Uniquely friendly and professional BMW dealership. I have used many BMW authorized dealers traveling the states, now 47 of 50. This particular dealer in Sturgis, S.D. goes above and beyond the others in terms of service and professionalism. I had my GS serviced there before shipping it back to Miami, FL to prevent having to take it to my local BMW dealer. Is incredible the difference it makes when the owner are around.

A very professional environment. I traveled from Nebraska to pick up a new Husqvarna. Everything was in order and ready to go when I got there. Christina was able to take care of all the paperwork through email before I arrived. Jake in sales was very helpful and quick to answer any questions.

Dropped in to kill some time this morning.. without a doubt it was one of the best experiences Ive had at a dealership. The sales staff is very friendly without being pushy for you to buy everything in the store. If they would have had what I wanted I probably would have bought it!

Great service. Super friendly. Had never been in this store before. Rode my bike up here from Phoenix, AZ and ended up with a flat tire that needed replaced. Nathan with Sturgis Motorsports did all he could to help me and got me in right away and put on a new rear tire. Although busy, they had me in and out within a couple of hours.If youre in the ares give them some business!

This is a great place, my old tires were worn out and causing the front to wobble. These guys got my Yamaha roadstar in right away and I was rollin on new, balanced tires in 2-3 hours. These guys were busy, but got me right in and did a great job. 6 stars 😎

Unfortunately despite their advertising a Yamaha online at 3999.00 while i was at Sturgis bike week they tagged it at 5899.00. When questioned they just called it a mistake and would not even consider any price in between. They lost a sale during bike week. Wont go back there again.

Professional and prompt work on my BMW F800. Labor costs are a touch high but in no way outrageous or significantly out of line with average. Staff noticed extra work that needed to be done and when I said I could do the work myself, they ordered the parts for me and forwarded them to my home (which is great because I dont live locally and coming back would have been extremely difficult!). Thanks so much for the great work on my beloved bike.

Called them a few days before I would be coming to town. Coil pack was failing on my bike. I asked them to order the coil, and I would stop in when I was in town. They said no problem ordering the coil for you, but would not do the service. Said they were booked solid. Im on 4000 mile ride and my coil was failing. Dealerships usually work emergency service in (especially if you are on the road). No other dealer around for hundreds of miles. If the coil gave up completely I would have been stranded (what I was hoping to avoid by calling ahead to order the replacement), They did not seem to care. But they did say they would order the coil for me, and mail to my home (no problem taking money for that). Very disappointed.

They fixed up my bike.

I had a rear tire go out while touring around Rapid City. Sturgis Motorsport had the tire iI needed and were willing to squeeze me in to replace the tire first thing in the morning even though the shop was booked up a week in advance. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sturgis Motorsport.

We purchased a Yamaha Ranch King 4 months ago from here & have brought it in twice for routine service now. The staff is very polite, courteous & the service has been outstanding & we couldnt be happier. Justin in the service department has been extremely helpful & a real pleasure to work with. He alone has earned them a life long customer.

Lost a tire / oil change purchase from me. In the middle of a 8000mile trip and needing a new back tire. Was told nothing open for two day. This after I called two days ago and told them I would be stopping by. Guess I should have gotten in line with the rest of the Starbucks swill. Avoid this unhelpful shop. Bikes on the road should have priority. They lost at least $200 in sales off of me because they can teach a shop kid how to run a tire changing station.

Got an oil change in less than 2hrs during the rally awesome service!

I took my bike in for tires, they had set tire pressure to 36psi and I had 2 different people say thats what they need to be set at. (Mind you they were friendly when i was there) I left immediately after for a 700 mile trip home. When I got home I noticed the front tire was cupped bad. I took it into my dealer and they contacted dunlop who said it was a tire pressure issue. So I called sturgis motorsports to see if there was anything they could do and the manager now said that they recommended 42psi. (Even though they set it to 36psi when they did the tire) basically their story completely changed, they werent very professional about it at all, and said they could give me 30$ off a new tire for their screw up.

Stopped in this morning...Jake was a great help, friendly service and a good source of information. Definitely worth your time to stop, shop and buy your next ride here!

Wow. Ive been to numerous BMW dealers across this continent but I have never had or expected such outstanding service as I have received here in Sturgis. I brought in my 02 K12RS on my latest cross country trip for brake lines, fork seals, and tires. The service rep was very professional and helped in every way he could under the circumstances, and the mechanic was extremely knowledgeable and passionate/obsessive on making sure that everything is functioning at its prime today and for the long haul. Four stars are for when everything goes good /as expected - this is what the fifth start is reserved for.

We stop in when out that way. Personnel always very nice and knowledgeable.

Tons of indventory at good prices. I like to stop here when I pass through. They dont hover over you while you look around. New bikes are pretty good and used bike prices are great. Really nice staff.
