What a great experience. I took my work vehicle in for an oil change and check over since the last guy went 2000 miles over.I was provided with digital ecord of what was needed beyond the oil change so I could save it and shared with the boss who approved some and because it was listed so non car people would understand we waited on a few non critical things.Online invoice and payment was offered and used because why wouldnt you and the locked my keys inside so I could pick up after hours when it was good for me.3 year or 36000 mile warranty, whichever comes last not 1st like most everywhere means more money on the bottom line!My personal vehicles are next on list.

Christian Brothers Auto was a fantastic experience start to finish. Drop off was smooth and seamless. The waiting area was clean and organized. I was also able to get a ride to my job nearby. Diagnostics was prompt, repair approval was easy, and communication was frequent. I was able to pay through text message and picked up my car after- hours the same day (due to my schedule). I will definitely be taking my car to them for all future repairs.

My first experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was definitely a good one. No one likes to buy the necessities like new tires, but CBA guided me to the best options for my vehicle, considering both performance and economy; and everyone I came in contact with from the owner to the shuttle driver couldn’t have been nicer. Shuttle was IMMEDIATELY ready for me upon dropping off my car and then again to pick me up at my office to come get the car. All of this helped make the purchase and experience very smooth. I’m a Florida resident Going to school for chiropractic. recently I visited Suwannee for a seminar and on the trip up, realized the U joints in my drive shaft had gone bad. The doctor hosting the seminar advised that Christian Brothers Automotive had done work for him in the past and that they were professional, prompt, and will do exceptional work. I was VERY pleased and thankful to find that all of those things were true. I have never had an experience with an Automotive shop like this one. The entire staff was helpful, caring, professional, prompt, and quite honestly a God send. They saved me from being stranded in Georgia, and got me back on the road so I could continue with school without missing anything. Couldn’t be happier with my experience.

The guys or brothers lol here are all very friendly and give good service. There is ample parking spots, clean and convenient.I usually get a name, BUT I apologize I forgot to write his down. Everyone was nice though!

The place is very clean and the customer service was impeccable, even though I was only there for their special. The only foreseeable problem is that this location is easy to miss from the highway. They had so many Best in Gwinnett awards on the wall! I was impressed. I am gonna go back, and thats the best endorsement I can think of.

I have never had anything but a positive experience going there. The guys have always been kind and treated me with respect. I have no fear of being ripped off, which has not been my experience elsewhere. I highly recommend them and am glad they were recommended to me.

Very professional and pinpoint accuracy on resolving my problem. I had taken my car to two mechanics previously and the issue was not resolved with my check engine light. These guys were on point, professional, they text with pictures, and descriptions, and you can approve the work via text. The job is done so quick. I can now see why they have such a high rating, and like wise they get a high rating from me. Take your chances with them, and you will not be disappointed.

Took my car in for an ac diagnostic and asked them to find out whats wrong and call me to tell if there is something wrong and what needs to be replace without doing any work to the car, i get a call telling me the car is fixed and they recharged the ac system. I was not happy as i specified that i did not want any work done prior. The manager was very incompetent, i am not happy with there business and will not be going there again.

I have been taking all my cars to Christian Brothers in Suwanee for years now and they are always extremely detailed, honest and expedient in all they do - no job is to big or small, as they are truly professionals. Appreciate these folks time and time again!

Came in here to get there promotional oil change service. Called in advance to schedule an appointment. Called them right before my appointment and the guy told me on the phone to leave my car in the lot with the keys inside assuming no contact service due to COVID. Left the car there and went on to my business. Two hours later there was no update, so I called to check the status of my car. Found out they didnt do anything to the car and just left the car sitting in the lot with my keys inside. They didnt even acknowledge it was out there. Completely unprofessional and very disappointing. Worst of all, nobody even stayed late (4 mins after closing) to make sure that my car was picked up by me, nor did they even apologized. They closed their shop and left. I will tell everyone not to go here.

This review is based solely off of customer service. I called multiple times trying to get an estimate for my vehicle and was told someone could call me. Here we are two weeks later and no one has reached out to me. I ended up going somewhere else because I feel this is going to be a reflection of the service as well. I don’t think it’s right to lie to people and tell them you will contact them when you’re not going to and they take time out of their day to wait on the call.

