Pretty terrible. The store only allowed 2 people in the store. As you can see from video, there is plenty of room for more customers! Are we trying to create a mystique?...news flash, your an outlet! Only 7 people in line. They could have well fit us in.

I am totally upset with this store and, I will never go again. My husband bought recently a purse from there and it get damaged in 1 month. I cant believe it.! The purse comes with a little envelope inside. I spray alcohol like, I spray to my Gucci wallet and allacceptable. I have and never happened this before..this supposed to be leather? Leather never will get damage wirh one time and little spray Of alcohol. Because of the Virus sometimes I spray on my stuffs. I can show to Versce how other leather purses that I have never get damaged like their brand. I went to the store and the assistant Manger told me that the manager was not there, so she cannot help wirh that issue . I was traveling next day so I couldnt come back . I asked her to call the manager . Really I was totally surprised because the manager was not there, nobody could help me with my issue? Then she called the manager and she told me that because I sprayed alcohol they cannot do anything? Oh my God that really made me more upset! Then, They told me because was in discount and is an outlet price the quality is not like always? So, please dont buy at that outlet. How an employee can tell you that the quality is not so good because you pay less, with discount and in an outlet! Go to any outlet but no there. I couldnt write this before because, I just came from my trip and I will post it all the times until somebody from Versce contact Me to solver this and give a professional answer.

Helpful staff once inside but the doorman was disappointing. Looked at me crazily when I attempted to enter as if the store was packed; there were (at most) five customers inside. I get that current circumstances limit the number of people that can be in a store at any given time but that seemed unnecessary. Opened the door without speaking, eventually, and did the same when I left.

They don’t answer the phone. Horrible customer service. No one helps or ask if you need anything when your in the store. They need to hire experience people.

This is only referring to the staff, not the merchandise. I am a fan of the brand, and have great respect for it. However, the security or doorman, not sure what his role is, has zero common sense, no customer service or organizational skills whatsoever...We were in line, 4 people leaving the store, only 2 were allowed to get in, 3 people leaving, he is only allowing 1 person coming in. One time, the person in front of me in the line had to.remind him to let them in. He was very annoyed being disturbed from his texting non stop. He.was literally on the phone for the whole hour we waited and kept scolding everyone for different reasons we couldnt understand. Worst experience i have ever had on 2 continents at the Versace store. By the time i walked in, i was annoyed and not in the mood to buy anything anymore.

This is the most unprofessional ran store in America. 2nd day in a row turned away from business because they are either under staff, on a lunch break or closing before 6pm which the site says. The security is very rude and the manger comes out with a dumb look on his face turning away valid customers before closing hours. This is crazy hire more people it’s that simple. very very negative because I drove a distance to get here.

Honestly these outlets might be some of the best shopping Ive been to in Florida. Love it here. As for Versace they hardly ever have discounts, when I went, it was discount central! Bought more stuff than needed. Loved it and saved more than expected.

While traveling to the west part of town I needed to make a quick purchase for sunglasses. As I looked through the mall options I saw Versace and it caught my attention by its elegance and beauty. When I entered the store the sales representative Mariana greeted me with a warm smile and helpful information about my search. We looked through a few option until we found “the right one”. But this is where the BAD PART STARTS. I get home and neither my family or friends seem very excited about the newly purchased glasses. I take a few looks in the mirror and just straight up HATE the look they give to my face. I didn’t feel comfortable and I immediately regretted my purchase. The next day I come back to the store and Mariana was there again helping me! she greeted me with a warm welcome and I had to break the news to her. I truly made and error with this purchase, I need to return the glasses. In the nicest way possible she lets me know these returns are not permitted by the company policy. This created an issue the company policy was NEVER explained, or displayed for the public to see prior to purchasing any item. They provide you with a receipt after you buy something that tells you you can not return the just purchased item. When I bought the glasses the associate did not mention this and due to COVID-19 they had replaced their no return policy sign with caution warnings about social distancing and sanitation. This created a huge predicament for myself and the store manager. Mariana communicated effortlessly with the manager, explained the situation, and got us to a resolution. Due to the sign being covered and them accidentally forgetting to explain the policy before the transaction they agreed to return the funds and let us go our way. Mariana really kept her cool through out the process and was an outstanding sales assistant. Overall my experience was successful and I’m looking forward to shopping with them again. Their stock was plentiful and well worth it for an outlet location.

Lots of nice things but nothing in my size

Came in just to browse, ended up leaving with a pair of heels. Customer service was ok, not the best. I felt like I was being ignored at times. There were only 2 customers in the store including me along with 2 sales associates. Trying to get help at first was like pulling teeth. No bueno!
