I’m a big fan of Target but this particular store doesn’t seem to manage inventory well. I’ve never seen so many torn bags of King Arthur flour in any store, let alone with insects inside them. I notified an associate who was passing through that aisle. He didn’t find it alarming, and said that it was poor handling, no apologies though, and he’s going to send someone to take care of it, which didn’t happen in the next few mins I spent in that aisle.

I love this Target. It is considerably more presentable than the one in Mountain View. The Mountain View one is gross. However, this Target is CLOSED!Sad.

For a Sunday. It was nice and not crowded. Very clean and plenty of help to answer questions if needed.

Most fancy target I have ever seen. They have curbside pick up, Starbucks, and a parking garage which is great in the heat. Store is clean and large so you will find a huge selection. Staff is friendly and ready to help. They also have Tesla charging stations.

Best place for home shopping

I come here on a weekly/bi-weekly basis lately for protein and Im always able to find what I need and the cashiers at checkout are rather friendly. The store as a whole is also very clean and the starbucks near the entrance is pretty nice as well whenever I feel i need that extra jolt. Out of a lot most the targets in the bay this is definitely a really nice and reliable one

I love to get my grocery shopping done here because its right next door to Whole Foods so I can go to there and here for my shopping. Unfortuantely, due to an issue with fireproofing, this particular Target will be closed for the remainder of 2021, it seems.

The Sunnyvale location is always pleasant to shop at. The store is very clean, organized, and well stocked. They offer small selection of fresh groceries. The Starbucks inside is newly remodeled.

A beautiful Target. It is well lit, not stuffed to the gills, and has plenty of friendly staff. On your entrance to the left theres a lovely Starbucks, in case you want to meander around all juiced up. Prices are reasonable, based on our Amazon comparisons this morning.

The biggest difference between Target and Walmart is that Target is clean and friendly. I think this might be a step above Walmart in the form of one stop shopping, simply because because the quality and reasonably priced. Also helps that they have Starbucks at some locations. I came up from the SD area and Im very impressed with Bay Area Targets.

This Target store is closed “temporarily” but considering how long it’s been closed I’m beginning to think it’s “permanent.” Don’t bother coming to this store, it’s closed but there’s no reason given and I have seen nothing online about this. Worst store ever.

Ive had great shopping experiences here. The staff are super helpful and the selection of products is great. The drive up pick up was extremely disorganized and very frustrating. I had to wait an hour because they didnt bring down all my items so several people had to go up to look for it. Which sucked especially because the ice cream I bought melted :( turned out they didnt have the product so they took it off and gave me a gift card. I dont think Ill ever do drive up again but the store itself is great.

Wow. Amazing customer service. Shout out to the night crew. I rarely shop at 11pm. But needed a few things. The staff in returns was super helpful. No one was in electronics at the time. But a staff who doesn’t work that area walked me over and found someone!! Hats off to the night crew at Target. GIve then a raise!!!

This Target Store is well stocked with decent quality items with competitive prices. The checkout counters seemed to be decently staffed to move paying customers along at a regularly rate. Electric scooters are provided to help those who need mobility assistance. There is a Starbucks inside this location, and the parking lot has quite a few Tesla Supercharging stations for those who take their electric cars to shop here.

Clean, quick, and easy. Though needs more stuff and seems a little lifeless/dull. Doesn’t really have any items that I need but overall, 8/10

Longest lines Ive ever seen. I often walk into this Target, turn around, and walk right back out because of how ridiculously long the lines are. Last time I was there, only 4 lanes were open out of ~20. An employee said it would take about 45 minutes to go through check out.

One stop shop for all your daily needs. Try to avoid this target on weekend as parking is a bit stressful!

Very clean location and just odd how this new plaza really made this area way better back in the days.Its been a while since Ive been in Sunnyvale and it was a very nice place to live, but im guessing its been really that bad for target to even design for them shopping carts to be placed on the lower ground.Just like in the city, target prolly thought this will discourage people from stealing if they put all their merchandise on the second floor instead, hopefully lol

Love target...get your items at a great price

This Target is two stories and has a cart escalator! Also there are elevators. The Starbucks just got remodeled so if very modern. Has everything Target carries and a wide variety of products!

Employees use same infected rag to wipe self check out screens and counters, no control of flow and I dont really feel safe, especially because I loved ones at-risk .

Very large and clean Target. I love their app offers, easy pick up, curbside pick up and ship to store services. If you know what you want, and it isnt perishable, these services can have you in and out in a flash! My one complaint is that the store items are often not labeled to match the prices on target.com though the employees are happy to price match. I always end up using the self checkout because I need to look up the price for each item on the app too. Target has a very good web platform. They need to implement automatic best price for the customer at the time of checkout. This would save time and earn customer trust.