Their attention to detail and communication is outstanding letting you know every step of the way whats going on with your car with pictures if applicable. The staff is very helpful and seem to be willing to take that extra step to make you feel important and their pricing is competitive.

Christian Brothers could have taken advantage of us due to the major problems they encountered. They were more than fair and very upfront with us. We will definitely use them for future automotive needs.

I have never had a repair shop communicate so effectively. They covering every question or concern I had. The fact that they are highly reviewed says a lot. Think about it how many people would bother to give a car repair place 5 stars. Customer communication is one of my conditions for judging vehicle repair. That said, John attended to every detail and did so promptly. I feel like their pricing was fair also. Another very important deciding factor is the warranty, 3year/36K miles...Are you kidding me! How much more do you need? They live up to their reputation with me!

The customer service is very nice. I enjoy the fact that they are truthful, they tell you whats wrong with the vehicle without any backhanded fees, theres a certain level of trust that they will not overcharge but fix what needs to be done. I also like the smell of the store during the fall. I think they got rid of it now, but leading up to thanksgiving, the store smelt like pumpkin spice. The best thing about the store; the cookies.

I was remembered by name after a quick call to see if they had any openings when I first got there. The texting service was awesome, you get to see exactly where in the process you are. You guys went above and beyond for me and even called the prior mechanic I had working on my car (because the part I needed replaced was still under warranty) to tell them about the issue and arrange how to resolve it without involving me at all! Over the years I have come to rely on CB to take care of my automobiles. I have tried other places for various reasons but I always come back. I like their honesty and communication and they do good work . Its as simple as that!

I 100% trust these folks. Their culture of excellence starts with the owner who I’ve had the honor to spend some time with. Our daughters went to the same school and he and I shared hotel rooms on their senior trip. He is one of the brightest, kindest and most God centered human beings I’ve ever met. The people he hires are just amazing. I’ve trusted my family’s cars, and by extension their safety, to these people and have never, not once, had anything other than gratitude for the jobs they have done. Also, they will check any used car you might be thinking about buying. My middle daughter was was wanting to buy a used car so I drove it from the dealership to Christian Bros to be checked out. It ran beautifully and I loved the car so I figured they would think it was okay too. Nope. They pointed out a host of fatal problems and basically told me to run from this car. If I hadn’t had it checked by them, my daughter could have been driving around a car that seemed fine but was a disaster waiting to happen.Another true storyMy wife and I were checking a car out from a “private” seller for the same daughter and I had a funny feeling that something wasn’t right and I told them I wanted to take it to Christian Bros first. The guy looked flustered and complained something to the effect that of course CBA would find something wrong. He then confessed that they would find that the car had recently had issues and there would be codes revealing as much. I told him no thanks right there.All that to amplify what I said at the beginning of this post...unscrupulous used car dealers fear them lol..... and I trust them 100%.

Christian Brothers has excellent service. Its a bit pricey but its definitely worth it. I had a complicated electrical problem and they worked non-stop to figure out the problem. They continually update you with calls and texts through the process which I love.

I needed my brakes inspected and wanted to know how bad they were (lots of squeaking!). Christian Brothers Automotive provides a free inspection that covers everything you could think of. They send you a link when its finished and it contains pictures of anything urgent as well as fluid comparisons. Their service is a little pricey, but its nothing ridiculous. The waiting room is really nice if you want to hang out while they work on your car. They also provide free cookies and water which is nice.

Good service, clean facilities and prompt service. The thing that sticks out most is there was a cosmetic issue caused by them and they quickly remedied the situation and did a great job doing it. That was very much appreciated.

Brought my car and they were able to get it done in about an hour. Friendly service, reasonable price and professional guys. I recommend them highly!

I was a loyal customer of CB Suwanee for over 10 years before moving out of state. Ive always found them very honest and the service excellent on all levels. On multiple occasions I had brake concerns on different vehicles. After taking my vehicle to them they diagnosed it as safe and no repairs needed. Most shops would have taken my money and ran.This is a sophisticated shop with dealership level service (or greater) but with better technicians and no up selling or games. You can always find someone cheaper but rarely does that equate to better.In a decade of service I only had one installed part fail (a heater motor/blower). It was covered under their warranty with NO questions asked at NO cost (this is why they only install their parts - this is normal for reputable shops).Not only was work quality superb, theyre very friendly and follow up/through is excellent. Update calls are the norm. Walt has been my go to person for many years. Ask for him.While I now live several hours away I will have my car(s) towed (thanks AAA!) to them for any serious repairs.

