I took my f10 550I to Bremen right after I bought it. Dropped it off with an appointment for a full tune up, exhaust, downpipes, a tune, and some small interior pieces that were broken.Long story short they had my car for an entire week and only changed the fluids for $420. I didnt know this until my car started acting up a month later and i pulled a few spark plugs. Plugs and coil packs were never changed. I never even got a real itemized receipt. There was zero communication I had to keep calling them everyday. No one told me the hydraulics for my hood were shot. Or that the inside of my rear tires were gone. I never recieved anything I asked for only an estimate a week later for upgrades.Bottom line they do not take pride or customer service very seriously.

Car (2001 BMW 5-series) started running super rough, so I took it to a mechanic I had used previously. They fixed the issue (for a lot of dough) and it ran okay for a couple of weeks. Then it started exhibiting the same issues again. Based on reviews and proximity, I brought the car to Bremen, and the mechanics there identified what had been repaired incorrectly, very quickly and without charging for a diagnostic. They also diagnosed and repaired a very serious issue that I and the other garage had been unaware of. After getting it repaired, they gave me a thorough and honest rundown of what my vehicle needed to get back to top shape. After a couple of weeks (when I had more money) I took the vehicle back to fix another issue they had identified, and they did so quickly and honestly, even charging me less after they had discovered that I didnt need a new part installed. My car is now purring like a kitten.These guys are the real deal. Honest, talented, and full of integrity. Their waiting room, for the time I had to use it, was comfortable and tasteful. And they have an incredibly no-nonsense, informed and kind attitude in their dealings with your vehicle repairs, even if you have a limited budget. If you have a German vehicle needing serviced, I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Had a brake light warning on in my E class, was worried it might be the SBC system. They were able to figure out the issue in 20 minutes, it was and sent me to Mercedes for a replacement under warranty. Wouldnt accept payment for their help. Will go back in the future, when my car has issues.

The worse experience ever. $2500 later, car is not fixed. He extorted $500 to return our keys. you can take your car somewhere else. dont waste your time and money here. and be prepared to leave your car at the shop for 1/2 year

I dropped in at Bremen Autowerks over lunch break yesterday to see if they had time to replace a faulty crankshaft position sensor on my ML500 that had stalled several times over the weekend. Very nice guys, straightforward, and not pushy at all. Im familiar with the issue and cost range and they were right where I expected with parts and labor combined. I also asked for quotes on some other work I know its time to start updating my SUV on and I received straightforward answers, estimates and told what was the next priority. They were able to work my benz into their schedule and it was ready before my work day ended. It was an easy fix, but my rating is based on my overall experience and how easy to work with I expect they will be if things dont always go as hoped with repairs. Im very appreciative!

I recently visited because my mannifold was cracked. I also needed an oil change. My ML 320 now runs better than it did when purchased it. This place is great! I drive a 2005 Mercedes ML 350 ... The dealership quoted me $6K for all the work I needed... A local triple AAA shop quoted me $3.5-4K, and instead I only spent $2,500 at Bremen Autowerks, and they used genuine parts!Mercedes Benz also told me I needed a new control module for my keyless entry but Bremen knew immediately that after changing the battery in the key, it simply needed reprogrammed (Which they did within 3 minutes of me being at the shop... and for free).The guys there are Master Certified and clearly know their stuff... I will never take my car anywhere else besides Bremen from now on!

The BEST Experience EVER!Very friendly and they genuinely care about the customer wallet.My eye doctor Chip Reddy at Suwanee Vision Center recommended me to this place and turns out to be one of the BEST recommendation I have ever received.I had an estimate to fix my A/C from another place for almost $4k to replace compressor and whole nine yard. these guys diagnosed the issue only to alignment of the sensor which has nothing to do with compressors and other recommendations. Total charge was only $100. That is all. What a relief.BOTTOM LINE: I am their lifetime customer now and you should do it too to save on your wallet.

With all the good reviews I expected more from this shop I called on three different occasions just to get a price quote only to be told I will call you back and never did I even emailed and still got nothing makes me wonder if some of these reviews were inside jobs.

I truly appreciate Bremens crew who inspected the very used Mercedes CLK350 that I was considering purchasing. And it was a whole crew - led by Eric. They spent at least an hour going over the car and pointed out the issues to me in plain language.. Eric gave me an estimate of the repair cost. He charged me barely anything for several people to inspect the vehicle and to run a computer diagnostic, which he explained showed the car’s computer had been wiped clean.Eric & crew identified a few minor issues (oil leak, tire wear) but didn’t point out that the car lacked a spare tire & tools or that rear brake pads needed replacing. Overall I am satisfied.When you go to Bremen, it is not easy to spot - go to the address & pull on in to the parking lot. Youll see a Japanese vehicle maintenance company up front, but drive on through, between the buildings to the back & a slight left up the hill - there youll find Bremen. They werent very busy when I went by Thurs afternoon but Fri afternoon, they had a full load - Eric still hopped on my new car & did the repairs on the spot.

Best Euro shop in GA hands down. Incredibly knowledgable and friendly staff.