My favorite Target in the local area. Their drive up service is impeccable. Once, when I was waiting a bit longer than usual (5-7 minutes instead of 1-2 minutes) for the drive up items to be delivered, the staff explained the stocker accidentally gave me a “diet” version instead of the “regular” that I had ordered and it took a few minutes to make the correction. They apologized and I was glad of their explanation. The many other times I had done drive up, the service is very quick and always accurate. The times I have gone into the store, it is clean, well organized, and the staff are very respectful and helpful. Much better than the Cupertino target near De Anza.

The Sunnyvale Target is always clean, organized and well stocked. The staff is great too! I love online shopping and choosing either store pick up or drive up. Its so convenient and quick.

This is the best Target store Ive ever seen in Bay Area. Huge and clean! well organized and staff is awesome and helpful. Parking lot is inside the building, so its nice to park and shop especially during summer :)

My go-to store whether in normal times or now with virus conditions. Hope paper products will be replaced on shelves soon with back-up stock for the next shoppers. Social distancing is workable. Go down aisles with no people, place a large bag FIRST on cashier check-out conveyor belt & wear the thin gloves throughout the shopping experience, including when credit card is used in the payment device. This may be an across the board time to use cash. Different ways to assess different options have to be considered. Best to everyone! Be SAFE 😄

Alex the manager refused service to me based on a medical condition I have, I cannot wear a mask, and now I cant get an ankle brace and my hurt ankle will git worse, they are in no position to be providing medical advice to me or harass me to leave their store and embarass me and waste my time, dont go to target if you have any religious or medical conditions not allowing you to wear the mask dont go here they are corrupt and will enforce 100% false guidelines that are not law!!

The downtown Sunnyvale location is central, convenient, nice, and employees are friendly. Certainly one of my favorite locations to shop at. Theyre open pretty late (till midnight sometimes) so its easy to drop by. Plenty of parking on the street or two garages. Theres a nice, newly renovated Starbucks inside.

This Target is in Downtown Sunnyvale, which means there are plenty of places to eat after shopping. This location has everything and is well kept. Im always very happy shopping here.

You can definitely see and experience why THIS Target has so many POSITIVE reviews. Its out of my way but I rather drive to a CLEAN Target with NICE and HELPFUL store associates. It helps that this store is bigger compared to most, has a massive parking lot and has late hours.

One of the biggest Target stores I have been to. A good variety of stuff you may need. The stuff is friendly and helpful when asked. The restrooms are NOT clean though.

Well stocked. Has a Starbucks. Fitting rooms are always empty. Very clean store, even the carts are clean. Everything is easy to find. There are lots of signs. Large variety of foods...even liquor. I love my Target.

Good location. Parking might take a couple minutes depending on when you come; parking garage isn’t huge. Always a bit of a crowd. Don’t get service in the store with AT&T, which makes shopping difficult sometimes.

Target in big city with ample parking. That is rare and wonderful. You can always walk into a Target store and pretty much know where you are and where you will find the things you need. At this one we had a little trouble at the self-checkout but unless we see differently on our credit card bill they fixed the problem right away. I love that San Francisco charges for plastic bags

As Targets go, this one is quite good. Their stock in most things is very good (their baby/toddler boy selection is a rare exception, especially compared to the girls section). The lines are mostly quick, although 4-6pm on weekdays can be a little long.The staff are very good, well-trained and very helpful.

This review is about a specific item I purchased from the store. I spent $80+tax on a new modem. Turned out the modem is used and registered with a different account. I have had the modem for 5 days now. Everyday I spent 30+ min talking with the internet service company trying to register this modem. I was told this problem only occurred with refurbished ones. I went to Target online to see this modem, which is not listed online.Im not sure how the modem is refurbished and sold as new in the store. But Im staying away from any registration related items selling at Target.

5 Star for the Target Sunnyvale ambiance and the way they have stacked up the stuff. Another 5 star for the Starbucks coffee inside Target which is beautifully fit into the corner with modern architecture. It just feels good to visit and spend time here. The shop is also very well lit and organised. I dont see a lot of stuff lying on the ground which is pretty common in other shops. Lines here are always fast moving and service is cool.

Fast filling orders and allowing customers to extend pickup date

I bought a pair of curtain, when I arrived there, they said they only have one. And asked me to go to another store to pick it up and come back to get the 20% I had. Then can not do the price match in another store or online. so dumb. I will never use online pick up if I ever buy anything from Target.

Best shopping center in Sunnyvale. Reasonable price, more number of variety products. Large parking with Telsa supercharing area and closed 2 wheelers parking. Including with Starbucks to time pass with friends and family. More variety for ladies. Customer service also good.

I ordered an item for pick up in store from an online baby registry. I needed it fast and quickly went to the store to pick. It was ready even before the estimated 2 hours, which was great! Totally recommend.
