use his “staff login” for the customer as the customer stated she wanted to pay when she checked out. The customer asked me if that could be done and I stated “yes! I do it all the time! The staff enters their login on the printer and the customer pays at checkout!”...Victor responses and told the customer to speak in Spanish and ignore what I was saying. He proceeded to speak in Spanish and the customer said “No!” Speak in English so that she can respond to our conversation too!”...Victor then stated the old manager is gone because she was doing things wrong. I stated the old manager and other staff always helped the customers. I proceeded to leave due to the discrimination I felt from rude Victor after patronizing this place for years and even being asked to work their because I have printed there so much and helped other customers while they were always short on staff. I even told Victor to have Tyler to type in her staff login ID as she have before too but she continued to ignore me while still on the same customer for all that time.
Wanted an advertised software update. Great price, but in store only. So I called and found that this store had two in stock. Sent my son to pick up one, but when he got there they had not heard of the person he spoke to and said it didnt matter because they would not hold product anyway.
They cut my business cards wrong, I told them it looks uneven and they need to fix it. How can I give my clients this kindergarten cut looking business cards??! They kept saying it’s the machine smh horrible customer service

The prices were INSANE. I went there to print 4 pieces of regular printer paper, just a few words on each. Wouldnt tell me how much it was until it was already printed. It was 64 CENTS A PAGE. Not an exaggeration. My bill was $2.55. And on top of that, the manager had an attitude problem, was visibly bothered by everything you asked him. This place is garbage.
Everithing is too expencixe they shold lower prices but anything else its good
I am giving this place two stars because they eventually helped me out with my Copy and Print order I had purchased online. It is very sad to see the General Manager just stand there and not cater to the four people in line while the register on the other side of the store was not busy. The Manager stayed on his cellphone and never looked up once so I felt bad for the Copy Center associate having to pull all the weight here. Usually, when someone needs backup, they get it and I felt bad for all the customers waiting longer than needed.
Run away..dont walk..haha.. Managers think they the greatest, very arrogant, and obnoxious. Heres a tip, get over it, Its STAPLES anybody can do what you do, not alot of skill needed

My experience was the far most outrageous than anyone here. I would NEVER EVER go back to that store again. The employees were stupid S-T-U-P-I-D they had no idea how to run the reigster. I was trying to return an item that I purchased online and they didnt know how to return it. I used to work at Staples in the past at another store so I had a manger from another store on the phone to help them walk thru but the f***in manager is soooo obnoxious he didnt want to get help. All 3 managers in the whole store did NOT help me. They were RUDE!!!!I was told to get the hell out of the store. Can u believe that? But I didnt leave I called the 1800 # and got some help. I told them how rude they were and Ive been in the store for an entire Hour to be excat and wasnt being treated fairly. So, I then I got to keep the item and got a refund from the customer service hotline. HELL YAAA in ur face stupid store.

Its sad when you have the cash but no one seems to want to help.. I called another store for help with a printer problem and three times the clerk told me that they did not work on cell phones and three times I told her, printer....so, I look to Staples, reviews and as you can see from other posts, what I have to look forward to. Also, the pricing is out of line. Someday it will be ONLINE only.
Not a great store. I only go here to mail things via USPS or UPS. I dont go here for office supplies.
