Zimbrick has been great to work with. I havent purchased a car from them but I use their service center all the time. If you have an import vehicle, be prepared for a higher cost since they will have to make special trips to get the parts. Great people

We use them for service for our old Chevy and have been very pleased with their expertise and reasonable pricing. Weve only been a couple of times but liked Zimbrick so much better than Bergstrom and planned to continue working with them. Unfortunately our experience on Friday July 9 changed that. I went for tire service (which was completed perfectly and for a great price, no complaints there) and noted that not a single employee was wearing a mask. I asked about this and was told they would start wearing masks on Monday per the Dane County ordinance. We also own a Subaru and that dealership and service center has had all employees wearing masks since near the beginning of the pandemic. I wasnt given more information on why Zimbrick has chosen not to have any employees mask (and I hope maybe they can explain themselves) but as a physician I cannot support a business that demonstrates so little regard for the health and safety of their customers, employees, and the public. Im saddened by this and as happy as we have been with Zimbricks service we will likely be going elsewhere.

Went there for an oil change. Interaction was minimal and the appointment was pretty quick. Waiting area was setup for social distancing. There was only one other customer waiting with me.

Will never have another vehicle serviced here and will no longer recommend.

I purchased my GMC Sierra in Dubuque, IA about a year and a half ago. I live in Sun Prairie, WI; but was taking my truck to East Madison for service, until I heard that Zimbrick Chevrolet in Sun Prairie also serviced GMC trucks. On my first visit to the Sun Prairie shop; I was very pleased to be greeted by a very professional and helpful service desk person. He seemed to go above and beyond in greeting me. Made me feel very comfortable in the decision to switch shops. Hid name was Jason Friedel. He is definitely a 5 star guy. I will be back.

Friendly staff, quick & excellent service.

I bought my car from here and always go here for my oil change, which I feel is reasonably priced for my car. I have always received great customer service and the waiting area (local paper, tv, wifi, complementary coffee, snacks, water, etc) is first class. Only negative is there quotes for bigger repairs and tires is higher than some other area businesses.
