I dropped in to get some mock up postcards printed. Because of an issue with the file format/printing, I had a long wait. Close to ten customers were served ahead of me. However the owner was very sweet and printed my mock ups for free and refused to charge me for it. Means a lot coming from a small business. Will be happy to support in the future! I usually have my printing done online via a company out of California. However my most recent experience with them had me searching for a local business. My initial communication was via phone, and was informative and professional. When I went to location, I wasnt sure what to expect, however my experience and the quality of work quickly spelled any concerns. The biggest shout out to Carter (the graphics guy). His help and service was truly a great customer service experience!!!

This is the best place to get anything and I mean thing, printed! Any size, style, poster boards, staff handbooks, you name it they print it. They helped me to make the best choice for my needs and price. They took time to explain and show me different styles and you can even email the docs to them and they print it straight from there so nothing loses its color! Go check them out!

I was very happy to find this location seeing that I operate my own business and this establishment was very close to my home. Upon entering the door I was never greeted. Instead I was met with deer in the headlight stares as if to say what are you doing here? or even maybe, what do you want? I was never spoken to except when I asked if that was it after the gentleman took my package and continued to just stare at me and was treated as if they were doing me a favor. HORRID EXPERIENCE! Couldnt help to wonder if my ethnicity was an issue. Dont worry; I will not be back. Thanks.
