Fantastic service and courtesy. Assisted us with our needs to find the perfect unit and the units have climate control, Insurance and carts for easy loading.Victoria helped me yesterday with my unit and booking and Ray(the manager) showed the same courtesy today. Both carry this site on their backs while other locations(public storage) need 3 idiots to do nothing.These people will help. And I feel safe leaving my things here. Amazing.

Ray was incredibly friendly showed us to our storage unit and gave a very detailed explanation on how to open and close both the gate and the storage unit. Overall great service definitely recommend.

First month free... cant beat it!Update on 7/16/20: Im renting a garage to store my company vehicle. If for any reason you dont have a vehicle to drive out from their REMOTE LOCATION, DO NOT rent here! Theres no pedestrian exit! And one of the office staff is nice when shes signing you up, otherwise rude and unsympathetic (not talking about Alicia). The only way for me to exit by foot was to put a sticker on sensor (TEMPORARILY) to keep entrance gate open until I could walk out, which is when I would had taken it off! This will be my second and last month here and that woman in the office needs to learn how to talk to customers and how to be humble, after all Im partially paying her salary.

Life storage saved the day! We have a spot there already and just added another spot with them. Staff is awesome and really nice. They are patient and work with you. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been storing my entire household possessions with Life Storage/Sunrise for just over 2 years now. Due to so many services being affected by the current Covid 19 pandemic. I had been having Trouble with everything from my T-Mobil & Blue Stream service coverage (that I was unable to make my monthly payment online.) I called the phone number on my last email from Life Storage. I spoke with Victoria, who I was surprised to find out actually works at my storage location. She was so understanding & helpful in fixing my issue making my payment! What’s the difference between one Storage Facility & another ? The PEOPLE! Victoria thank you so much for your help today! I rented a small storage unit a few months back with the Manager, Ed. He made it quick and easy. I had to again go in today to rent an additional unit and he had me in and out in 5 minutes. Easiest rental ever. Access to my unit is always easy and the grounds are always clean. Location is super convenient. I would recommend in a heartbeat!

1st, Ill start with the room I rented. Clean & safe. Staff offered a cart as I went through boxes I hadnt seen in years. Next the staff: Alicia was wonderful. Ed is a good man - yes, there still are some. Last rent price: average. I strongly advise getting a climate controlled room. Well worth it for your things & you. This Sunrise, FL location rocks!

Moving from Coconut Creek to Tamarac in a couple of weeks. Very glad that I did my research and didnt just pick the first Public or U-Haul storage place. Life Storage offers a much better value for your dollar. The storage units are immaculate, even the drive up outdoor ones. The manager Ed is very professional, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this storage facility to any of my friends.
