I came into their shop looking for a reliable flooring company as many times I went through Lowes in Menifee and Murrieta was a hopeless situation. So, I spoke to Bruce (owner) which came to my house the next day to take measurements. He ordered right away. His son Robb was the contractor who did the work. Robb is a perfectionist as each piece was perfectly conditioned. He spend 2.5 days putting in the flooring. I was amazed with the quality and perfection of work that Robb performed for me. I highly recommend them both as the quality of service was beyond 100%. Thank you Bruce and Rob for an exceptional work done.Do not waste you time a Lowes because you will be sorry you did. Go with the best with Bruce and Robb.

Staff is awesome just the tiles were to pricey we ended up getting the same print tile at floor and decor for a much better price.

Bruce is a horrible rude individual food individual treated my 89 year old mother like trash all she wanted was her tea strips put in and he said when he was good and ready and hung up on her that is so unprofessional and rude I would never recommend this individual to anybody

Owner is very rude on the phone, very condescending expecting people to know the ins and out of flooring. First time I spoke to him, he asked if I had bought flooring already. When I said, Yes his whole demeanor changed, and asked I call back after labor day. His response was 2.75 a square foot, do some simple math and you can get an idea. Second call, was a followup to their estimate. Doesnt seem interested in answering questions, this is even after I booked an install date and received an estimate. I called with a follow up question to the estimate, he was very rude, said my floors were not water proof due to the cork inlay on the bottom. He said I dont know why floor and decor told you that but they lied. My question was do I need to put a barrier down and how much? He said, I dont know what your estimate is and havent seen it. I will have Robert call you. The son Robert is very nice and professional, but unfortunately you have to call the shop to get ahold of him and his dad, the owner answers. Still waiting for followup from Robert, at this point I may just cancel.

Work was completed at my home in April 2019 in Menifee, CA. This included about 600 sq ft of wood looking tile that turned out amazing! The installer, Robert, had a keen attention to detail, professional work ethic, and sense of urgency in getting the project completed in a timely manner. He moved furniture, provided access to bathrooms during project, and kept us informed of next steps in the process. The whole project included tearing out carpet, as well as prepping the concrete slab for tile and including laying the tile the project took 6 days from carpet to finished grout.We are very pleased with the outcome of this work and would recommend to anyone requiring tile work!

The Flooring Co. was great to do business with. They were responsible, professional and 100% delivered on what they were contracted to do.
