Our salesperson, Don, was fantastic and patient with us as we worked through the process. We had the carpet and tile throughout our downstairs replaced with the wood-like tile. Our fireplace was also redone with stacked stone and new carpet in our bedroom. Everything was done timely and to perfection. We’re very pleased and highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Don and the rest of the folks at Floors for Living. Location is tucked away next to the old Randalls in New Territory, but its got a great selection. Selection and planning process was straight forward and we were in constant communication even after work was complete. Existing tile removal wasnt as painful as feared (we went with the dust-free option) and the new tile flooring was very well done - Orlando and company were extremely professional, going over logistics and layout with us and did a great job cleaning up the work site. Would highly recommend checking them out!

We purchased luxury vinyl plank floors for our home from Floors for Living. We love the floors and could not be happier. We were also very happy with the company, Floors for Living. We also had them install the floors. Our salesman David Hoover was great and easy to work with and the floor installers were wonderful. They were efficient and worked quickly, very accommodating, cleaned up after themselves, and did a Fantastic job. We could not be happier with the floors and the company. Weve had a floor replacement project and I wanted to give them a try. They quoted me a price but I like to shop around for a better deal. I got another quote for the exact same material that is almost half the price of theirs but I like to give a chance to everyone so I went back and asked if they would match the price. They agreed but told me that I need 8 bags of floating material to level my floor. I agreed and paid them but when the installers came, they used 2 bags only since my floor didnt need that much. I went back to the same sales person and asked him if they would give me a refund for the extra 6 bags ($240) that they charged me for and he said No Way and when I asked about the reason, he told me literally this is how we make our money!!Honestly, I thought this is a reputable business but my experience with them says the opposite.

David Hoover was amazing!! We remodeled our master bathroom. the Original tile we had picked for the shower unfortunately wouldnt have made it in time because of covid-19, so we had to be change it 3 times. When we finally found the one we loved, David made sure it was in stock and good to go before we left the store. He was very good at communicating when things would be arriving, who would be coming to our property to do the work and did a final walk through to inspect it to make sure it was done properly. Definitely will be going back to work with him for our next project & recommend him and his store to anyone! I was worried things wouldnt get done because we started not realizing how bad the covid-19 was going to be, but him and his team made me comfortable knowing they would do whatever they had to do to make sure things got done and done correctly.

From the minute I walked into the store, I knew I would like the place. David Hoover was not pushy and was well educated on the flooring we talked about. I decided on carpeting for my bedroom and am in love with it. The installers were so helpful and worked in a timely manner but what was so thoughtful was that they did not rush me in putting the bed skirt on and actually helped me straighten it. My wife and I wanted to upgrade our master bath (counter tops and tile). We looked at many stores but settled on FFL in New Territory. We had some significant challenges with the shower curb which needed to be addressed. The end result was exactly what we were looking for. All of our concerns and challenges were addressed and the tile installation crew was incredible and they finished an estimated 3-day job in 2 days. Don was extremely helpful all along the way.

We had all the house floors re-covered with laminate and are very satisfied with the product and service from the store. Dan was open and helpful, the product was exactly as advertised, and the installation crew was on time and efficient. We have 3 large dogs and there is no sign of wear and tear from the Monsanto product. Even an minor repair to a molding item was taken care of quickly. We highly recommend the store and products.

Don Beach at FFL did a marvelous job for with with our carpet. We had 5 rooms & 5 closets and with 4 different weights and brands of carpet. It’s great to be able to get different weights in the same color in different rooms.... a very fluffy, soft& thick one for our master bedroom and less weighted carpet in rooms with lighter traffic.It could have been a nightmare, with all the different carpets, but Don was great coordinating that and even let us change our install date several times due to my hubby’s health status and doctor appointments & procedures! I couldn’t ask for a more understanding & cooperative expert to work with. Her even came back on his day off to correct some desk drawers that the installers couldn’t replace in the desk and fix a closet door that wasn’t closing correctly! I can’t recommend him enough!
