The worst experience Ive had at a gas station in a long time. I was trying to cash in my Safeway reward, but the card reader didnt accept my card. I tried to explain it to the clerk, but she just accused me of doing it wrong and didnt make any attempt to understand.

Horrible place; chose car wash via pump - didnt include it in purchase. Hopefully I wont be charged for it. Im disabled, hung my placard at the pump, and pushed the button for help. After 15 mins still no one responded. Two guys who man the car wash were just standing there - like it was a major effort to just show up for work. Tried to get their attention: NOTHING!!! Does this station not realize its ADA law to help a disabled motorist at the pump? Never going back. Would rather drive further to actually get help AND a car wash!!! Despicable behavior!!!

I came in here on Monday, December 31st at 10:45am to buy a replacement for my home phone charger. The employee working behind the counter at that time was very helpful. He helped me with deciding which piece of equipment I needed. He was very patient with me and nice .I dont know that much about electronics and he didnt make me feel bad like some people do at electronic stores. I dont know his name but he gave really good customer service. Thank you.

Their overall rating is that low for a reason. Overpriced everything, gross everything, terrible car wash. It’s a Chevron that doesn’t accept CHEVRON credit cards, a 711 without the good 711 stuff. Avoid and go literally anywhere else, hopefully they’ll go out of business and hand ownership over to corporate. Whatever trash owns this station needs to go, employees too.

The windows on our truck were completely up when we parked it for an exterior wash only. When they finished I went to get in on the passenger side the seat was wet. The window was partially open. And they had sat on the seat, so it was wet & DIRTY. So, my pink sundress got dirty. They did not understand what I was talking about or why I was mad. I asked for a towel to sit on, THEY GAVE ME A WET ONE! As for the inside of the store always smells. I really hope my dress comes clean. I should say THEY BETTER HOPE IT DOES. I wish they had a rating for less than a star. Plus they cant even clean a windshield.

The car wash deal is tempting. But when blackberries that wound up in your drivers seat render your rear in purple...you weigh the low costs a bit differently.

As a life long Chevron customer Im very disappointed with this establishment. The clerks behind the counter 1 is down right a man with great customer service I give him 5 stars. The other clerk you better hope your mother, wife and or daughter never gets lost and their phone dies and ask to simply make a call to get directions, and hope that person dont turn their back and walk away from them. Clerk number 1 I didnt get your name but thank you for allowing me to use your phone. I got to where I needed to be safely. Im greatly thankful for your help.

I will not be going back again. This is the 2nd time I get home and I have to finish cleaning the car I just paid to get washed . They just dont care and Manager of this place doesnt give a S%#* either. The level of care is so BAD here. Come back and you have bugs all across the front if the car, water spots all over the chrome areas, multiple areas that they dont care to wipe, hand marks with tire gel from the gentleman putting it on the tires and gel dripping on the QRT panel from the bottle. You would get a better wash at a Highschool carwash for charity. I would say keep your Day Job but looks like they work at night and cant see what theyre doing.

The car wash is not the best since they charge you half price, and I understand that. But what really pisses me off is when they scratch your car and lose a rubber cover from the door and they dont want any responsibility.We reported it immediately and they said we couldnt prove it was them who scratched the car cause nobody saw them do it. So we had to fill up a complaint form and they told us to call a number to report what happened. They said the manager would call us the day after.Well, in that number we got a full mail box and no response and, one week after, we are still waiting for the manager to call us to fix this.Im warning you, DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

I got the exterior car wash where its supposed to be air blast dried but the car came out completely wet and they refused to wipe it down. Never come back.

Got my car washed here guy was on his cell phone the whole time. didnt even clean my car or wipe down the inside. I wont be going back for a car wash.EVER

I have tried calling them few times in past few months then never answer the phone. The phone number should not be even be there if theyre not answering the phone at all

Carwash Tuesday 50% off: I took ultimate pack(13$), but the wash is not ultimate. It looks like basic. Looks like there are no damages but cleaning is not perfect. Wait time is 35mins.

I wish i could give 0 stars. They too damaged my car when it was being cleaned (dented the hood which was NOT there before I arrived). I filled out the form to log a complaint and got the name of the manager, Ed. I called the next day and repeatedly but heard nothing back. I filed a claim with insurance and they are not having any luck getting a response back.DO NOT GO HERE!Update: next step is my only remaining option: taking them to small claims court.

Do not go there, they will steal from you! I took my BMW down to get it washed after a fill up, the wash was okay but for the ultimate wash they did a mediocre job. Once I got home though I noticed they relieved me of a recent purchase I had sitting in the back seat, very uncouth. Now I cant get in touch with anyone at the gas station and I think I am out the money.

I normally do my car wash here.. For every 5 washes, you get a 6th one free. When they say free, they do it like that. And everytime I do the complete car wash with a discount, they do half the job.

Went for car wash. 1st car wash experience in California and it didnt end up great. Conveyor got broken. Representatives walking back and forth without even notifying what is wrong. Got stuck for 10 min without way to go out,until i said i want to get out of here. Went to get refund and another hell break loose. Demanding reciept was an another battle.Go for gas. Be prepared to deal with somehow competent stuff if things go avery.

Had my car washed and detailed yesterday. After driving away, I have noticed that cupholders were still dirty and that a bunch of the towel residue on the inside of the windows from cleaning with, I guess, very old rug.

Car wash is adequate but service is bad. Their free wash program is a sham.

For car wash - They ask you to speak to manager and his voice mail box is full, I am sure so many people must be calling him for complaints. One poor lady picks the phone and says they will call back. Don’t hope anything like that. It’s a scam.

Dont get a car wash here, absolutely destroyed the rims on my car. $100 worth of damages for a mediocre car wash.

This is the worst car was I have ever been to. Inside was not even touched and I took the most detailed option they had. Cup holders were not even touched so I had to show them what else should be clean. I am very disappointed.

This place sucks!!! They scratched the living crap out of my rims - stock rims - not oversized. I asked them about it and they said the manager wasnt around so I have to call another day. This is ridiculous!!! Never go to this place!!!

Never again! I tried twice to do a wash and every time they closed right in from if me even though they had plenty of time till closing. This place doesnt care for customers.
