We have been doing many renovations on our home and have come across many issues with vendors. MAX GLASS WAS NOT ONE of them!!! From start to finish they were fantastic. Professional, communicative, and their work is gorgeous! We had two companies come out and we are glad we chose Max Glass.

Just had my glass installed today. Fair pricing solid work. Took a little longer than I’d of liked but heard glass is hard to get. Communication could be improved a little but overall would definitely recommend. Installers were awesome too. 🙌🏽

I hired Max Glass and Mirrors for removal of a mirror above our vanity that covered all the wall from vanity to ceiling in the master bathroom. I hated to have to pay for someone to do this for us but once they came and removed it, I had no regrets. Getting an estimate was easy by texting measurements and pictures. A few guys came as scheduled and within about 15 minutes had the whole job done. The area was completely clean, no broken glass to clean up. And nothing for me to get rid of as well. Everyone there acted professional and were a pleasure to have come into my home. For this type of job, I definitely would recommend.

Excellent service and quality products

I struggle to even give one star. Not only is the workmanship terrible. Max does not take accountability and is horribly rude. My dad, an 89 year old decorated, disabled, combat wounded veteran had sliding shower doors installed by Max. Max came over, inspected the bathroom and said he could install the doors we wanted, no problem, and gave a price. He assured us that this is a top quality company that delivered only top quality products and workmanship which would justify the fact they are significantly more expensive than other shower doors. At this point Max was friendly, personable and seemed trustworthy. He came highly recommended by the company that installed our bathroom tiles. They work closely together.After the doors were installed they looked amazing! However, the entire bathroom was flooded after the first use. I immediately called Max who explained that it must have been an issue where then step that the doors were placed over was not angled sufficiently. It should be angled in a manner that when the water rolls down the doors it hits the step and immediately rolls into the shower. Makes sense. Why was this not checked before installing the doors? Why was this never mentioned to me? I hired a professional who came highly recommended by another professional he works closely with and made the mistake of assuming he was thorough and competent.When speaking with Max about the flooding he blamed the tile guy for not creating the proper angle of the step. I then spoke to the tile guy, telling him what Max said, and he agreed that he would make whatever modification Max required. I asked for a proper repair and specifically said I did not want it to be “rigged” to avoid flooding. I was assured by Max that it would be handled properly.The doors were removed, the tile guy came and made adjustments according to Max’s specifications then Max came back, inspected the bathroom and installed the doors again. But this time, he added a bunch of plastic strips everywhere.PROBLEM- when I returned I immediately noticed that there plastic strips and changes that were not expected.This was NOT how it is supposed to be and not aesthetically pleasing. I have seen these exact shower doors in various other bathrooms and none have this. When I showered I noticed the water still accumulated and did not roll into the shower. The worst part is that when I opened the doors there is a LOUD and HORRIBLE sound caused by these strips of plastic Rubbing on the doors. I paid thousands of dollars for these doors and this is not supposed to happen.I took a video and sent it to Max expressing my disappointment. I expected a response with options to rectify the situation. Instead I got a rude message back from Max telling me that I should be disappointed in myself for working with a contractor that was not licensed and insured - the person he is referring to is the tile guy that he works with who brought Max into the job in the first place. He is listed as licensed and Insured.As a result I am now forced to report Max to the County Department Business and Professional Regulation and seek legal assistance.Beware. This should be a quick and simple job. Don’t use this company, who not only does not properly inspect a job, but will take your money knowing that the outcome will not meet standards.Mistakes happen and this could have been resolved professionally, avoiding all the time, frustration and money this is going to cause. And the fact that this is done to an elderly, disabled, veteran is even more shameful.

Excellent Service, beautiful doors - worth every penny. I needed a new custom shower door in my main bath. Max visited took all of the measurements, advised on the right glass, discussed the hardware and the timeline.Had to wait a couple days for the HW to come in - but when everything was ready, two guys came along; bish, bash, bosh the door was in place, looking all lovely. The guys were like ninjas - they worked quietly and efficiently - never asked for a thing - they brought everything they needed with them.Have just had a nightmare with contractors - I WISH my general contractor had been half as good as Max Glass & Mirrors.Many thanks - I would definitely recommend and use them again.

This guy is the absolute worst... he ruined our MARBLE VANITY that was just installed and used a SHARPIE to do notes that went through the paper and then he moves a towel to cover the damage. Then when we called him out on it DENIED he did it... but offered to take care of all damage which was DONT ANSWER OUR CALLS... AND IGNORE US....PEOPLE SAVE YOUR MONEY...DO NOT USE THIS GUY........HORRIBLE......HORRIBLE......
