Excellent service, they went beyond by helping me out with my purchase. I have never had slip on work boots, so they took the time to help me make sure they fit perfect. I am still working on them, but a great product!!! Hope they last longer them my timberland pros!

I love this Ariat outlet store. Ariat makes the best boots, period! In March, if you got the mall map, there was a coupon that got you 50% off one item. I bought a pair of cool Ariat boots for $80. Store is neat and tidy. Customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this store especially if you like quality cowboy boots.

Ariat in Sawgrass Mills was amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Cheyenne who spent almost an hour helping us figure out what we needed. Great prices, high quality, and a pleasure to shop there!

I’ve been a customer of ariat since long before the store opened I found out about the store about 6 months ago and now I frequently shop there. Ryan has always been very knowledgeable and helpful always smiling and gives advice whenever possible Ryan even remembers us by name and asks how we’re all doing. Terrible experience at this Ariat Store this past Memorial Day morning, seems like customer service and honesty wasnt a top priority. when I entered into the store I wasnt greeted, but seen two employees behind the cash registers having a casual conversation about something trivial. One of them was a young man that was tall and had a large build the other was an older lady that was short and had blonde hair. When I was towards the back of the store I seen a boot that I was interested in on display, the size that i wanted to try on wasnt in arms reach so i asked two of the employees for assistance over at the cash register, the older blonde hair lady approached me with an disgusted look on her face that made me feel a little intimidated, then I proceeded with my question which was can she take down a size 9 in these pair of boots and she did. I asked her if the store and any promotions going on she replied yes an additional 20% off of marked down items and I asked her can I combine it with the 50% off mall directory offer she replied yes I was pleased to hear that. I fell in love with the boots once I put them on, instantly felt great on my feet, which is rare for western boots. Went to the register to purchase the marked down boots. I pulled out my mall directory to get an additional 50% off and I was told by the large young man that i couldnt combine the 20% and the 50% offer. I was displeased to hear that so I made a decision not to make the purchase, and I walked out of the store. Ive told others not to purchase from this store because of lack of customer service and honesty.
