My time was primarily with Jay, he was very patient with me in answering all my questions, he was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared that I understood all the new tech, he ensured that I was comfortable with the entire experience (he wasnt being pushy on the sale), and I really enjoyed talking with him. Buying a car is not piece of cake when you have just arrived in the US from another country. Was offered a quote online for $2500 over MSRP on a new Honda Accord (upcharge was also not clearly stated, quote made it appear that was the actual MSRP). Set up an appointment and was given the same quote. They waited until after I agreed to move forward to have the manager come and say there would be an additional $4000 upcharge over MSRP claiming otherwise someone will be ready to buy (classic sales tactic). Then he moved it to $3000, $2000, then $1000. This was already on top of the $2500 MSRP mark up. The pricing bait and switch seems very unethical so I walked away. Other dealers are also charging over MSRP due to the supply chain shortage but they are up front about their pricing.

This service is untransparent and dishonest about price. Disappointed and not recommend it. Service is neither good to the price.

What a waste of time to go there to sell your car. Taher was it who appraised my car and came up with bunch of excuses to reduce the value of your car like which state it was driven, how many recalls, dings and paints, etc while Toyota right next block took my car for ride and offered $1500 more and had no excuses. Definitely would skip this place

Came here because my Honda Accord had a recall. Made an appointment, and was told it would only take about 2 hours at the front desk. When I came unfortunately they did not have the part. Paul Gaudette helped me out and made me feel so much better about the situation. He set up a rental car for me (a civic which was super nice) and proceeded with the paper work. Poor service center, I went twice in the last 8 months. Never coming back. Whatever time-duration they say it will take for routine maintenance appointments, multiply it by 2 or 3X. Car will end up sitting there for several hours until you ask what the status is. I made the mistake of giving them a second chance but it was the same experience. I also just realized, re-reading the report when I got home, I signed up for Minder-B service but it says Minder-A was done instead, and a footnote says the tire rotation was postponed but the service coordinator Alicia said nothing about any of this postponement when I checked out. GO ELSEWHERE, there are better places elsewhere !!!

Even though Im still in 3-yr warranty and I live 10 mins drive from their store, they refuse to come over and take a look. I ended up getting the replacement through a third-party auto repair shop.Just like what other people say, you only want to deal with the dealerships once when you buy the car. After that dont bother.

This place tried to scam me.I went here to check my car after a long drive up state, they told me I needed:1. Brake fluid exchange ($150)2. Battery replacement (unsure)3. Filter exchange ($180)4. Axle replacement (unsure, but probably $600)I didnt trust them, so I went to another shop, Anderson Honda.They told me I needed:1. Axle replacement.Everything else looked great.Dont go here.

This place is amazing - NOT your typical corporate-owned car dealership. Folks here actually care about you and are kind as well as knowledgable. In particular, Dr. J and Felix are fantastic. They helped my dad and I find a used Honda CR-V and it couldnt have been a more seamless process thanks to them. I highly recommend asking for Dr. J and Felix if you plan on coming.

I worked with Miguel who was nothing but nice and made my car purchase a breeze!

They were not transparent and lied and misled us about the process. We spent 5 hours there trying to purchase a car (and there was only 1 other customer) but the finance manager was incredibly slow. They finally finished the papers 30 minutes after the dealership was closed. Very disrespectful of our time. The employees and finance managers were also super rude. The blonde women belittled and yelled at me and my mom. This the worst dealership Ive ever seen and I suggest you dont waste your time here and go to a better dealership where you will be out in 1-2 hours, not 5. The employees lied to us about the process multiple times, we were told that we could and could not take the car home home after doing a purchase contract, and at 8:30 PM after ALL of the papers were signed they asked for the downpayment. They did not mention this would be required ONCE in the 5 hour period. I believe they were trying to get rid of the car. We were not treated well by the employees of this dealership at all and this was the worst experience of my life. ALSO, almost none of these employees wore masks and when we interacted and talked to them, their masks were off, and people continuously kept coming in and out of the building without masks on.

Ask for Sam Samaha, he is great !! We went in looking for an odyssey and ended up buying a Pilot as it suited our needs better. Sam was very responsive via email from the day i first contacted the dealership. He provided me with detailed discounted pricing with out of the door breakdown via email for various vehicles on his lot. Always being patient and listening to our needs. Most other dealers had refused to give me a out the door pricing via email, unless i visited their dealership which made no sense to me, esp. during COVID. During the purchase paper work as well both Sam and Jesse (Finance Manager) did not pressurize me to buy any extras and were respectful of my choices. I was in and out in record time and extremely pleased with the overall experience. Will highly recommend this dealership for their responsiveness, competitive pricing and no pressure environment. Excellent service experience here for our 2021 honda cr-v ex-l hybrid with service advisor adrian. they provided the best price on labor compared to all other dealers within a 15 mile radius of sunnyvale. when the service took longer than expected, they gave me a loaner car and took 15% off the already low labor pricing. their location (right on el camino in the heart of sunnyvale) is a big plus as well - close to major employers in case you need to get to work after dropping your car off.

Came to this Honda since a 2018 used Honda clarity hybrid plugin was posted on their website so my husband headed down to check it out. We got to work with Joshua gamurot who was super knowledgeable and friendly, not pushy at all and actually listed to what we were saying. We were doing a trade in since we needed a more eco friendly car with my commute. The process was very smooth and we got exactly what we wanted because Joshua was so thorough and clear. He never feed us any false information and would ask someone if he didnt know the answer. Even after our purchase he educated us on the extra functions of this new plug in hybrid that my husband and I were unaware of. My experience at Larry Hopkins Honda was awesome! So I bought a car recently from Khoshal Sherzad the Internet Sales Manager. To give you perspective, I shopped around and tried negotiating at my local Honda dealership on the Central Coast. The other dealership demanded I buy the extended warranty and Gap insurance, otherwise there was “no deal.” To make matters worse, the other dealership demanded I use their bank which came with a higher interest rate than the rate I was already approved for through my own bank! I had to walk away while, I kid you not, being stared at by the sales staff on my way out. It was embarrassing. Buying a car from Larry Hopkins was simple. They honored my requests and did not try pressuring me into buying warranties. Khoshal Sherzad gave me a firm out-the-door price and honored it-no conditions attached. I will definitely recommend Khoshal Sherzad as he is true to his word. I dread going to car dealerships, however my experience at Larry Hopkins Honda was a pleasant one.

They took 1 1/2 hours and charged me almost $200 dollars to diagnosis my car. They then said it would be about $650 dollars to fix the problem. I went and got a second opinion, where they made the same diagnosis in 10 minutes for free and gave me a $100 dollar estimate to fix my car. Larry Hopkins car service is a rip off and you should look elsewhere to save your time and money.
