Very friendly and helpful staff and a great selection of merchandise! Always my pawn shop of choice. I had to make an emergency move and came up a few hundred short, so I decided to get a loan on my guitar and was able to get the money I need. Randall is the best! I’ve done business with him a few times, and he always does whatever he can to help me out. He’s very knowledgeable about the merchandise in stock. Will always go here before any other pawn shop around!

This might be a good place to barrow money.Unfortunately, there are being scams run by using their name to phone people and tell them that they are attempting to call to prevent an arrest for nonpayment on a loan as far back as 1990..This is all false to get a suggested amount of funds to prevent an arrest. What can tip you off that it’s a scam is that they can not produce any documentation stating these purposed fact.

If I could give 0 STARS I would.. Bought a hifonics from there.. It burned as soon as I put it in the car.. It was literally 6 minutes from the store to the car.. Try to reason with them.. But they act like dumb asses and said all sales are final after telling me I could bring it in.. Dont waste your money, time, nor energy with these stupid ass people!!!!!!!

I would give 0 starts if I could. The young man that was helping us was very kind but his boss she was rude and dishonest. Also the man who works with looking at Jewelery Lied through his teeth. Would not recommend this buisiness at all. The manager or owner Im not sure what her position was exactly wouldnt even look at us when she was caught in her lies. If you need or would like to get rid of things or purchase from a pawn store go to Genes theres multiple locations as well.

I expected honest fair treatment but got fooled..I was offered $20 on a 179$ navigational Tom Tom..asked to borrow 60...what an unfair offer..then as we was about to walk out the door he said well if yall want to sell it Ill give you 10 more dollars give you 30 all together we told him no thank you so what do we do we go to money Man and we get the borrow the $65 we originally wanted

Dont know the value of anything, they try to lowball you on your stuff when asking for a loan.. I took my Samsung s3 frontier watch in for a loan of 100 dollars just to build a customer relationship to show I wanted my watch back. I showed it worked and didnt clear my information. I asked to pay it off and get a loan of 250 and was told it would on value at a loan of 125 at most, while I gave all the accessories that still has the stickers on it.. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.. TRIED TELLING ME WHAT THEY WOULD SELL IT FOR AFTER I TOLD THEM ITS MINE AND DONT WISH TO SELL

I came into this pawnshop to get a loan and first had to wait 20 minutes before being seen with only 3 people in the store. My items had a brand new value of $370 2 items never being used and the other only used a couple times but in brand new condition. I was insulted when they offered me $30. This pawnshop put a bad taste in my mouth and I will most likely steer clear of any own shops because of them. Cash America pawnshop is a joke and I hope they go out of business before long.

I bought a game controller that did not work, and I had a very hard time getting to use store credit for it. They didnt want to give me my money back for it, and Doug wanted to call it a wash, when only half the credit was used, which was not the full purchase amount to begin with. Save your money, and go somewhere else.

Warning! I purchased 5 items. The assistant manager mischarged me for 4 of the the 5 items! 1 ring for $55, 1 ring for $75, a folding table for $20, a sunshine jewelry pendant for $10 and a Yeti brand duffle bag for $88. HOWEVER SHE OVERCHARGED ME FOR 3 ITEMS AND UNDERCHARGED ME $3 FOR ITEM.When I brought the yeti duffle bag to the counter, I told her I could not pass on buying the bag due to the great price of $88. She agreed with me.The next day I realized she OVERCHARGED ME FOR the bag. She rang up $199.99.I called and asked her could I return the bag or be charged the correct price.She told me she would correct the prices on three of the four items but because I did not buy some type of warranty that their store requires, I could only return it fora $199.99 store credit.Im trying to understand why 4 of the 5 items rang up wrong to begin with!I tried to speak to the Manager in the parking lot and he told me he was on his break and couldnt help me. They have no class!STEER CLEAR FROM THUS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE.

She has great customer service and if she is in summerville now Im going to summerville now. I always shopped in north charleston but I will see what summerville is like.
