I was a little frustrated waiting as I had a few things to get done in a time crunch… I don’t blame them at all.. they were really busy and short handed.. but they were very apologetic and they did all they could to help keep me on track.. I respect that because I know what it’s like to be busy and short handed. The two gentlemen behind the counter are superstars. They really did ALL they could.. I’m grateful that they understood my situation, and I couldn’t ask for more.. Thank u guys. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Went to shop for a tire plug initially but also ended up getting new run flat tires which was over 1500 . The next day my car wasnt driving, spoke to Pablo And told him Id bring the car in. He gave me a list of codes the device read off my car, which was a few hundred. I took the car to my main mechanic and was told my purge valve was disconnected And the ignition coil was tampered with. Not trust worthy

I had a great experience at Nova Tires and Beyond! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and everything went excellent. The service was quick, and the mechanics were knowledgeable. Mind you, I only went in for an oil change but Gaston and Pablo noticed the accident I had to the rear of my car and were prompt on assisting me with minor things and even offered me a free estimate for the repairs necessary for my car.Nova is the place to go!

I own a Challenger RT. And wasnt very sure what tires to get for my vehicles power. The team at NOVA Tire and Beyond are very knowledgeable about tires. With an excellent choice of tires on-site. And a very comfortable waiting room with a variety of free amenities including massage chairs. And i didnt wait more than 40 minutes for my tires to be installed and balanced and I was out the door. I will definitely bring my car back for any repairs in the future. Thank you Team Nova and Leonardo for the great help. You really surpassed yourself in order to meet my specification and needs. They also offer a great financial plan that doesnt include interest rates. This was an obvious choice for me to make the decision to go with NOVA Tire and Beyond.

While my wife was shopping at the Sawgrass mall, I stopped at Nova tires because my car needed a balance, a oil change, tire rotation. The place is big, like 7 or 8 bays, clean, big parking lot. At soon i enter to the office i was acknowledged by an smiling face, they run always a good specials, they have a relaxation area, with free things to drink and snacks, like a dealer. Fast, super clean place, good customer service and good prices. Go check them out.

Great technicians they’re honest and professional. They’re lounge area is perfect and relaxing. Te service is like no other. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I originally wrote a negative review but after speaking with the manager, I realized part of the issue was my own ignorance. They have gone above treating me with respect and figuring out the issues with my car. Are they perfect? No. But neither am I and we both learn from mistakes.The front desk, Pablo and Gaston are extremely helpful and nice. Leonardo the manager also is very helpful. If you have an issue, they will help to work with you to identify the problem or offer solutions.

I have been taking my car here for many years. They are very reliable and trustworthy. My engine went and I brought it here and they were honest with me and my engine had a recall. I have gone other places but it doesn’t compare to the service here. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

One of the best experiences Ive had with a shop. Had to tow my car in overnight due to shifter issues. They called me that morning with diagnosis and by 4 oclock I had my car back. I initially called to speak with someone by transferring my tire over to the rim he quoted me a price of $258 $15 for the removal of the tire off the rim and $38 for each title be restored to the ram I call Smileys Tire Shop Sunrise West Sunrise Boulevard who quoted me a price of $40 for all four tires with the fee $3 disposal for the tires that will be took off the car so this happened on March 27th on March 27th I got the work done at Smileys Tire Shop for 40 bucks

This is probably one of the best experiences Ive had at a car place. The staff, especially Leo and Pablo, are helpful, friendly, and refreshingly good at their jobs. Everything was clearly explained to me. I couldnt be happier with the work they did. I live in Miami and will happily bring my car back here for any other work to be done.

This place is a complete scam. went to instal life lock unit so I can resolve my case. They told me I needed a safety inspection. Then proceeded to ask for 1K in repairs. before they installed the unit. They installed it improperly and it drained the brand new battery that I had to buy before install. I had to pay to have it towed back to their shop. They couldnt get to fixing it and they still have it. Had no vehicle over Christmas. Never go to this place.

Very professional and efficient place of business. Leonardo was excellent and made sure that I was taken care of and got the exact tires that I wanted. They even were able to take me home and pick me up while my tires were being replaced. Highly recommend!

Honesty is the best policy and this place and its owner are a testimony of that. I went in for a flat tire and they found out I only needed air on all 4 tires. My charge was $0.00. They have free coffee and hot chocolate and if thats not enough, you get massage chairs in the waiting room. They got in me a new loyal customer. Thank you Pablo and José for your honest service.

On 6/6/2020 I went there for a simple oil change which was $47 + tax I was not told. of their free inspection, while I was in the waiting room they removed my battery which I asked them not to change, removed my filters my spark plugs with out my permission, I could go on and on about this visit, I just hope the owner of this business contact me.
