There was a simple miscommunication on where my order for pickup was and when I try to explain to the employee white female long blonde curly hair she dismissed me twice and kept telling me that my order wasnt ready when I had the email saying my order was ready for pickup turns out my order was in the rack room inside sawgrass and not the one with Off-Broadway horrible customer service first and last time shopping here m

Found exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Good sale going on right now in the clearance items. They are already marked down plus you get an extra 20% off the lowest sicker price. They are also buy one and get an additional 50% off the second pair.

Love the selection of of sneakers, and always have a large selection of all the newer versions for any type excercise.

Store is big and well organized. They have a good selection of shoes and fair prices.However their customer service is terrible. Employees were chatting all the time. When we asked for help the seemed annoyed and not willingly to help. We couldnt find a size and the employee helping us was called to come back and chat. He didnt even finish helping us and went back to chat.

Fairly large selection of shoes at a good price. I was able to shop at the store and avoid visiting multiple stores at Sawgrass, which, in my book, was a plus. I will definitely return when I need more shoes. They also offered some incentives and promotions to return soon as well as a birthday gift.

After only wearing a pair of sandals for less than 2 months, one of the sandals broke. When I took it into the store to exchange for the same thing it became such an ordeal that I left without even exchanging the shoes. Management needs to be retrained on how to handle defective merchandise. Defective merchandise should not be the consumers issue and the company should handle it instead of worrying about if you have a receipt or not.

They have nice shoes for a decent price. They even have some of the same shoes in multiple colors. They are very clean. The staff is friendly too.

The service was absolutely terrible, it was 7:50 (April 7, 2019) and Felicia and Matt were shouting for us to get out because they were closed. The store closes at 8 on Sundays. Matt honestly was hostile and seemed annoyed because possible paying customers were still in the store. My family and I will not be returning. I would rate the whole experience 1/10.
