Don’t spend your money here. Overpriced, bought a fume pen which I usually pay $12.99 it was almost $18 here. Left and within a couple of hours the pen was dead (these usually last up to a week) called the lady and she said the most I can do for you is discount it 18%... not only are they overpriced but they have horrible customer service

This place is legit, honestly we bought a hookah at the last minute the owner himself came and re opened the store. Took care of us right from the beginning giving us the best deals and best products! I came last night to buy a puff bar plus .the lady told me to try to it before I leave to make sure it’s working because once I leave work can’t return ..of course it worked inside store I get home and it’s not working the same day I brought it ! My mom buys the CBD OIL for her Parkinsons here and she has been getting great results. I know the one she takes is great quality and brand recognition is great after reviewing company with her doctor. So with her experience, I recommend this company for customer service and my mother getting a product that works. The girl at counter always helps her out, and when I picked up one time for her the held the last bottle by the company she uses for her since she gets a bottle of CBD every month.. no clue what it does but doctor recommends it to my mom and it seems to work for her shakes.

This place is a joke. I usually do not leave negative reviews for a business unless Ive had a terrible experience. I purchased a $30 battery from this place that stopped working after two uses. When I reached out to the store, they showed me their No Return Policy and were super rude about it. The girl who works there was least unapologetic about the whole issue and said that I should have gotten a more expensive product instead. I mean, if you cant stand by the product you sell, why even sell it?ZERO customer service, youll be better off taking your business elsewhere.

Sunday, March 19, I visited Sam Smoke Shop very hopeful to find my next glass water pipe. After careful consideration I finally picked the one that was right for me, it stands maybe 10 inches tall and although it’s was a bit pricey for its size but I was satisfied. Moving forward to earlier this afternoon, Sunday, March 25, I laid my water pipe on the floor of my car and the stem of the water pipe broke off. So I went back to the shop to see what they could do because I had the water pipe for a week. When I go inside and explain to the two women what happened they looked at me like I was dumb. They proceeded to explain to me that they price their water pipes based on glass quality but clearly they do not if my 52 dollar 10 inch water pipe broke in a WEEK. They told me that some customers had the same problem. So why, wouldn’t they prevent this from happening to other customers? Why wouldn’t they order better quality products or even lower the prices? And the only thing they could even “offer” me is a discounted price on another water pipe. Why would I give them more money on such poor quality products?! All in all, I WONT be doing anymore business here.

The first thing that stands out with this smoke shop is the cleanliness and product availability. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Theres always a good deal with my common pickups, and incentives like a free lighter on purchases keeps me coming back. 5/5

Very helpful, kind of hard to get to if youre coming from North. I would recommend driving down to the closest light and do a u-turn rather than wait for someone to let you pass. The staff is very helpful and nice. They sell everything from pipes, to incense to CBD. Overall, good experience and a good place to buy a pipe as a gift.

Went in to get stigs, they wanted to charge me 30 saying I was buying fake ones. I was walking away and they said 24 so I bought them. They were fake. 1 worked for half a day (usually works for about 2). Another one worked but tasted burnt and flavorless, and the 3rd one didnt work at all. Never going back.

They sold my friend fake stigs, the man working there claimed they were real but we later discovered it didnt have the authentic seal. The stigs tasted abnormal than the mango ice bomb I normally buy, and one actually burnt before the end of its life. On the other hand there is a very nice lady that works there but my friend got a bad product.

Dont waste your money here, I bought a bowl piece for $20 and the hole in the middle kept chipping a chunk at a time whenever i would clean it, within 2 weeks the hole was the size of the entire bowl! Sam clearly sells garbage to his customers. If I could i would give 0 stars.
