I really like the ADT security system - the small device that I wear is what makes the system so easy. I do not like the poster life in my yard, I would rather have a sticker placed on one window or a door. I have only had this system a week or so ask me in 6 months if I like it.

Technician was here on time and he was very helpful and friendly. He answered all my questions and fulfill all my expectations. It was nice experience. I love the peace of mind that an alarm system in my home gives.. To get ADT, best decision ever!

Dave arrived on the time specified. He introduced himself explained what he was going to do. He was very courteous, considerate, friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time needed to remove our old system and install the new one after he explained the different options available to us and we agreed to the one we felt most benefited us. Dave did not leave until he felt we understood the system.

The ADT technician was scheduled for a 3:00 PM appointment and arrived about 10 minutes early. Due to the extensive amount of carpeting, the technician was asked to remove his shoes while working within the house. He graciously complied with this request.An overall evaluation of the technicians service call can be summed up as being efficient, informative, courteous, thorough and professional.

Thank goodness I have a week to use the alarm system without it contacting the service center. I am getting use to the system very slowly...I keep forgetting. I keep using it anyway until I get it right. If the service center called each time the alarm went off this first week, I probably would have given up!The installer was very professional and knew what he was doing.My only complaint is the cost. I saw an ad for $27.99 and I really thought that would be it. Silly me. I got the system anyway because we are going away for a while and I think it was time.

I was extremely satisfied with the technicanl--First name was Kyle. He installed the system and gave us instruction on the use. However, i have experienced a problem within four days that that system was not working correctly. I called and was immediately helped to disable the portion that has a problem. A technician will be out to make repairs on Tuesday 10/30/2018. The problem dealt with my sump pump. Otherwise, I am very pleased with my ADT Security SystemThe sales representative--Mark was very misleading with information he gave me, however the technician and the manager took care of my concerns. Im looking forward to using the ADT system and hope I will be considered for the promotion offer.Thank YouSherman Char
