Its the 3rd time ive had a horrible experience there. Ive never in my life had such a horrible set of experiences anywhere else besides there (NORTH FACE SAWGRASS), theyre system wasnt working which isnt my fault in the slightest and I have a big trip coming up, I had won 3 gift cards from a contest and they refused to use them because theyre system which is on their ipad to check the cards wasnt working, they did put one in so i really didnt understand the problem. The way they handle things is horrible, instead of trying to resolve the problem they kick you out, I find this unacceptable, I won those and i have a massive trip coming up and to be declined usage even though it was obvious they worked after they only entered one, doesnt make sense at all.

They sold me a good ski jacket but they were all out of the jacket I really wanted with the nylon liner. I had to settle for the one with the fabric liner because they did not stock enough of other one. Good prices good product for sure three stars because they were out of my favorite jacket. I was told by Dennis that he would call me when the other one came in although I received no such call. Dennis was a fantastic and very patient sales rep for your company.

Great store, prices are low. I got some rain jackets for my kid at an incredible price. More than worth if you live in a cold or rainy place and this brand is a premium brand in your country. It rains six months of the year in Mexico City so my purchase was more than value for my money.

I accompanied my daughter to this store to buy a Winter jacket. My first visit to a North Face company store. I was overwhelmed by the selection at this location. Employees were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered questions to the point and I appreciated the fact that they were not trying to sell, but help. Check out was fast and efficient. I was a HUGE fan of North Face outlets when I was living in New York. Ive had good luck with products from this chain of stores.Id previous purchased coats, fleeces, shoes and sweatshirts from here. Last year, I was heading back to NY in March and needed some winter clothing, so I came in here for a look. Since Im currently living here in South FL, I do not frequent this store as much as a lot of the items are more suitable for chillier climates.The jacket selection here is quite nice, they have everything from light rain coats to heavy winter parkas.More recent purchases at this shop have included mens t-shirts for my husband, a small travel backpack and some long sleeve t-shirts. If you can get a t-shirt for under $10 thats a good deal here.This store also carries a small amount of footwear. They also carry various sportswear.Some of the items here were a bit on the pricey side when I visited recently, but a quick google search on your phone will help you tell if a price is reasonable or not.

The store is very big and has alot of jacks, but they need,to add more shoes and bags.Im a big fan of north face and i found this store has almost all you can look for.Employees were pretty nice and helpfulI always shop from this location.

Took my day pack in to have the shoulder straps replaced. The pack is older than you are so they may fix the straps by replacing the backpack or giving me credit to buy another one. I really liked my lightweight 1976 Yavasupi model backpack from happier times before interior Kevlar panels. The process to fill out the form was expertly supervised by a cashier. I went to look at available backpacks and the day pack selection was more like bookbags. Though an interior pocket of my old pack had pen holders and a keyring hook, making it as functional as a bookbag, it also had the bottom loop and a strap bracket near the top for securing my ice axe. I saw nothing like that on the available selection in the store.
