Very large selection of spirits and beer. The previous business was great but Bottles taking over has truly raised the bar. They even have a rare allocation selection behind the register on the spirits side.The Beer/Wine selection is basically a smaller version of Total Wine.Great local business!

Good selection but too expensive. The cider I usually pay $13 to $14 for is $19.99 here. Im new to this area and will keep looking for a more reasonable place to shop.

Its funny staff always ask me whether I own their loyalty membership or not but never offer me to make one when I said I am not a memebr.I like the selection here definitely much better than some local but price doesnt seem that competitive.

A fine example of an all inclusive liquor store. Great service and awesome selection. But even this store cant stock every size bottle. They didnt carry my favorite size but they make up for it with an excellent selection. If you are in Summerville SC by the azalea mall complex stop by and show them some love. Liquor, wine and beer. Incredible selection on everything and anything. Only gripe I had was that I bought a mixed 6 pack of IPAs and 3 of 6 were expired and had their expiration dates “accidentally” covered up by a tag from the store. Sadly I didn’t recognize this until I poured beer and chunks came out.

Bills Liquor was a good place to go in Summerville, but now that Bottles has taken over the space, its way better. One side for liquor, another for wine. They have a very good selection. Its not quite as big as Total Wine, but if youre a Summerville resident, its perfect.

Pretty impressed with their customer service. A huge mistake was made with an expensive bottle of whiskey and in a time where customer service is not always about making the costumer happy anymore, Mgr. Abe made it right!! Bottles Summerville takes care of their patrons.

My first experience with Bottles. Sales ladies were personable and very helpful. I came in looking for Marsala and the lady took me right to it. Engaged in a very pleasant conversation with the sales lady who helped me.Cant think of a reason I would go anywhere else.

Love this place. I like the fact they have a wide section, plus a store on top of that. You can get all your party needs plus different type of wine glasses. Love it here. The alcohol is also reasonably priced

Staff was friendly. Great option for a good variety of liquor/wine/craft beer. However, you may have difficulty finding some especially niche items. Not the best selection (especially in comparison to other Bottles stores) or best prices, but still a great option for buying alcohol in the Summerville area.

Its nice to have a store with full product lines available in the Summerville area. Good selection of liquors and limited, but still nice selection of wines and beers. Prices were OK, not great, but when youre one of a limited number of outlets in the area you can price accordingly. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Liked it better when it was Bills. Sailor Jerrys went up 8 bucks and there is never a certain beer I like (which is common everywhere else.) Convenient and awesome staff. Lower those prices man. You rich enough lol

Bottles is a welcome addition to Summerville. Bills has always been great for liquor but now they offer a huge variety of beer and wine in a much improved atmosphere. Plus great prices and definitely the most helpful staff in town!

This place is awesome! They did a major renovation when they renamed the place. Their wine and beer selection is now as good as their spirits selection - and their pricing is still the best in town. We finally have a real beverage superstore in Summerville!

Both of these locations keep their allocated buffalo trace items in the back and hold them for their favorite customers. Last week I called and was told they had EH Taylor, a women at the front told me they didnt. After speaking to a manger, I was informed they store them in the back. What a shameful business practice.

I used to go all the way to Mount Pleasant to find a good wine selection until I found Bills. Perfectly organized and a great staff that knows their products well. Not knowing a lot about wine I have learned a ton from Sarah and she is always happy to help me find what I am looking for. She is the best and makes coming in a joy. Forget buying wine at the grocery store come here and find a better selection, better prices, and helpful knowledgeable employees.

Staff was very friendly! Very disappointed that there was no Don Julio Anejo. Tried the Corzo Anejo and it’s no comparison. I don’t like it at all!! Manager was more concerned about price and recommended Corzo Anejo vs Casamigos Anejo. I’d rather had tried Casamigos vs this aftertaste 😢. Meh!!

Great bottle shop

Recently went back to Bills Liquor and found the staff on the liquor side is much more helpful. The best selection in Summerville, N. Charleston, and Charleston combined is available here. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who need party favors for any event. Keep up the good work and two thumbs up.

The cashier guy on the beer side was not very friendly. Didnt seem like he wanted to be there. Employees on the liquor side always friendly and helpful.

I rarely buy liquor, but they do have a good selection. I am an avid craft beer drinker so thats the side I gravitate toward. The craft beer selection has definitely been improving, and there is a good selection of SC brews available. The only drawback is sometimes they do get in limited/rare beers and will not put them out for public sale. Instead they will have a list you need to get on, but youll need to ask about it as they dont just have a sign up list sitting out.

This is the best liquor store in South Carolina. They have everything you could possibly need. Bill has a wide selection of liquor, beer and chasers. I cant forget to mention the great prices. Everything is so affordable. The staff is very professional and respectful to their customers. I recommend that everyone that loves to party; go to Bills Liquor & Fine Wine, you wont be disappointed.

The ownership is not only two-faced but they drink like fish but yet fire me because I am gay. Obviously their values are questionable at best and I think there are better options in terms of where to obtain your booze. In fact, I really like the new liquor store by the Harris Teeter near 5-points! Theyre great and very nice, unlike the service you may receive here.

Second visit to Bills Liquor and Fine Wine.As with first visit this second visit was an absolute gem with the staffs wonderful attitude and assistance.Found the Johnnie Walker label I came for.The staff are very knowledgeable. My time there was comfortable and a most enjoyable experience.

Summerville - The wine side was a great experience! Sara was super friendly and helpful. She recommended 3 unique wines I would have never found on my own, unfortunately the beer side was the opposite experience, no greeting, no help offered, and the guy with the beard was super grouchy.

Great place to come with very helpful staff. 3 sides, beer, wine and liquor. The often have tastings and on average the prices are comparable which makes this a worthwhile one stop shop saving you money and time. I was also able to find hard to find imported liquors and beer can be ordered if requested!

The only place to go for product ability and price along with some of the best country folks working there with good CSR skills. Ive been going there for over 20 years and Have not got anything but the best customer service and respect. Top Shelf

Most of the time I go into bills I have an enjoyable experience but this eveing all the cashiers were female and they all seemed to be snickering when I walked through and then walked up for customer service. I understand that on occasion the way a person looks can get a judgemental response but I am a very respectful person. I say please and thank you. I open and hold the door regardless of sex or age and the way these WOMEN treated me really hurt me... I wont be going there again..

Bills rocks! They have anything and everything; beer, wine, and liquor. Ive asked for, and found several obscure liquors there before. They have a fantastic selection, and theyre very friendly and helpful, too.

Crooks, some how the management has come up with a theory that makes sense to them concerning their keg deposit policy. Basically once a keg deposit has been made the consumer has 30 days to return the keg in order to have their deposit returned to them. The justification for this policy is that Bills Liquor and Fine Wine has to pay a deposit to the distributor. I think we can all agree that this is the case and makes sense to be the reason that the customer is charged the deposit in the first place. So basically our deposit is being forwarded to the distributor, got it makes perfect sense. Mean while anyone with a kegerator is trading out kegs over the years so honestly not a big deal as along as another deposit is not required. However once something changes and its time to return the last keg that will most certainly be picked up on the next distributors visit a deposit refund is due. If not the customer is getting ripped off, the customer provided a deposit to cover the cost of the keg that in the end was returned to the store (Bills Liquors and Fine Wine) who then returned it to the distributor who now has a keg and the deposit. The customer some how is out a keg and the deposit, when I brought this to the attention of the staff at Bills Liquors and Fine Wine the lady was quick to get loud and defensive in the middle of the store and provided the justification provided above. This doesnt sound right to me, if the keg is brought back a deposit refund should be provided.