I have been going to Christian Brothers for a couple of years now and I am so grateful and thankful I found them. The reason I did was because a previous on-line review described my experience exactly in dealing with dealership based repairs and how frustrated I was. Christian Brothers is wonderful, and the exact opposite of that dealership repair situation where they make you feel like you must have a repair done or your car will fall apart and they are very high-pressured in doing so. Christian Brothers is so very customer service oriented- they take excellent care of your vehicle, let you know the cars condition and what needs to be done and if it needs to be done now or if we need to monitor and be prepared to have it cared for later. On top of the quality customer service, the repair technicians do amazing work and I always feel that I have received the highest quality care. Finally, their pricing is very affordable and much lower than that of the dealership. Christian Brothers is the best, do not hesitate to check them out.

Took my car here about 3 times and every time I have brought it has been a problem after problem after problem. They said it was one thing in the beginning and then another thing after the 2nd time and now it’s a hose, that they said it takes time to fix

Everyone was friendly and explained every repair in detail and got it done in a timely manner. They keep you updated via text throughout the day and call when the car is done. They also offer you a ride home and offer to pick you up when the repairs are done. I was very pleased and will continue to go here.

Very responsive, felt like I got an honest recommendation. I also really appreciated Todds kindness and understanding. I previously had to deal with a high pressure dealer rep trying to get me to authorize unnecessary work on my car. However, I trust that Todd provided me with very sound advice and was grateful that I did not feel pressured in any way.

Ive always drove past Christian Brothers Auto in Suwanee and when I had a knock in my engine I figured Id give them a try. Got charged 60$ for the diagnostic fee and then they gave me a ridiculous quote of almost $10,000 saying there wasnt anything they could fix and instead the whole engine would have to be replaced (mind you this is a 2001 vehicle valued at only $3,000)Later I took it to another shop where they told me it was a loose rod bearing in the engine and were able to repair it for a little more than $1,000 with parts and labor.Long story short, these guys arent as reliable and trustworthy as I thought, be careful.

I liked that they seemed honest about necessary repairs versus things to think about for the future, and I didnt feel any pressure to do everything they suggested. It was a pretty low stress environment, and everyone I talked to was pretty friendly.Also the waiting room was very clean, and there was a high level of communication between the shop and me about my vehicle. Meaning I didnt have to call the shop several times to ask what was going on with my vehicle because they have a text alert system that will keep you informed on your vehicle.I will say they do seem to be a little bit on the pricey side compared to other shops Ive been to in the past, but honestly I would rather pay a little bit more for quality work, honesty, low stress, and excellent customer service. It was definitely worth it. I will be back for sure and recommend this location to others. Thanks!

Never had a problem with them. I use them for oil and I had them replace a sensor in my truck. They do fast work and at a good price compared to the dealership (obviously). They are also super courteous.

Another shop had told me I needed a new tire rod to do a proper alignment. Christian Brothers did the alignment without the part replacement saving me considerable money and they did it much quicker than I expected. Great customer service experience.

My wifes car wouldnt start one mourning. After trying to jump it, I had my insurance company tow it over to Christian Brothers. they were able to diagnose the problem and keep me informed about the action that needed to be taken. It was originally thought be 2 problems and was quoted the price to fix it. After the fix was complete it was found that only 1 of the 2 issues needed to be address. It would have been very easy to rip me off because theres the no way for me ever to know, Christian Brothers was extremely honest in reducing the price and only charging for what needed to be fixed. Honesty like this is rare to find in the industry! Thank you!

Very happy with their work on my 95 bronco. They stand behind the service. When I was gassing up after leaving the voltmeter in my gauge cluster was running a little high, upon further inspection they had replaced a 10amp fuse with a 20 that powers the gauge. I called back to the shop they let me know that this was a good repair for the issue I had, when I asked about if it could/would damage anything over time they assured me they stood behind it and were responsible for any issues that could arise due to it. Its tough to find good mechanics who stand behind their work like this. Look forward to working with them more in the future.
