Love this place they always have the items you can’t find in other places. Staff was helpful and friendly, was able to get in and out quickly.

Store is messy, they do not have a great selection as they once did. It had been a couple of years since I had been in the store. I will not be going back in. The only reason I did not give a one star was the staff was very friendly and some what helpful.

Picked up an online order curbside. Efficient and courteous.

Floor customer service staff were nice and helpful to get an item not on the shelf. But the box was missing multiple parts and when I took it back right away for an exchange, the manager spent time and took care of the issue well. Thank you.

I cant even give it 1 star. Terrible customer service, not clean inside and had low stock in all departments. Not going back. Awful experience. Left with out buying anything due to not a friendly staff.

Headache. This company is a complete headache to deal with...associates are clueless (mostly nice but clueless), messing up returns, product was completely broken and clearly glued back together and put on the sales floor, gift card system is a hassle as balance was accidentally uploaded to my online account so the physical card was then left with a zero balance, making it completely useless in store, online system for making a pickup order crashed several times and did not properly filter out what was out of stock at their locations so it took forever to place an order. If I didn’t have a gift card there that I wanted used before they (probably) go out of business, I wouldn’t have worked so hard to shop here...complete headache to deal with every step of the way.

I am sorry to say I did not catch the name of the woman who helped me over the phone with a Brookstone hand massager item but she was kind, courteous, fast, and very educated on the processes for her work. She helped me turn a store pickup into a delivery to my home so I didnt have to make the 40 minute drive to grab the item during work. Thank you! Good Bed, Bath, and Beyond. They always make sure to give me the best coupon that I have when buying a product, to insure I get their best deal. Friendly and efficient service overall, helpful staff, and clean store. Usually always have what Im looking for in stock. No complaints.

This store has almost EVERYTHING that anyone would ever need under one roof (in my opinion). It was neat, clean and orderly. I was greeted when I entered. Everyone was polite, smiling and helpful. I had to return an item and after the transaction, the manager said, I apologize that your items did not work out for you . Wow, I will definitely be a return customer. 😊

A large variety of items to choose from for almost any part of your house, from bedding, to kitchen ware, lighting, rugs, etc.However, because the store doesnt specialize in one thing, its not a good place to go if youre looking for something high quality and specific.Id recommend it if youre just looking for everyday stuff that you dont mind replacing later, particularly for bigger purchases. For smaller items, its the perfect store.

The store was out of alot of items. It seemed that the store wasnt being restocked or wasnt carrying as much in the store any more. The staff was very friendly, however and two people offered to help me. Maybe online sales are the main sales now.

They have almost anything you can ever want thats slightly beyond your price range but you know youre gonna buy it anyway cuz its so cool. Online ordering with free shipping is my crack like addiction that is slowly sucking my bank account dry. But hey I LOVE cool kitchen gadgets that I never knew I needed.

Service was wonderful and staff friendly while helping us find what we needed. Have a million kitchen gadgets in store, but not the one that I needed: kitchen tweezers. They did have a kitchen torch and butane.

Awful customer service. Manager was not willing to fix an order that was messed up on their end.

Employees were very helpful - almost every employee asked if we needed help and provided assistance without us having to ask. Store was more organized and neat than other Bed, Bath, and Beyond stores.

Found some great frames for wedding pictures that were on clearance. Also found the waterproof backseat cover to protect from pets.

Great selection merchandise, employees are not overly helpful, prices are sometimes hard to find, sometimes it feel like massive amounts of merchandise has been crammed into a very small place, the check out counters are crowded and disorganized. Go there for selection, not for the shopping experience.

Im only giving this place a 1 star because my purse was lost in this store. After retrieving it from the store managers office I was told they called my bank and put a hold on my credit cards. I thought, what? I’ve never heard of businesses placing holds on your cards for you and contacting your bank on your behalf? Pretty sure that’s not even allowed?I called my bank and spend a total of an hour and a half with them (the wait times were horrendous) only to find out that no hold was issued on any card and that only the holder can make that kind of request. Either way, my cards were going to be cancelled, but I do not appreciate being lied to and forced to do extra work because people are spiteful and hateful. I’ll never return to this store again.
