After several visits to Palm Casual, we liked the products as well as the attitude of the sales staff and the policies of the company. Jacob Sally was extremely knowledgeable of the entire product line, welcomed questions and addressed any concerns with positive responses.After deciding on a patio set and fire pit, we anxiously awaited delivery. As most of us have become accustomed to during the pandemic, we experienced some issues with expected delivery dates, unrequested product changes and a damaged chair. Jacob shared our level of frustration.As is common and part of the Palm Casual sales approach, we made several changes which impacted the process as well. All of the changes were graciously accepted and loaner cushions and furniture were delivered for us to use until our order arrived. Amazing customer service!!! They were super helpful but not pushy. I love that you can pick your own fabrics! They delivered my furniture, set it up for me where I wanted it, and picked up every single piece of trash. The furniture is soooo comfortable and looks beautiful!!

We started our experience with Palm Casual 15 years ago when we lived in Florida. The gated community we lived in had the PVC chaise lounges from Palm Casual around the community pool. We liked them so much we purchased two for our back yard pool. After moving to South Carolina we were excited to see there was a Palm Casual store near by. To date we have purchased two wicker lounge chairs, new cushions for a patio set we had from another store ( before we knew there was a Palm Casual) and an umbrella. Last month I would have given this place 5 starsI received my patio furniture when promised but am getting the runaround with an outside table I orderedFor 3 weeks including table I was told it didnt make the truck for delivery. Lsst week they gave me a loaner tableWhat good was it to me when it only sits 2 people, had no hole for an umbrella and it was filthy. When is it going to make the truck? If I was the owner I would personally puck up the table snd bring it to me this weekend.
