We bought 5 or 6 rugs over the last 20 years and have found their service and quality to be outstanding. They also were responsive and cooperative.In recent years however when we inventoried several rugs with them in hopes they could sell them for us we ran into some issues. They did not sell so we pulled back the inventory to sell them ourselves.They lost two of our rugs. These were smaller rugs and not that expensive, but we expected compensation for them. I talk with Mark about the problem for over two years and he kept promising to “look into it”, but nothing. We have spent too much time and effort on this issue.We have given up but obviously are disappointed in Mark and Bedrosian, so they get a 1 star rating. They have earned it.

My family has been using Bedrosian for their area rug cleaning and carpet cleaning for too many years to count. My wife and I recently moved and they were terrific. They picked up all of our area rugs to clean and store them while we organized our move. They returned later to clean all of the empty bedrooms, hallways, and steps. Delivered our very clean rugs to our new home before the furniture was to be delivered. Their phone staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. Mike L.

I called Bedrosian to clean my hand made rug because my dog had an accident on it over the weekend and by Monday, I was worried. They came to my house within a couple of hours to get the rug. They returned it to me a week later and I couldnt even find the stain! I cant believe how good it smells, I put my noise right up to it and smelled nothing! I gave them 3 more rugs to clean before they left. If you have not used them, you should. My whole experience with them has been A+

I was looking for a rug company and could say i found a great industry in bedrosian. I called so they can come see a an very old rug i have that was my grandmothers they came right away to pick it up and did a great job. I defenetly would recomended bedrosian they did a perfect job....
