Contacted this company to get a quote for a new front entry door. The lady I spoke with, Lorena, sent me an email with pictures of a few door options and asked me to send measurements of my door to send me a quote. I did and got absolutely no response. No quote, nothing.Then someone named Emanuel emails me, says they had server issues and just recovered some emails. I thought ok fair enough, tech issues can happen, Ill give them a second chance. I was told Jaime will call me to set up an appointment. That was sometime last week. So far...crickets.At this point Im thinking, if their communication is this bad before they even get my business, how horrible is it gonna be if they take my money. So yeah, Im going with a different company.

Definitely I do not recommend this place.. first the owner takes your order spends time with you get your hopes up then I never heard from him I show up to hes business and all he says Im sorry cant work on your order Im leaving out of town and when I come back I have other orders to work on I was surprised because I think he could of been honest with me since day one and not waist my time. I definitely was very disappointed more when I heard him talk to some other clients and took their order..
