The entire team at Target Optical Superior is extremely knowledgably and helpful. They made the entire process seamless.

Stephanie Davila at the Superior, Colorado Store is the most helpful, and informative optical individual I have ever met, and also one of the nicest person ever. What an asset you have, I am sure she is not paid enough.

Great service, thorough and on top of things.The Dr fit me with a new style of contact that is far more comfortable than in the past - sent me home with a couple options. “S” helped me pick out the right frames - helped me through a dozen options and narrowed in on a frame I’ve been complimented on. They set aside every frame to be cleansed after - so health-friendly. Wonderful service.

Tammy is a godsend and deserves a raise for how well she holds up this Target Optical. She has made me, as a customer, feel like the office really cares about my personal experience. I will happily continue coming here, mostly to remind Tammy how fabulous she is.

Terrible customer service. Stephanie in particular was extremely rude. Unfortunately they fraudulently charged my insurance when I don’t even live in Colorado for contacts (which I don’t wear nor have I ever had an exam) and despite multiple attempts they have not been willing to provide any documentation on how they will resolve it. Attempts to contact the general target optical customer service have also been fruitless. I would avoid them like the plague.

This has been the most frustrating experience Ive ever had with an eye doctor. It has been almost 4 months and I still havent received my trial contact lenses. They said they ordered them twice and that I picked them up but they never called to tell me they were in and I definitely have not picked them up. I was also charged for a contact lens fitting exam which wasnt communicated to me before the exam as I was under the impression that my insurance would be covering the total cost as I am allowed a free of charge eye doctor appointment per year.

Great experience with this optical store! Jessica is especially awesome as is the female dr! Nice selection of glasses.

The staff and Dr. at this location are wonderful! Very helpful and friendly :)
